The hotel is located next to the Ice Arena (very convenient, because we went to an amateur hockey tournament). Convenient check-in from the MKAD. There is a secure free parking for guests. Excellent Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. We rented apartments (the room is large, clean, comfortable. A separate bathroom for the guests and us, which we really liked).TV in the living room and in the bedroom (a big plus! ) Bathrobes, slippers, towels, gradual set - snow-white. Clean up cleanly. The staff is polite, tactful, friendly, and always happy to help resolve any issues that arise. There is a large supermarket nearby within walking distance, and many grocery stores. The shops accept the Mir payment card (very convenient). There is a restaurant on the ground floor, we used breakfast (buffet, there is enough of everything, everything is delicious). The windows of the room overlooked the lake. Quiet, green area. We were very satisfied, we will come back again!!! One disadvantage is that the air conditioning does not work well in the room.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, the food in the cafe is delicious. There was only one problem - the lack of water in the coolers in the hall, the water ran out in the evening, they said they would not change it until the morning. We didn't go to the meeting, and so on all floors.

A decent place, there are rooms with mobile air conditioning.There was no feeling of discontent and disgust. BUT, there are also disadvantages. An average hotel, for a one-night visit. Breakfast for three. It's a long way to get to the nearest places to eat. No frills. I do not offer water in the room, the killer is on the floor. The TV was not working, apparently the batteries in the remote were dead.

We stayed at the Arena Hotel for 3 nights. The room is very clean, soap, gels, put, provided an additional euro cot for the child. The only drawback is that the vent screw at the door apparently unscrewed (but this did not interfere with our rest in any way)

I stayed at the hotel and held a conference. I read the reviews before coming to the hotel. I was expecting problems with breakfast, I was waiting for the rudeness of the staff - as I read earlier in some reviews. I didn't see or feel any of this. There was enough delicious food for me at breakfast. I liked the Belarusian sausage very much. There is no kettle in the room, but when contacting the reception by phone, they bring boiling water and no dissatisfied persons. Beautiful view from the window of the stadium and the lake. There are several grocery stores nearby. I liked everything.

Not a customer-oriented hotel. When I checked in, they didn't explain anything about breakfast, or about the fact that they have paid slippers. I didn't know they had a gym.
They ran out of water on the floors, I had to search all over the hotel for boiling water to drink tea. They didn't even offer the guests water as an apology. In the evening, you can't eat in the restaurant without pre-ordering, there are no pastries.
Well, so-so hotel.
In the bathroom, water flows from the shower to the floor, i.e. you go out on a wet floor that dries for half a day.

Starting from the reception, wildly dissatisfied with life and guests in general, he reluctantly answered questions, snapped.The guard was eating at his workplace (is there really no place for a snack?), actively communicated with the young lady from the reception, despite the presence of guests.The room is terribly cold, the door did not close either in the bathroom or in the shower stall itself, dirty carpet in the room, scratched furniture...There is a restaurant on the 1st floor, but there is nowhere to warm up your food (at the reception they advised you to find a cleaner-maybe she has a microwave somewhere in the back room?!?)There is no kettle in the room.I did not like the hotel, I do not recommend booking.

One of the advantages is a very beautiful view from the window, if the room overlooks the reservoir.
Overall clean and spacious.
Of the minuses, it is very noisy with the windows open and the rumble from the inter-corridor doors also does not add comfort.

We were with my husband from December 30 to January 3, 2024, we liked everything, it was not expensive, friendly staff, the rooms were clean, towels were changed every day, we lived on the 8th floor, it was very warm. A pleasant place, stylish rooms, there is Parking behind a barrier. Grocery stores, a zoo with a dolphinarium are nearby. There is a cooler with mountains and cold water on the floor.
There are no slippers, a kettle, shelves in the bathroom, buckets in the room, a variety of soap accessories, but the price is two times lower than where it is. The breakfast buffet is not very rich in choice, but it is good and delicious.
If such little things don't bother you much, I definitely recommend it.

The rooms are old, we traveled with a company, so we saw as many as three rooms. The carpet is stained and definitely needs to be replaced. The mattress is comfortable enough, which cannot be said about the pillows. The reception staff is friendly, but unfortunately they are not qualified enough. A simple question is whether it is possible to send a letter with the help of the reception staff, which at first caused confusion, then misunderstanding, and in the end we were told in response to the question "how many stamps do I need to send a postcard to Russia? - "Let's Google it." We decided that we would not entrust our correspondence. About cleanliness, the room was cleaned twice a week, and that's not for sure. Only towels were changed daily. The location - if you are by car, is ideal, you can quickly get to the center and the MKAD near at all. There is also a small supermarket nearby, where you can buy everything you need. The breakfasts are very good, but they strongly depend on two factors: 1. The number of guests in the hotel, 2. Who works in the cafe. The man is a great fellow, everything is fast, brings the missing food, takes away dirty plates, etc. And the girls are much inferior. The only advantage of the hotel is its relative cheapness. This covers all the disadvantages.

The hotel is designed to accommodate sports teams, so it's probably unfair to make any demands on it outside of its function.
For those who came to Minsk for tourist purposes, it is not very suitable, but it cannot be said that it is bad.
Positive:
- The staff is friendly, trying their best. But it is immediately clear that no one taught them the specifics of working in a hotel. But they try.
- Spacious rooms.
- Large free parking.
Cons:
- So-so food at the hotel. It will do for breakfast, but it's better to have lunch and dinner somewhere else. Or better yet, in another area.
- There is 1 cue in the paid billiard room. It is not clear what is difficult to buy a second one, instead of apologizing all the time.
Under the impression of the kitchen and billiards, they did not dare to go to the SPA)
In good weather, you can walk around the large park of the 900th anniversary of Minsk (the hotel, in fact, is located on the edge of this park). Also within walking distance (a kilometer or one and a half) there is a very nice Minsk Zoo with a dolphinarium.

Good afternoon!We came with our family by car on vacation to Minsk.The hotel was booked on the day of arrival, as we stayed on the way in Smolensk.I read only the top reviews, which I regret.View of the Soviet-era hotel.
I put 1 star only for the room rate per night, this corresponds to 3 stars.
A huge minus:When checking into the room, there was terrible dirt.It feels like the rooms are not cleaned after other guests, from the word at all.There is garbage on the floor, dust everywhere, the window sill is covered in dirt, the curtains are stained white (something was wiped on them), the bedspread is all dusty, like the curtains....It feels like no one is watching the cleanliness in Minsk hotels at all (where is the Sanitary inspection??)
I immediately called the reception and asked to clean the room.After cleaning, it became a little cleaner.
We lived for 3 days, changed only towels, no more cleaning.
They wanted to pay extra for breakfast, but they were discouraged from eating at this hotel after seeing dirt in the room.
I do not advise anyone to stay at this hotel!!!
