I bought a bosch universal 18v-55 brushcutter. I ordered the model 0600489J01.
A warranty was issued for the model 0600489J01. I came home with a brushcutter that says model 0600489J00. Also on the box 0600489J00. The box is all battered. While I was looking for a saw, in parallel I found the lid that I need, it is available in Belarus, I called the person he says yes, here it is available, I hold it in my hands. I'm ordering.
At the same time, I contact the managers Sergey, Rodion HI! I don't remember with whom exactly and I say that I ordered a lid for myself, I agree to a discount on the cost of the lid, (I won't be offended anymore))). The manager calls me and asks me to cancel the lid order, and they will order it themselves and deliver it to me.
Meanwhile, it's already the 2nd half of December, I think I won't cancel the order, the lid will arrive and I'll talk about a discount that would cover the cost of the lid. After a while, the store where I ordered the lid phoned me and said that they did not have this lid in stock, I wonder how it happened that the lid that the person was holding was missing?
The final! The lid came to me, the saw is working, the excessive speed needs to be adjusted, but in general everything is fine. I contact the manager Sergey and ask about the discount, after all, the epic with the purchase of this saw lasted more than a month. To which I received the answer that the saw was working according to the results, a discount would be provided if I bought another saw or product. Thanks!

I still didn't get a call to confirm the order, I had to check twice whether the order was confirmed or not. Okay, I was confirmed in writing that the order will be delivered in 3 days.
3 days later, it was delivered at 22.00 a.m... Well, okay, I paid (without opening the case), took a puncher and went into the house where I opened the case there and found that they did not put a check on me. The second day in the morning I took it to start work, and here I was surprised that the puncher does not have a reverse and does not know how to fix the position of the pick for the hammer... and in addition, a hammer drill with a defect (at first speed the motor moos and there is no stirring of the peaks at all).
I started calling the store to explain that the purchased product does not have the functions stated on the site, plus it also has a marriage where he started shouting at me, sending me to the service center to confirm the marriage. But kamon, I know the law where it is written in black and white that in case of malfunctions or inconsistency of the received goods with what is indicated on the website, the seller must replace the goods or refund the money within 30 days.
So, with swearing and arguments, they agreed to replace the product with another one with a refund of the difference. They promised to do it within 2 days, I waited all 10... Where I had to call and remind them about it every time. On about the 10th day, the store manager contacted me, where he said that they would send an urgent shipment with my product. Yes, my product has arrived...But again, without a receipt and without a difference in cost.
In general, I do not advise you to contact this office in your life, these are simple resellers who hang up their price and work without a cash register (I have already contacted the consumer protection service), so wait for the check.
