As a result, payments debited from the organization's checking account on the same day are credited to the personal account in A1 only on the next business day, and sometimes later, which creates unreasonable risks of blocking services and disrupting business operations. Given the current level of development of payment services and integrations between banks and telecom operators, this practice looks outdated and does not correspond to the declared status of an IT company. A1 is expected to ensure online accounting of payments by legal entities or at least their correct reflection on personal accounts on the day of the actual receipt of money, rather than shifting the problems of its technical infrastructure to customers.
