We are resting now in this hotel. Instead of a friendly and comfortable stay, we faced a number of disadvantages that simply could not be ignored.
The first thing that disappointed us was the tasteless cuisine in paid restaurants and the Sim Sim restaurant (buffet) . Unexpectedly, with a high payment for food, they bring not delicious dishes at all. The food doesn't match the price level at all. There is a very limited selection of cocktails, the wine is very inexpensive and there are only three types. There are no fruits and vegetables. They are tastier in our far north. Fresh juices are not fresh at all, but packaged juices. However, the presence of eggs Benedict and delicious coffee with coconut milk pleases at breakfast.
The second drawback is a closed beach after sunset. Staying at the hotel is connected with the opportunity to enjoy the coast at any time of the day. Moreover, the only plus of this hotel is the location on the seashore and the beach itself.
The area between the beach and the hotel leaves much to be desired. It is unfurnished and unkempt, with some bushes, which has a negative impact on the overall impression of the hotel.
In addition, poor-quality cosmetics in the bathroom, which does not correspond to level 5* at all. It was necessary to ask for additional sets with toothbrushes. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are nailed to the wall. The conditioner is stratified when applied to the hair. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
The late cleaning of the room also left much to be desired. Staff didn't have time to do his job before lunch.
In the evening, the hotel is boring - the lack of evening performances, except for music at the bar, affects. There are no sea and water entertainment either. Or maybe there is, but no one told us about it. There are some saps and kayaks lying on the beach, how to take them is a big question.
But that's not all! A lot of flies in restaurants, and a stale room stock in addition.
In general, our stay at this hotel does not meet expectations. We hope that comments will be taken into account to ensure quality service and satisfaction of guests' needs in the future.

Excellent hotel on the first line of the Persian Gulf. The sea, the beach - top class! Everything else corresponds to stardom. Personally, I didn't have enough papaya in the restaurant. There were only two times in two weeks!😉

Nice and expensive. One of the best beach hotels in Abu Dhabi.one of the disadvantages is that when checking in, they may try to give you a room of a lower category.they hunt mainly for high-end rooms in order to sell them to the locals for the weekend.
