Некомпетентный и высокомерный сотрудник оформлял приобретение товара. Нервничал, когда я читала договор, и начинал сразу отправлять в поле, в котором нужно поставить подпись. Хотя в магазине тогда были одни, очереди никакой не было. На вопросы не давал конкретных ответов, поэтому придётся повторно обращать в компанию А1. Остался неприятный осадок от такого обслуживания.

We bought a smartphone today. After a call from another salon, we were given the right model, it was nice to be expected. Everything was quickly arranged. The staff was very pleasant and professional, they even helped to paste on the protective glass, download applications and transfer information from the old phone to the new one. We answered all the questions without haste, even those that may arise during the use of the phone. We are very satisfied with the purchase and service. We recommend it!
