I was looking for an apartment to live with a Staffordshire Terrier dog. At first, for a week on my own, then I decided to hire a realtor.
I faced a lot of negativity when I chose an agency and a realtor. Some immediately began to behave rudely, because they pointed to incompetence. They poured water into my ears.
There was one number on 7 ads suitable for me, I decided since a person is guided by what suits me, then it's worth trying.
Vera was very tactful, polite and spoke to the point. It felt like a great experience! We have signed a contract.
At first, there was no news at all, they didn't even start a conversation in messengers, but as it turned out, I was worried in vain. We had a period of 2 months, the price range was determined. the area and the link to the location.
We went to see the apartments 2 times. On each day, the hosts were expecting us and were fully informed, which was incredibly gratifying. The first option was not suitable in size. If something was needed, Vera is always in touch and ready to answer clearly in fact, without water. I'm not intrusive myself, someone might not like it, but it's good for me when I'm not distracted for no reason once again.
A month later, I already called to clarify why we are not finding it, it may be worth reviewing the criteria, the amount. Vera replied that it was worth being patient and waiting a little, she just didn't send me everything in a row, but really only worthwhile options.
And now 4 weeks have passed, Vera calls and tells us about the new version, we are going to watch it the same evening. The owners are cool, they liked the dog, they did not take the deposit, they saw it kind, obedient. I really liked the apartment!
We have been living here for 2 months, we are satisfied and happy with everything. A doggie and a meadow and a park and a lake, please.

We wanted to rent an apartment ourselves, we were looking for tenants, we looked at about 5 people and I want to say that Maxim is the most attentive and tactful realtor we had to face, as well as just a sincere, easy-going person. I'm sorry, you need to drag the information with ticks, there is some kind of distrust, they are trying to convict you of something. As a result, they managed to persuade me to introduce myself. We are talking about agent Svetlana Gennadievna. On my part, I was asked to provide information on the potential volume of objects for rent in the Moskovsky and Leninsky districts of Minsk, without specifics and addresses, in order to understand the approximate number of potential objects for rent (The Agency requires 200 BYN in advance, and read reviews on this scheme below). To which I received the answer that she could not provide such information, it was necessary to communicate with each specific agent to whom the objects were assigned. Besides, she said that I didn't invite you here. Is this the attitude towards customers? (note to the head).
It would seem that conclusions should not be drawn from a particular case. But, having dialed the number of this agency, I hear rudeness again in response. The employee did not introduce himself and to my question who I am talking to, the answer is – you know where you are calling! I'm clarifying: how to contact an agent, to which the answer is – we will not cooperate with you.
Conclusion. Either I was unlucky with employees twice, or there is a global problem with the culture of communication and behavior with customers. I don't need anything more from this agency, but I hope the review will help other clients, as well as the management of this company, so that the business develops, is of high quality, and customers are satisfied. I will be glad to receive feedback from the Company's management.

Agent Vera began to argue that their advertisement indicated living in an apartment with the owner, although there was no such thing, and that the room was for 2 people. That is, the ads of this agency, it turns out, contain false information. Plus, she indicated to call them on Monday and maybe then for a "31-year-old woman" she would see what they have. The attitude is as if it's the customers who owe them. Before that, other agents of this organization uttered the phrase "we conclude a contract, pay and we will select options for you." Only after a direct question, what is the prepayment, they begin to say that the payment is after check-in. They don't even create the appearance that they want to work. I'm unlikely to apply.

My experience of communicating with this agency, and in particular with agent Olga, ended with time spent, nerves, money for railway tickets and zero result.
13.08 we contacted the agency in order to find a room for rent for a student daughter. The contract was drawn up very quickly, and the agent also quickly took an advance payment of 200 rubles, prescribed in the contract, for some reason without a receipt. Before signing the contract, I clarified whether they have a single database of rooms, the answer is "yes", are there any rooms available that are on Kufara? She replied that there were many others besides them, which was generally encouraging. We filled out a form with wishes and requirements for the room that we would like to rent, on the basis of which the search was to be carried out. Further in the conversation, the agent clarified whether it would be convenient for us to come another day, I said that this was all unnecessary expenses, since we were from another city, after which we were offered "free time", and Olga had to look for a room (perhaps it was ...). After 15 around the same day, I called to clarify how things were going, and received an answer that the owners were all working, they would be home only in the evening. When asked how many room options we can be given to choose from, again, some vague answer is that no one promises 10... We decided that we would go home and arrive another day, the agent said that it was very good, she would prepare OPTIONS for us during this time and call us the day before. We agreed on 21.08 (no one said that we needed to arrive earlier, although I offered to come on 17.08, on Saturday) and even sent a message to my daughter's Viber "21.08 we invite you to CHECK in." We, hoping for the decency of the employee, had a quiet week. The day before, on 08/20, I called myself (for some reason I am 98% sure that no one was going to call us), Olga said that of course she would send us OPTIONS in the evening!
1-the only option we received in the morning, 08/21/2018 after my message. When asked where the promised options were, she said that she did not promise many of them, and I did not ask for much, but not 1!!!! The tenants, of course, were at work...
After we re-arrived at the agency, Olga began calling other owners, looking for options, so to speak, although, let me remind you, based on her promises, they should have already been ready. To repeated questions about the rooms with Kufara, which were in active ads and could be suitable for us, she said that these were the rooms of Vera's agent and she did not know anything about them. And anyway, what do we want, because already on August 21, all the options, if they appeared, then they gave up!!! And the fact that the contract was signed with us a week ago, apparently, did not affect the situation in any way.
As a result, the 2 options that were offered to us after visiting the agency did not suit us. We went, in the hope, to see the 1st option, but it turned out to be a pass-through room, which Olga was very surprised at, perhaps the owner misled her ...., which also indicates a lack of competence.
The result is that the contract was terminated, the money was returned (the daughter, dictated, wrote that she had no complaints), there is no room.
The conclusion is that they take an advance payment, which they should not do, and then the client is not interested. It is good if you are settled on the same day, because after a while no one will remember you. And there is no big choice of housing, as they praise themselves on Kufara.
It was necessary to read reviews before choosing an agency....
But, in fairness, I note that we communicated with only one employee.

I managed to deal with this agency about 3 years ago. I was looking for a room at that time, but after a not very long search, I finished the search, because the situation had changed. When asked if I would be able to use the agency's services later, when I start searching again, Agent Elena replied that there was no problem. And so on July 29, I asked Elena again if it was possible to resume the search, to which a positive response was received, then I asked if I needed to reset the photo of the contract - there was no response. The next day, I reminded myself, to which I received the answer "so you write what you need?". I got the impression that I should read my own thoughts and post all the information without answers. As a result, I was offered one option. I called myself on the phone and the hostess, chewing into the receiver, told me that if I could not come to view the apartment from 13.00 to 15.00, then nothing would work with her. Then, a week after this single option, I wrote to Elena again to find out if there were any more options, to which she replied that she had thrown everything off to me and that that option was quite good. And since that moment, not a single option has been dropped to me. One option per month? Are you serious? I understand that my money, which I paid at the conclusion of the contract, has long been spent and forgotten, but the service has not been rendered as a result! This person communicates rudely and sarcastically, answers questions reluctantly.
He immediately says that you need to first pay for realtor services in the amount of 200 rubles (for what?), and only then an option will be selected. Don't get fooled by this. A NORMAL agency takes money after signing a lease agreement. And here it smells like a divorce with a disgusting service.
When asked to provide the contact details of the management in order to leave a review, no clear response was received, the phone was dropped.

But how can you find an apartment when two ads for an apartment were dropped in a month, although many ads could be found on kufara according to my request. I think it's disgusting to take money from a person and not even try to do my job, even though it's been a couple of months, but I'm still in shock, how can you do this to people?

Both times my requests were, frankly, not sugar - as a foreigner, I need to register at least for my stay, the deadlines have always been quite tight, and the funds are quite limited. Both times, Vera was able to quickly find apartments with good repairs and facilities and negotiate with the owners about my registration - all I had to do was look at the apartment itself and sign a contract. Contacting this so-called "agency" is the most useless investment of time, money and nerves. Such were the circumstances that I urgently needed a rented apartment in Minsk. I turned to Alfa-Realt (by the way, the office itself is not located where it is indicated in Yandex-maps, I had to run around, look for it), a contract was drawn up with me, a considerable amount of money was taken away...that's all. For a month, the realtor Olga Sergeevna sent me three numbers of potential landlords on Viber, none of these options suited me in any way according to the requests described in the questionnaire at the conclusion of the contract. And that's it!!! So, if you need services related to housing problems - either search the Internet for information yourself (this, as it turned out, is quite real) or contact another, NORMAL agency!

Не советую. Долгое заселение. Нет своей базы клиентской. Общение такое себе, при совместной работе были моменты, когда агент бросала трубку и этим усугубляла мое состояние. Предлагают варианты мягко говоря не очень. Мы выбрали квартиру, переехали. Но через некоторое время сумели найти жилье сами, через хороших знакомых. Пишу этот отзыв не для того, чтобы огорчить агентов, а просто для того, чтобы люди понимали, что данное агенство не очень продуктивно. Жилье подбирается долго, нервно, почти все будете узнавать сами и связываться с арендодателями сами. Оплачиваете сразу, и дальше идет подбор долгий, нервный, и очень стрессовый. Лучше обратиться в те агенства, где оплата производится по факту заселения, там агент заинтересован скорее заселить вас, чтобы вам все понравилось и вы вьехали в квартиру, а он заработал определенную сумму. Да, в других агенствах может быть в два раза больше оплата за услуги, но наверное это тот момент, когда экономить не стоит. Нам нужно было выехать из одного сьемного жилья в другое. Обращались 8 июня, выехать нужно было до 15 июня, по факту заселились 21 июня. Хорошо, что хозяева прошлой квартиры пошли на встречу и сильно нас не гнали, подождали еще неделю пока мы найдем жилье, а то остались бы на улице жить.

Звонил по объявлению Агенту Екатерине ( по крайней мере имя указанное на онлайнере), максимально недовольная жизнью уже в 10 утра и грубая женщина, даже не пыталась "продать" мне квартиру и бросила трубку. Если меня будут читать люди которым нахамили так же, то не расстраивайтесь, это не с Вами что-то не так, это у руководства данной фирмы проблемы с наймом вменяемых сотрудников. (Почитайте в Гугле отзывы, там рейтинг пониже и недовольных людей больше :) Хорошего дня, не расстраивайтесь из-за подобных хамок :))

Сложилось такое ощущение, что в этом месте
хотят не столько привлечь клиента, сколько раз и навсегда отбить желание обращаться за услугой.
Сначала нагрубили супругу, а когда чуть позднее позвонила сама, так даже не успела задать интересующий меня вопрос, в стиле «отвяжись» сказали, чтобы перезвонила через 5 минут. Я даже опешила. Перезванивать не стала, все желание разговаривать в подобном стиле отпало. Подумала, может сами перезвонят, но сделала вывод, что они даже не заинтересованы.

Хочу выразить признательность агентам компании, а особенно агенту Вере, за оказанные услуги по подбору квартиры в аренду. Быстро, оперативно предложили несколько вариантов. Обзвонили хозяев, договорились о встрече. Вторая из предложенных квартир очень нам понравилась, и Вера ( огромная ей благодарность) договорилась с хозяйкой о снижении цены за аренду квартиры. До подписания договора мы были на связи с нашим специалистом Верой. Очень чуткий, отзывчивый, тонко понимающий человек! Она так подобрала нам вариант, чтобы рядом были школы и без проблем можно было туда устроить детей!

У них нет своей базы арендодателей, о которой они заверяют. Они просто взяли объявление с realt.by, и выслали как из своей базы. Пришли смотреть квартиру, а хозяин говорит что ни с каким агентством он не сотрудничает и ищет жильцов сам. Развели просто на деньги. Ищите жилье сами из разных источников, не спешите, есть просто "сезоны и не сезоны" на квартиры. В основном появляются хорошие варианты зимой и весной. Удачи в поисках и поберегите деньги и нервы.

Объявления висят но предлогают сплошной хлам,даю конкретную информацию что желаю,в итоге комнаты сплошное разочарование...
В объявлениях не пишут что сдаётся девушкам а просто берут деньги и гуляй,эта комната для девушек и мы будем думать в какую точку тебя сплавить!
160р на ветер!!!
Пару часиков "поработали" и потом вы им не нужны!

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность агенту Татьяне. Искала квартиру для съема, с двумя животными. Не смотря на все трудности, и ограниченное время, Татьяна проявила настоящий профессионализм и простое человеческое понимание. Квартиру, подходящую под мои запросы, нашли достаточно быстро.
