I liked almost everything: the staff is polite, the hall is large, there is enough space in the changing rooms (on the first day). There is only one minus - the pool: the cascade is rusty, the smell of mud and greenery in the corners is visible in the railway station... But the water in the pool itself is warm, it's comfortable to go in, it's like a bonus))

The equipment is tired, often creaking, the broken floor on the 2nd floor, laminate flooring on the 3rd is a strange solution for the hall, even the mats are old, the locks in the lockers are floundering and do not open well. It can be seen that the hall was quite good and modern about 10 years ago. The restrooms and showers are all very old and untidy. I did not dare to go to the aquazone.

It's not bad, but it feels like they saved on everything they could. The locker rooms are not well thought out, there are only 2 benches for the entire women's locker room. One is near the mirror and there is always someone going there. There is such a huge shower in the shower that if I'm not going to wash my hair after training, but just want to wash myself, then I have to arrange a whole quest so as not to wet my hair. The hair dryers provided by the hall are barely breathing. There are no complaints about the equipment of the hall itself

There are pears and a wrestling zone. Lots of exercise machines and treadmills. Shower room on each floor for three cabins. There is a tap with water in the corridor. There is a sauna, but I didn't go there. There is also a swimming pool, but it's just a puddle and there are always a lot of people there. In the period from 19:30 to 21:00 there is often a full house and a lot.

But there are, of course, nuances. So I came with a child, and they demand 12 rubles for him as for a visit, but he just sits and waits for me. There is a place for children on the winners, they can watch a cartoon and draw, but not here. We should come up with something for the kids.

It's not the first year I've been going to aquaerobics in Adrenaline. Wonderful girls work at the reception. Professionals in their field. Always in a good mood. They solve all issues quickly.
The coaches are just great! Everyone is different, with their own set of exercises. Interesting, good load, fun and naughty! They monitor everyone and give recommendations. We care about every little thing. Smart guys!!!!

The pool is small, 2 people swim comfortably, if more is the trouble. There is a "specific" smell in the Jacuzzi, designed for 4 people. The guns were not working at the time of my visit, I was in the Aqua zone for more than 2 hours. The sauna did not work, it was renovated, but the sauna is one and very small. The gym is large, there are a lot of shells, there are a minimum of people during the day. I recommend visiting, you will be able to work out, wash up too. Not expensive.

I chose this gym only because of the pool. It is very pleasant to swim after a good workout. But after a day at work, it's not particularly pleasant anymore. There is water in the pool, the sauna is also silent about the Jacuzzi. All because of undisciplined visitors, most likely because I have seen men coming out of the locker room into the pool in their underwear more than once. I doubt that they were in the shower after training🙈 a lot of people, because of this, it can be uncomfortable in the locker room, as well as it can be difficult to build the training process yourself because you stand in line for the simulator in the evening. Parking is a pleasant option, but on weekday evenings I do not recommend visiting cruelly. There is also no loyalty program for regular visitors. Although there are constant promotions for new ones😔

The pool room is dirty, the steps are spoiled, the bottom of the Jacuzzi is often slippery from plaque, too hot, the staff is polite, the sauna is spoiled, mold on the belts for aqua aerobics.
