As a result, we came from the beach at 14.00, the room keys do not work. I go to the reception, they say that you have delayed leaving the room, pay a fine of 100 dirhams (2200r), the most annoying thing is that not the guide, not at the reception, not the tour operator did not tell us that we need to leave the room at 12.00.

We rested for the fourth time in this hotel in October 2023!! Check-in started with trouble, three hours before arrival, our reservation with buken koma was canceled!!! Buken is blaming the hotel, and the hotel is blaming them! Then the janitor broke the mug while we were on the beach and dumped it on us!!! A letter was brought to our room for this mug !!!! Then we sorted it out and apologized!!! Upon arrival at the hotel, we paid 100 derham for a late check-out, and again a nuisance!!!! At 14-00, they started calling and demanding eviction, and then a drishch came running to the room from the reception with a security guard and wanted to evict us!!! The hotel is very average. 3 stars does not pull at all.
There is little furniture in the rooms, there are no wardrobes, only a hanger.
Refrigerators practically do not perform their function..
There are no dishes, except for the electric kettle. They give out disposable glasses.
Linen (towels) of gray, washed color.
Instead of a clothes dryer in the shower there is a rope where, due to humidity, the laundry dries for a very long time.Therefore, I had to dry the laundry on the windowsill.
There is no air freshener, no toilet brush. The hood, too, is missing.
The administration responds to the requests of guests as follows: agrees, smiles, but does nothing to solve the issue.
Breakfasts are below average. Mostly-spicy national dishes that are more suitable for a lunch meal than for breakfast.
Of course, you can find something to eat: vegetables, fruits, pastries. But no more..
On the roof of the hotel there is a small pool and sun loungers where you can relax.
The transfer takes you from the hotel to the beach, but there is a queue.... You have to sign up 2 days in advance, otherwise you won't get there.
Rooms without balconies. From the window there is a view of the neighboring street.
A big plus is the location of the hotel, which is within walking distance from the Emirate Mall and the metro. There is also a bus station nearby, from where you can get to the Flower Garden and other attractions.
In general, as they say: "one-time visit to the hotel": we stayed, we found out, we don't want any more.

Near the hotel there is a huge number of Asians and people of other nationalities, their sea. The staff does not speak Russian at the hotel. The breakfasts are vile and meager. There's nothing to do in this hotel. The only advantages are that the Emirates shopping center and the metro station of the same name are nearby. The hotel is an extremely modest troika that does not claim to be a star. For the price of 135 thousand for 2 adults for 8 nights at breakfast, you need and can choose a more decent hotel.

Good afternoon! I poured myself a cup of coffee, sat down comfortably and began the story...My husband and I rested at the hotel from 11.09.21 to 18.09.21 (8 days, 7 nights), a wonderful vacation turned out, I would love to repeat it! We were brought to the hotel by transfer at 10:00, September 11, check-in at 14:00, but the staff did everything possible to check in faster, we sat at the reception with suitcases (although it was possible to walk around the city, but since the covid test, or rather its result has not yet come, we were waiting at the reception). We asked for a room on the 13th floor, there is a view of the Parus Hotel (as people say) and the Burj Khalifa tower in the distance, we were given a room without extra charges on this floor, I was delighted, there was a view of the Parus Hotel, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Ski Dubai ski resort and even when it was the sea could also be clearly seen. We settled in around 13:00. We were waiting for the test results, they came only the next day at 14:00. We did not take any chances, although our hotel guide said you can go out for a walk, without passports. This is, of course, a minus, but it's not the fault of the hotel, and this is a global problem at the moment and everyone is wearing masks everywhere very strictly, a fine of $ 800 (as if you decide for yourself).
I will briefly summarize the main thing about the hotel.
HOTEL: small, cozy, clean. Cleaning every day, water is brought every day for 0.5 per person, there is always coffee/tea in the room, shower gel, hand soap, towels are changed every day. for me, 3 stars are perfect, they pull for all 4. There is a rooftop pool, small, but still, we got high there for the first two days when we were waiting for the results of the Covid test.
FOOD: not to say that every day was different, about the same thing, but the dishes changed periodically. Very tasty. Breakfast buffet. Food is imposed on you (because of covid measures), you say what you want, then they impose it, if you want supplements, ask, they will bring it. Breakfast: there are no porridges usual in Russia. There are cereals, omelets, sausages, boiled eggs, vegetables, herbs, grilled tomatoes, lots of croissants, jams, toasts, fruits (melon, watermelon, pineapple), beans, cheeses, all kinds of sauces. We took breakfast/dinner. Dinner can be moved to lunch (for example, if you don't have time for dinner). The dinners are very tasty and the portions are simply huge: the first (soup and salad, soups are very tasty and thick, I haven't eaten them anywhere), the second (pasta, basmati rice, beef, chicken, vegetables), the third (dessert, as a rule, ice cream with fruit). Barely finished eating. Room service is available for both breakfast and dinner, lunch is free. It is also very convenient, used several times. The serving in their cafe is very beautiful, like in a restaurant. Drinks are not provided for dinner, but water is always poured. In the morning: juices, coffee, tea.
BEACH: they take you to one beach for free, next to the hotel by Sail, literally 10-15 minutes to go. You can go at 8 and 9 in the morning, sign up the day before. They don't take you home in the evening. The beach is cool, deserted (probably because it's not the season), there is a bar on the beach, we always took cocktails there (very tasty). There is a construction site on the beach nearby (but this is Dubai, baby), there is an eternal construction site here. If you want to go to other beaches, Marina Beach and so on, take the subway.
LOCATION: The hotel is ideally located, 7-10 minutes to a Huge Mall, 15-20 minutes to the metro, through this mall. By metro to Dubai Marina 15 min, to Burj Khalifa 10 min.
Everything sooooo liked it!!! Friendly staff, always prompt, help, it is advisable to come with a good knowledge of English, they know the language very well and sometimes it was very difficult to understand them because of their rapid pronunciation. The staff always smile, wish us a good day, open the doors, if something is missing, they will definitely provide it, asked us to take a shower before departure (when they already handed over the room), provided us with a shower, clean towels, you could swim there for at least 30 minutes.
In general, I recommend the hotel if it is 3 stars such as 4 and 5 stars. We are not very experienced tourists (who rest only in 5 stars and have been to more than 10 countries, maybe they will not appreciate the rest in this hotel as much as we do), rested in Turkey (4 stars), Egypt (5 stars), Cyprus (4 stars), Georgia (4 stars) and if we compare, then 3 stars in Dubai are simply amazing. I rarely wrote reviews, almost never, but I didn't spare an hour of time and wrote here, because I can't keep silent, let everyone know what kind of service this hotel has and let you have more satisfied tourists. Prosperity and development of this hotel!!! The hotel, by the way, has a whole network in Dubai.

For a rest in a hotel - not here, it's better here as it was in my case - just a place where you can throw things and sleep. Snow-white linen, everything works, and how the Pakistani guys clean up, we need to learn not a single speck. I always left 5 dirhans on the bed for them. The food is peculiar, I would say oriental, there is not peppery relatively for Europeans and spicy for India, Pakistan, China. They give you a lunchbox when you fly out. I would come again. The number was given at 11 - unusual after Turkey. The room is clean, everything works - only the window is heavily siphoned, water was carried. Near shops and a huge shopping center. He eats a swimming pool, they serve him well at breakfast in Kaya - better than in Turkey. They didn't give towels for the beach - they bought mv and drove with a bass from the hotel, it's a pity to record it. There is alcohol who loves. The noise seems to be ok. There are a lot of restaurants nearby - I recommend Chinese inclusive and Golden Fork. The pool is normal by the way - the views are cool
