I went to the gym for several months and I can make a detailed review. The girls at the reception are quite rude, they go without masks, which fully reflects the situation inside the hall. If you are worried about your health, it is better not to go there: there are a lot of people, all without masks. The simulators are very close, especially in the cardio zone, there is not only 1.5 meters there, there is not even 1. The air conditioners do not work well in the hall, in May they were not turned on yet, but it was already stuffy, and in July it became completely unbearable in the hall, after 10 minutes of power, it was already all wet. As for the locker rooms, there are more than 40 lockers in each of them. At the same time, there are only 3 benches on the 3rd floor, with a maximum of 10 seats. Girls get divorced standing up, apparently, this is normal. Some lockers are located so high that you just can't reach the hook. It amazes me that with such a large number of people, they still cannot set up normal ventilation and air conditioners, while doing monthly promotions to attract even more people. If you come to the gym to take care of your health, then it's better to do it in another gym. They're just making a mess of people here

In general, I like it. A sufficient number of cardio equipment, a lot of group activities, a swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi... And all this in one place. It's very cool. Even one-time classes for 14p are quite inexpensive for such a range of services, and if you take an unlimited subscription, and do not hack, then it's generally cool. Of the cons: in the morning, the sauna is open for just a couple of hours, and in the evening there are always a lot of people. The Jacuzzi also works every other day in the morning. You have to choose: either without these pleasures, or in crowds and queues (it would be nice if everything worked all day, but probably technically it is impossible. Yes, another advantage is the solarium and the opportunity to use a clean towel for an additional fee, of course. And on weekends, you can take small children (up to 12-14 years old, I don't remember exactly) with you for free, which is also a weighty argument for those who have nowhere to put their children while you train. In short, the best price / quality option, I have not seen a better rocking chair in Minsk yet.

They don't care about the rest. There is no sporting spirit, everyone is on their own. And in addition, I forgot my sneakers in the locker room, came the next day, and they themselves left in an unknown direction;)

They could have been much better. The simulators are already old, many tracks are already clearly creaking, and some do not meet the requirements at all. The pool is small, plus it is almost always occupied by water aerobics groups. The Jacuzzi is on schedule and also works more or less adequately for only 1-2 places out of 6. But they are also occupied by soaking women from the same group of aqua aerobics)) There were problems with the bathhouse, as it often did not work, but recently they seemed to have changed the shade and the problem was fixed. But they still lost me as a client, they became outdated both mentally and physically. For visiting only those who live nearby.

I decided to change the review, because I revised my view of the hall. Well, first of all, the hall is completely suitable for the location (OK S.M. Mikhalova), ideal for me +⭐ Friendly and friendly receptionists work at the reception, they will answer every question, help if necessary (although they do not respond to all comments) +⭐ The men's locker rooms.... You come in and there's nothing to breathe. There is no ventilation, if the window on the second floor still saves, then on the first floor, due to humidity and stuffiness (especially after training), you can die! -⭐ About the hall. It is very well equipped, there are ALL simulators, and not even a single copy! I almost never stood in line to do exercises :) There is also a large cardio area, but unfortunately there are only 2 stairs and 2 exercise bikes, so there is definitely a queue for them... But there is always something free +⭐⭐ However, the big disadvantage is that no one turns on the air conditioners during training. It's getting hot, it's just hell!!! It is impossible to train. And this is in the morning-afternoon. There are 2 unfortunate fans running, there is no wash from the open windows... -⭐ I really like the Adrenaline coaches! No one will refuse to help, a very friendly and strong team! +⭐ As an advantage, I would like to note the presence of a swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi. After training, there is an opportunity to relax and swim +⭐ And he is also happy to have a mini cafe and a sports shop where you can buy a sports pit, something to eat or even equipment+⭐

There's always someone running around your court behind you. When you come to the court, there is no fixed court behind you, the staff does not care at all where you will play and what you will do, time has gone, it does not even matter that people have not left, it is your fault that you did not drive them away, and when you leave last, you are being driven every second, even if You didn't win back your time because you were waiting for others. In a word, the place is a scoop.
