I took a bus to this bus station, and imagine, I forgot to pick up my suitcase, went with my backpack, and after about fifteen minutes I remembered and came back, forgetting at the same time which platform I got off at, called the guard, raised a panic and fuss, everyone helped, went to watch the cameras, and immediately, without delay, and what do you think? He's standing there waiting for me, he was just covered by another bus and I didn't notice him right away. They laughed at me, of course, but still. What is important, I felt their involvement and sincere desire to help, maybe it's just people who got caught, or maybe it's the organization of their work. Although it doesn't matter, it's important that the impression is good. 👍

1 star for a paid, but always pleasantly smelling and more or less clean toilet and 2 stars that there is a covered room in which you can stay in the cold season, but only until 23:00, then welcome anywhere. The waiting room itself is quite small and there are not enough seats for everyone waiting. I wasn't very lucky and I couldn't communicate with the ticket office staff, I don't know what it could be related to (the Russian language or maybe the wrong moon phase), but of course I don't want to repeat this at all, and if you have Internet access, I advise you to purchase tickets bypassing the ticket office. Neither speaking Russian nor English, nor even using a translator to communicate in Polish, helped to avoid the arrogant gaze of the cashier. In the absence of anything else, go and enjoy the delights of the Warsaw Bus Station, in all other cases, I would avoid this not very friendly place.
