Great hotel, I liked everything! In fact, reading the information before the trip, many wrote that there was no animation and I thought that the children would be bored, but no!)
The children were absolutely not bored, my wife and I also really liked everything. I'm not a fan of taking package tours on vacation at all. But!
We usually rent a car and visit all the sights on our own. But to visit the Emirates and not visit Dubai is bad form) and we made an exception. A package tour With a guide is expensive and a large group of people is not suitable for us at all!
A girl came up on the beach and told about the tours that she organizes., impressed, pleasantly surprised by the price and most importantly small groups of people!
But we were doubly lucky) The 2nd family refused the trip and we went on a trip to Dubai literally with a personal driver) it was very cool!
It is unnecessary to wait for people who want to wait in line and climb the golden arch, etc. The guy is a Russian-speaking driver, he waited for us everywhere, brought us, took us - special thanks. This girl can be found by going a little further than the reception on the left side in front of the entrance to the bar (there is a table).
Summarizing my stay at this hotel, I can say with confidence that it is a solid 5 ✴️
Delicious and varied food!
The rooms are comfortable, although I did not quite understand the window from the bathroom to the living room - fortunately it can be closed.
There are drinks on the beach, alcohol is also available-please note that drinks are included.

Everything is not bad in principle, but the 5* hotel does not pull, a solid 4. Room cleaning is daily and conscientiously clean. The food is delicious, you will not stay hungry. The gorgeous location of the beach, the ocean. The entrance to the ocean is perfect.
What I didn't like was the animation, it's boring and not fun. In the evening, everything is only until 22 00 and good night.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There are many much better hotels and you do not need to go to the Emirates for this.
This applies to both the service and the location. The kitchen is about nothing and monotonous throughout the rest. There is no animation, although if you consider lotto animation in the evenings, but I think there is one in nursing homes. The bar is small, the choice is not very good, there are constant queues, the waiters are not suitable.

Nice hotel on all inclusive. We were there in January. Large coastline, well-maintained territory, lots of swimming pools. There are small shops in front of the hotel and a fruit market nearby, but there is plenty of everything in the hotel.
It gets dark early out of season and there is no entertainment at the hotel

The TV supports flash drives, class. In general, the hotel needs renovation.
Let's say the service is three-fold. There is something to compare it with - everything is included, but not included. They say at the reception that all cocktails are free - they just don't give them in bars. There was a type of street camping- but again, at the reception they say that everything is free, in honor of the holiday, and so in the end they say that everything is for money. It's impossible to drink wine - packaged garbage.
We were lucky with the weather, it was warm, even hot.

I am writing directly from the hotel to leave the most objective review.
1. The rooms are dead. The furniture is very old. Plus, the whole hotel has a strong smell of dampness and dilapidated furniture. It was very noticeable for the first two days, then we got used to it.
2. There is no territory and there is nowhere to go either. On the left side of the hotel, it smells sooooo of sewage, it is impossible to be there. After dinner, the only activity is movies and TV shows on a laptop. Well, that's it. However, we found a beautiful luminescent plankton. I experienced a childish delight.
3. The food is great. Everything is delicious and varied. The juices are powdered, but this is in many hotels (even expensive ones).
4. The staff is friendly, but sometimes requests are forgotten. There are "clingers" on the beaches and near the pool and offer their services - they start hanging up on day 2.
5. 99% of Russians are staying at the hotel. Therefore, 80% of the sunbeds are occupied by towels at 6-7 in the morning. Some even take up overnight space It's hard for me to understand, because there are enough sun beds for everyone.
6. There are constant queues in bars. We had alcohol-free accommodation and sometimes we had to stand for a long time behind a conditional sprite or Coke. The service time is also increased due to the zero checks that the bartenders write. This is probably for accounting purposes. But it's very strange and, when there are a lot of people, it's annoying.
7. The sea is beautiful. But sometimes it stinks of sewage (especially in the evening, apparently something is drained) and oil stains come across (they are clearly visible from the upper floors).

We did not move into our premium room right away, at first we were told to eat with a view of the wall, we will move to a good one in 2 days. We started to download the rights, we immediately found 2 rooms to choose from, the next day we moved to a beautiful one with a good view and as comfortable and convenient as possible.
Food: monotonous, although quite tasty. Watermelon, tomatoes are green.
The room is cleaned every day, cleaned for 4 out of 5.
The staff is silent about the fact that oil is constantly spilling and it is unsafe to swim, because it is difficult to wash clothes afterwards. We found out from experience and now we know))
In general, we had a good rest, but the question remained open for what they gave such money for. In my opinion, Dubai and the Emirates in general are overrated, the desert is not worth the money.

A wonderful hotel. It doesn't look like 5 at all!
Kitchen for 3: monotonous...of the fruits, only watermelon; seafood was not seen...Pasta and rice more than once every day!
There is no animation...They didn't even turn on the music on Sunday...during the day, silence-at least some kind of musical background.
Anyway, we're definitely not coming back here!!!

We had a rest with our family at the hotel from 09.07.23 to 18.07.23 in room 2008 and we want to thank the hotel staff for quality rest and courtesy.
The employee Abduzahid especially helped: there was a need to go to a local hospital. He outlined the essence of the case in a telephone format and voiced my questions to the doctor and offered help on a visit to the hospital.
I would like to ask the hotel management to mention Abduzahid:
• always sociable, competent, patient and polite;
• I am ready to take a personal part in solving the guests' questions;
• speaks many languages for mutual understanding between guests and the host;
• personally, as the head of a Russian company, I would recommend this person to a more responsible post.

We had a rest from July 8-15 with 2 children (4 years and 10 years old)
I'll start by checking in. We arrived at about 13, we were warned that check-in was at 15. We were not upset, went for a walk around the territory and were allowed to have lunch before check-in. Closer to 14, we were settled in the superior room, instead of the standard in the 2nd building.The room is large and clean. The bathroom has a large bathtub and shower. The highlight of the bathroom is a huge window into the room through which a magnificent view opens through the balcony glass to the sea. In our case, unfortunately, it was not useful) we had a rest with children.
The room has everything! Right down to the ironing board with an iron. We were cleaned every day, bed linen was changed every 2 days. Bathroom supplies were filled every day.
A huge plus of the hotel's location is the sea view, just wow!!
The sea, I would like to note, is clean and warm. There were waves on our vacation, but not critically. The beach is clean, there were always enough sunbeds, at any time of the day.
There are also enough pools for every taste, temperature and size. A children's pool with a canopy is also a huge plus for us.
There is a children's club on site. A couple of times the youngest was left for an hour. They work with children there. They do crafts, draw, there was also an aquagrimm. The child was pleased.
On nutrition. We had an all inclusive system- the food was varied and delicious to my taste. You can feed a child, at any age, and a vegan and a fan))) the restaurant is clean without any special queues. Again, it's a matter of taste, we don't have a cult of food, we always left well-fed. It seems that no one complained about the quality of the food in front of us.
Next to the restaurant there is a game room with billiards, a tennis table, hockey and vending machines. Every time after a meal, we went in with the children to play a little.
There is also a spa. They did not use the spa services, but their daughters braided their braids. They behaved perfectly.
According to the animation, it is there. The animators are trying their best. Personally, I went to stretching, yoga is a great option to stretch a little. In the evenings, a mini disco with dancing and an adult program (contests, karaoke, dancing) Animation needs to be tightened up a little, in my opinion.
A huge plus is the polite and attentive staff!!!
Of the cons - there is no civilization outside the hotel (within walking distance. But it can also be a plus for someone.
There is a small fruit market 2 km from the hotel. We went there a couple of times, took fruits - sooo delicious.
The result is a hotel for a relaxing family holiday.

The rating of this hotel should be below one! The ocean is one of the advantages and that's it!
The staff should work at the market, not at the hotel. There are constant queues at the bar, the bartender constantly forgets what to pour and in what quantity, moreover, you still have to sign an incomprehensible zero receipt, only after that you will be given drinks. The dining room- there is no other way to call it, for 10 days the same dishes were tired, once they gave a lot of food. Ordering drinks in the dining room is a separate topic, you do not order several times, you waited 40 minutes once, the waiters either on purpose or the installation from the authorities to forget half of the drinks, forget about re-ordering. This hotel is far from the top five. Not a foot in here anymore.

Where this 5-star hotel comes from is not clear. The first day we arrived was a shock . Dirty sofas, dirty chairs - this is the reception - entrance group! We arrived at 15, the room was waited for another 40 minutes, there were not enough towels, slippers or consumables in the room - they went begging for everything. There are not enough sunbeds on the beach. I had to get up at 6 a.m. to take a seat . Everything will be taken at 7. There was another shock in the restaurant - very dirty tables and chairs. The food was repeated every day. There is no children's menu! The tables are cleaned for a very long time . None of the waiters are suitable at all . You have to go and ask for drinks every time. Three stars just across the sea! The sea is gorgeous! The hotel definitely needs another manager! I forgot - we ordered juice on the beach - it was not even clear what kind of juice it was - just an incomprehensible slurry! I do not recommend the hotel to anyone.

I liked everything. We had a rest in May on May 26-31. Me and two children (9 and 7 years old). I took everything included without drinks (juices, teas, coffee, water were included), no complaints about nutrition, you can order a kids menu, the waiters bring everything in 3 minutes (fries and nuggets). There was meat, watermelon, pasta, rice, potatoes. The rooms are good, old. The hotel is very quiet and boring, suitable for being seals.

A quiet, peaceful place like we wanted, no fuss. Excellent service, always ready to help and respond to any request of the staff. Cleaning is done daily with high quality (bed linen is changed daily), towels are snow-white. The staff is very friendly, everyone smiles, they always say hello when they meet.
The view from the room is sooo beautiful!!!! The sea is warm and the pools are different in temperature, there are hot, warm and cold.
There is only one restaurant, but there is always enough space for everyone. Everything is always delicious!!!The waiters are very attentive, serve quickly. There is animation in the hotel, not intrusive, it also pleased me.
We have been on excursions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, I strongly advise you to go, the beauty cannot be described in words and not conveyed by photos. We will definitely come back here again!!!

For fish lovers, you can dive outside the beach, there are a lot of animals there. Turtles are coming.
There is a rock sticking out of the sea nearby, they are taking you there for diving. Excellent diving center right in the hotel, verified.
Minus and plus - the nearest town is 10 minutes by taxi in one direction and 10 minutes to the market in the other direction. It is not customary to walk, there is no promenade. It is expensive to order a car from the hotel, and a taxi is cheap to return.

One of the advantages is that it is very convenient that the sea is almost over the windows, near the small town of Dibba, where you can quickly and inexpensively take a taxi. The price of a taxi to Dibba is 15-20 dirhams.
Of the minuses - the hotel is a little old, as for me - some renovation is required, the children's room is already worn out, the rooms are somewhat worn out, but tolerable.
Another plus is that there is a store right next door where you can buy alcohol, prices are slightly higher than in duty free.

There are swimming pools throughout the hotel, along all buildings, the pools are clean, good, some of them are specially cooler.
All rooms come with a view of the bay, the room has everything basic, quite spacious.
All the staff is trying, even very hard. By the end of the vacation, I was even tired of fending off the helpfulness of the waiters and questions about my mood and rest.
The staff mostly speaks English, but some speak Russian well, they will help and prompt with everything.
The water in the bay is clean, sometimes there were black stripes on the sand on the beach, but this is barely noticeable. In other hotels, as we were told by other tourists on the tour, their water in the bay is dirty, so we were even more pleased for choosing a hotel.
In how many Radissons were with my wife = everywhere a chip with good cuisine and very intelligent staff.
P.S.: we were in late August - early September 2023, hoping that the heat would be high for us, because we are very cold, but in fact even we were very hot, the banal overheating of the body, that by the end of the first week the head began to ache from overheating, because 50 degrees of heat, let it "feel", although officially only 35-40 degrees.
