I am vacationing in the UAE for the second time , there is something to compare with, the hotel is clearly not 5 stars , it has worn itself out , the rooms are old . The children's beds are terrible, the mattress is broken, the springs are sticking out . The food is meager you will not stay hungry, but not wow . The room is very dark, the staff in restaurants is hostile. The photo is a little done . Sunbeds should be occupied at 6 am , at 7. 00 everything is occupied

We had a rest from August 4 to August 11 with my family, I liked everything, and the staff, and the food, and the ocean - just a buzz! The transfer brought back the phone that I lost in the car) Cockroaches were not noticed, but they were in the room only at night, it was very comfortable to sleep, and there was cleaning, and soap accessories! Thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality !!

We had a rest in February 2024. The hotel, of course, is far from 5*. I would put a maximum of 4*. We arrived early, at about 11 a.m. They gave me towel cards, there is an opportunity to change clothes and go to the beach. But there are no free sunbeds at this time, and the beach towels are over. So we were waiting for check-in in the lobby. The room was given on the 3rd floor, the ocean view is gorgeous. All rooms have a balcony, a table and 2 chairs. There were three of us, but the room was prepared for two, there were no hand towels, glasses, cups... We were able to fully staff the room only the next day after cleaning. The bed is large, the mattresses are comfortable, the linen is clean. The bed is also full-fledged with a good mattress. The room is large, and cleaning is done every day. But they are not cleaned very carefully, the sand is not washed, there is dust under the beds.
Sun beds need to be occupied at 7 a.m., there are few of them. I liked the warm pools and the beach. The beach is clean, the swimming area is fenced with buoys, there are lifeguards.
Animation is weak, we can say that it is not.
The food is normal, there is enough of everything, perhaps, except fish. There is nowhere to go, rest only at the hotel or trips on excursions. But it's a long way to go everywhere, the hotel is isolated, they pick up / bring it last. There is no desire to return to this hotel. I highly do not recommend jeep safaris from this hotel, they are the last to be picked up, you have to sit in the third row of the jeep, not the most successful places.
The hotel is suitable for families with small children, we were bored.

Today 01.03.2023 we stopped at the hotel, and he immediately received his well-deserved first place in the anti-rating of all-inclusive hotels. Starting from the old room stock to the location on the map of the globe.
First, you will take a long time to get to this remote corner of the UAE along deserted roads with stunted vegetation along the roadsides, then you will stop by the city of Dibba itself, the main attraction of which is a cement factory, then you will go further to a place where there are no shops, cafes, nothing at all! And there is no public transport either. You remain cut off, you can say locked in the hotel. So to speak, voluntary prisoners in this prison with poor food, lack of entertainment and terrible, dark and murdered rooms.
Of the advantages, I can only mention the sea - it is there!
I can definitely say that the hotel is not worth the money. I don't understand where the positive reviews that guided us when choosing a hotel come from. Maybe they are custom-made....
I just want to escape from here, but it's not easy to do, because there is simply no adequate communication with big cities. Alas and ah!

I had a rest in May . Great beach , warm sea . But the rest on the sun beds is poorly organized . Pigs occupy the beach, throw a towel in the early morning , leave. It turns out that all the sun beds are occupied , and in fact there may be a third or less on the beach in terms of the number of people who really sunbathe and swim . The hotel is sooo noisy , because many families with children have a rest . I do not recommend it for a relaxing holiday!!!

I am in this hotel at the moment. September 2022. I don't understand the negative reviews, for a hotel in such a price category (nowadays) it is quite good. The staff is all friendly, friendly, smiling. The beach is great, there are some rocks on the shore, but it's not critical at all. Many people write about the meager variety of food, here is a list of products that I will remember:there is always meat (beef, chicken),fish (stewed various),potatoes,spaghetti,rice (different), a lot of sweets, vegetables and fruits are also enough, tea, coffee whatever you want,various juices,a beach bar,a pool bar,cocktails shots, anything. The rooms are cleaned daily, everything is replenished in the room in full. There are 5 swimming pools on the territory, including children's pools. The only negative, especially in the evening, queues in bars!!! And so the hotel is good. If you need lobsters, seafood, etc., then buy vouchers at the appropriate prices.

There are not enough sunbeds, they occupy a place under the sun at 6 in the morning, and some even earlier, they occupy it for the whole day, and come in the evening (I have not met with this yet).
The food is not bad, but monotonous. The restaurant is not designed for many guests, there are not enough tables for 4 people. Once I had to come to dinner a second time, there was no place, people were waiting.
The city is a bit far, only by taxi.
Cleaning every day, not bad. Separately, I want to say about the number. There is no ventilation in the room at all. Humidity is high, if the air conditioner is turned on more than 22 degrees, then the floor becomes simply wet!
In general, we are happy with the rest, the sun, the bay, warm water.
We will not go to this hotel anymore, it does not match the price.

We rest from August 5 to August 19. The food is monotonous, every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner is the same. It's the same thing all the time. The water is clean, it didn't bring dirt. The beach sand is large. There are few umbrellas, sun beds are occupied at dawn, and you can't find a place at rush hour. Ice cream is given to children with a squeak. The rooms are spacious, the condees are working. If something is broken, they fix it quickly. The food is normal, but without frills. The furniture was tired, yes, but we didn't care. Very polite staff. There are free buses 2 p a d to the Fujairah supermarket, but the record is a week in advance. Therefore, make an appointment immediately upon arrival if you plan to go. By taxi to Dibba, Lulu's store is 25 dirhams, there are a lot of taxi drivers. Take their phone and order by whatsapp. Cheaper than with the reception. There are a lot of shops near Lulu to the right, but cheap. Just returned from a vacation from this hotel . Starting from its location - to go not 1.5 hours (as assured ), but 3-3.5 hours on the transfer. The location is disgusting - there is nothing nearby !!!! There is no place to take a walk ! The hotel has practically no territory . The hotel itself is very old , all the furniture is shabby . Good afternoon! I never write reviews, but this time I decided to write anyway, because I liked everything, there is absolutely nothing to find fault with.. I had a rest from 07 to 16 September, the weather is excellent (who tolerates heat and humidity well). The hotel is located on the first line, I got a beautiful large room with a bath and a shower on the ground floor, stepping over the balcony railing on the beach. The rooms are cleaned daily, snow-white bed, towels, bathrobes, slippers, there is even a ironing machine with an iron..special thanks to the guy who cleaned Richard's room! The staff at the reception that the restaurant is very friendly, responsive, not indifferent, which is extremely rare nowadays..I want to thank manager Alina separately! If you are looking for a hotel for a quiet family holiday, then here you are!
