The room is old . But everything was more upset that 3 cats lived in the hotel, tourists fed them and gave them water and food (since the heat is unbearable), the hotel employee did not like it, they were caught in koshkalov and taken to an unknown destination. Where is the kindness to animals? ! In Turkey, there are cat houses , food and water everywhere in hotels.

The hotel is nice, tired, but normal. Sea (ocean)-fire, water-high (rested from 7th to 14th of August). The food is average, breakfast and dinner-you can still eat, but lunch-my son and I ate watermelon, the rest of the food is so-so, it's probably about us (fastidious). There is an alcohol market nearby, prices are normal, there is a market (vegetables and fruits) 2 kilometers away, the nearest shops are in Dibba (9km.), if you order a taxi from the hotel-35 dirhams, and so-25!!!

It takes 2 hours by car from Al Maktoum Airport to the hotel. The manager Mohamed El Bashir was at the reception, who speaks Russian well. VIP status has been upgraded to a Suite in the 1st building. The room is huge (about 150 sq. m.), everything is fine. It should be borne in mind that this is a relatively inexpensive beach hotel. There are 5 different pools, plenty of sun loungers everywhere. In my opinion, all the rooms in the hotel have a view of the Indian Ocean (the Gulf of Oman of the Arabian Sea - who likes what better). Don't expect any chic: the hotel is old, but well maintained. Interesting fact: in the dark, a luminous plankton washes ashore with a wave, which glows with stars on the sand - very beautiful. The gym in the hotel is small, equipped with old Technojim simulators, there are horizontal bars and bars on the beach, a volleyball court. There are gazebos on the piers to the left and right of the hotel, where you can order a romantic dinner.
Breakfasts at the Breeze restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30 are not the most diverse, but you are unlikely to stay hungry (do not forget that this is not a "luxury" hotel). In the Lounge, you can order a la carte from 11:00 to 23: 00 - delicious, average prices, 15% discount on VIP. You can drive around all nearby settlements by car, but there are practically no special attractions (man-made waterfall and amphitheater, tower ...).

I really liked the sea from one side of the buoys to the other. We were in November, you can swim for hours! There is nothing to see in it, however, although it is positioned as an ocean, but swimming is a miracle, not water! There are evening pools-as entertainment for the evening, it will also suit children and people who are tipsy. The buffet is decent. Everything from the service is quite modest, lunch was not given at the check-out, although taking into account excursions, we did not have lunch and dinner every day. We lost the LV bag, we didn't help to find it, we had to strain ourselves, inertia was felt. Of the things that bothered me, the keys to the front door did not work peridically, they lived in a distant building, it was infuriating, especially at 2 a.m. And the inability to find a free chaise longue is already at 6 o'clock in the morning, everything is occupied. The hotel has its own beach, seashells, sun loungers, umbrellas, a bar and water activities allow you to enjoy your vacation.
There are 5 swimming pools on the territory of the hotel with different temperatures and different concepts. There is a swimming pool for adults, for vacationers without children. a separate children's pool with fountains, a pool with a bar, where all the activities of animators take place. pools with different water levels, and another for children.
The food in the restaurant is delicious! The waiters are polite and attentive. I would especially like to mention the hall administrators who keep order, the hostesses who greeted the guests with a charming smile and the waiters Zafar, Ahmed, Godspower!
The hotel has a spa and a gym. 2 souvenir shops! Be sure to take a look at both! Misha (Mohammed) has excellent oils, coffee, dates and many other interesting things.

We had a rest in February 2024. The hotel, of course, is far from 5*. I would put a maximum of 4*. We arrived early, at about 11 a.m. They gave me towel cards, there is an opportunity to change clothes and go to the beach. But there are no free sunbeds at this time, and the beach towels are over. So we were waiting for check-in in the lobby. The room was given on the 3rd floor, the ocean view is gorgeous. All rooms have a balcony, a table and 2 chairs. There were three of us, but the room was prepared for two, there were no hand towels, glasses, cups... We were able to fully staff the room only the next day after cleaning. The bed is large, the mattresses are comfortable, the linen is clean. The bed is also full-fledged with a good mattress. The room is large, and cleaning is done every day. But they are not cleaned very carefully, the sand is not washed, there is dust under the beds.
Sun beds need to be occupied at 7 a.m., there are few of them. I liked the warm pools and the beach. The beach is clean, the swimming area is fenced with buoys, there are lifeguards.
Animation is weak, we can say that it is not.
The food is normal, there is enough of everything, perhaps, except fish. There is nowhere to go, rest only at the hotel or trips on excursions. But it's a long way to go everywhere, the hotel is isolated, they pick up / bring it last. There is no desire to return to this hotel. I highly do not recommend jeep safaris from this hotel, they are the last to be picked up, you have to sit in the third row of the jeep, not the most successful places.
The hotel is suitable for families with small children, we were bored.

I would like to mention the fur coat/jacket store separately. The girl assured us to go to the store and see something, and then they would take us to the mall and wait. The store offered a fur coat for 850 rubles, a pair of jackets from 500, although then they dropped it to 350, but they don't really want to bargain. The apogee was reached when they tried to stuff my friend into a raincoat that did not converge by 20-25 cm. As a result, they took her to the pier and left, a taxi cost 224 dirhams from the pier, about 6tr...normal guys like that don't bother. The quality is strange) they are on some kind of sidelines...it is better not to drive, 8 people are surrounded in the store, you feel uncomfortable and want to escape. We had a rest with my wife in the second half of September 2023. It was very warm, a little discomfort caused by strong humidity. There was no coolness even in the evenings. As everywhere there are pros and cons. First of all, about the positive: a great room, there was everything you needed from a toothbrush to a refrigerator. The food is varied and delicious, special thanks to the chef. But we were very unpleasantly surprised by the queues for dinner, there were not enough tables for everyone, Attentive staff (but not all requests and wishes were promptly responded to).Surprisingly, there were not enough sunbeds for everyone. The sea is excellent, the beach is kept clean, but the time limits were very surprising (after 18.00 entry into the sea is prohibited). We went on a water excursion to Oman - I liked it. On the ship 45 minutes to the bay, they provided sap boards, took a ride on a banana and looked at the underwater world. But bottom fishing, nothing to worry about. 30 minutes of pulling the fishing line with a hook, and one caught fish for 40 people. THANKS to the hotel staff for a comfortable stay.
P.S. I decided not to write about other disadvantages, they have already been erased in memory. There was much more positive.

The hotel is for family holidays, 99% of Russians rest, mainly families with children and families of retirement age. There are enough sunbeds, the beach is clean, lifeguards do their job perfectly, look after the safety of vacationers, they are not allowed to swim behind the buoys, it is dangerous there. Inside the hotel is beautiful in a classic style without pomp, always clean, there is always a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. WiFi works perfectly everywhere. The rooms are simply excellent, every day they put detergents, change the linen, the guys clean up, very clean!
The room was on the ground floor, the mosquitoes were stuck, take with you the remedies for them. Unobtrusive animation, aqua aerobics, yoga, volleyball, children's, some kind of quizzes! We arrived early in the morning at 10 o'clock already placed, we wanted to buy water, there is not a single store in the district, the concept of the hotel is to buy from them, but the prices are unaffordable in the bar, Dibba is 8 km away and only 35 dirhams to order there by taxi through the reception, back at the shops "Max" and "Lu-lu" there are always taxis for 20 dirhams to the hotel, the fruit market is 2 km away, you can walk there. There is a chic alcohol market on the territory! The prices are good! Calmly buy! The course at the reception is bad, change in stores, it is much more profitable. We were alone with my husband at the end of September. The road from the airport does not take much time, a couple of hours and you can safely take a nap.
There are pros and cons, but overall the hotel is good.

The rooms are large, all facing the sea. Our room was cleaned, towels were changed every day, new water, tea, shower gel, etc. were brought.

The most important thing is the beach. The beach is super! Fine sand. The sea is very warm and clean. It's a pleasure to swim with a mask in the morning. There are unobtrusive animals: small fish, of different calibers, turtles, stingrays, cuttlefish. Everyone is timid and doesn't come close to people, but it's nice to watch. Cormorants also hunt fish by diving between people. The entrance is flat. The water temperature was 32 degrees.
There are a lot of sunbeds, but there is a nuance! Our mentality. On the first day we took a sunbed by accident. And in the second one we couldn't do it all day. The third time we just asked the staff to find us sun beds. And on the fourth day we got up to meet the dawn. It's 6:02 in the morning. And we saw how our people were running to occupy sun beds.
The pools are clean, of different temperatures. The main one works almost until night.
The city is nearby, but behind the mountain. You can't walk along the highway, just order a taxi at the reception or a regular bus from the nearest stop. On the other side of the hotel, there is a market, but go along the highway too. There is an interesting place nearby, a hiking trail in the mountains across the street from the hotel, you can watch the sunset from it, if you are interested, look at Google maps, there are markers and the starting point of the trail.
I advise the hotel administration to increase the number of sun beds, the territory allows you.
Also replace the equipment in the game room, almost everything is broken there.

There is animation, unobtrusive. Food: special thanks to the chefs and employees of the restaurant. Well, really, everything is very tasty cooked. The menu is varied. Every day 3-4 types of meat, fish, various side dishes, desserts, fruits. Pizza, shawarma, pasta, Viennese waffles and pancakes are prepared for breakfast. The restaurant is compact, but there is enough space for everyone, when busy, they open a second hall. The staff is polite, always ready to help. There are Russian speakers at the reception. Room cleaning is excellent, everything is replenished as needed. From entertainment there is billiards, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo, water aerobics.
From the ratio: price / quality - the hotel has fully justified itself.

We rested for a week in September, the beach is just a fairy tale, the food is very tasty, the staff is responsive, the room has a balcony and ocean views, swimming pools, there is cool water, the hotel territory is well-groomed, clean and beautiful. The privacy of the hotel was one of the main advantages for us. The hotel is surrounded by mountains. There is a private beach, crabs live in the rocks, small fish swim.
It is perfect for a quiet and measured rest.
But keep in mind that only the small town of Dibba is nearby (about 7 minutes by car), and the other emirates on the opposite side are ~ 150 km away. This was not a disadvantage for us, because the road for excursions surrounded by mountains and then deserts is simply magnificent. If necessary, you can take a taxi both at the hotel and in Dibba.
The hotel itself is not super new, but clean and delicious smelling)
Food 5+. We took breakfast/dinner, it was enough. There was enough of everything, everything was delicious and fresh. There are many dishes of Indian cuisine, there are national sweets, always fresh fruits and vegetables. The Swedish line has never been empty. If something ended, they immediately changed it.
The service is excellent. We arrived late and were late for dinner, so pasta and salad were brought to our room (at one o'clock in the morning). Room cleaning is daily, if something is missing or additional water is needed, you can always ask at the reception. Most of the staff speaks English, but knows simple Russian phrases.
The only drawback is the imposition of services in the spa and a completely inadequate price. Therefore, we avoided even the hamam included in the price.

We rested from 12.02.23 to 19.02.23. The hotel is good, the beautiful coastline is 500 meters. All rooms have sea views. The food is decent. Ice cream is given from 11 to 17. Drinks (cola, fanta, sprite, schweppes), juices, coffee all from coffee machines are quite decent. Bottled water 0.5 l. The only negative, in all bars and in the main restaurant, when ordering drinks, they bring a check with zero cost and ask you to sign.It takes the time of bartenders and vacationers. There is nothing near the hotel. So taking breakfasts and dinners is not really suitable for this hotel. Nearby is a campsite and a hotel under construction. There is a fruit market 2 km away. You can take a walk in the evening. The entrance to the sea is good, the beach is sand- shell. The water is clean, the tides are almost not felt for swimming.
The hotel has a nice game room (billiards, table football, table tennis, slot machines) all for free. There are mini golf courses on site. There is a chess field.
All heated pools (+32). The sea in mid-February was 23-25 degrees. Animation is very unobtrusive, you can say it is not. In general, a quiet, family-run hotel.

17.02.2023 Back from this beautiful place ! The weather was amazing, warm and without wind, the sea was magical. The hotel is chic, the rooms are simply 💣. If you are planning your vacation at this hotel, then by all means take the All system, it will be hard at breakfast, and lunch and dinner separately are sooooo expensive.Only water costs 350 rubles . for a bottle of 0.5 . Not to mention alcoholic beverages. It's better to overpay a little and enjoy your vacation than to puzzle over where to go to eat.
