Never stop here if you have a choice!
Once upon a time it was clearly a good idea in terms of room design, the quality of the hotel as a whole and the range of services provided. The staff, for the most part, tried to help with the problems that arose, but the hotel management is clearly trying to squeeze out all the juices and not invest a penny.
The disadvantages turned out to be much more:
1. When I arrived, the room smelled like a city dumpster - the drains in the shower and toilet stank. This problem was not very quickly, but the staff tried to fix it. After 2-3 days, they either got used to the smell, or it went away.
2. When you see a large bed in the room description, expect that these are two old and folded mattresses, the bed linen on which has not been updated apparently since the opening of the hotel (I attach a photo to the review).
3. The hotel management considered it appropriate to arrange a corporate party on December 28th in the hotel restaurant, which lasted from 16-17 hours to 00:30 - 1:00 the next day. Taking into account the lack of sound insulation, it was possible to attend a corporate party without leaving the room. Not exactly what you would expect from a hotel.
4. From January 1 to January 4, there was no Wi-Fi in the hotel and every day the staff promised that they would fix it.
5. They bring torn towels and bed linen (I attach a photo to the review).
6. Cleaners consider it their duty to start cleaning at 6 a.m. using walkie-talkies and shouting at each other in the hallway (what can they even discuss there?!), and in the absence of sound insulation, this can wake you up.

The hotel is 3 stars. There was no kettle in the room, they asked at the reception and promised to provide it, but it remained a promise. For those who use the train, the bonus is that there is a railway station nearby (there is no noise from trains in the rooms)

In general, the hotel is good. I didn't go to breakfast, so I can't say what's what. The disadvantage is that there is a lot of hair on the floor in the toilet, apparently they don't clean it very much. I liked the room itself. And you can also hear very much in the rooms what they are doing in the corridor. For 3* the hotel is good, and the location near the Almaty -2 railway station. Three minutes on foot. The water is hot, and the room is hot, I opened the windows.

It's not three stars, I asked to change the rooms twice, everything is stripped, the shower smells like sewage, the taps are wobbly, the water is pouring not from a watering can, but from the connection of a watering can and a hose. The bed is just a double mattress that is constantly moving apart, the pastel is made so that it rolls down during sleep. Breakfast - you can eat it.

Everything looks neat, freshly renovated. The reception staff is polite and ready to help. There is no cleaning in the room. They threw a blanket on the bed, the towels were not changed (for some reason, one bath and one small for two). Once our towels were just taken and put in a niche on sports bags in the hallway. They were from luggage, not the most sterile ((( There was no kettle, water, iron in the room. The TV and air conditioning did not work. The breakfasts are not bad, porridge, eggs, sandwiches. The location is quite convenient

The hotel is unpleasant, the rooms are old, the bathrooms are prehistoric. It's not even a bathroom - shower, there are tiles on the floor. It's not cozy, the room is small, the view of the neighboring building (in my room), the buffet is average, very average. On the plus side - polite staff, good cleaners, the room is clean. For 23,500 + resort fee of 5% (which was not warned at the time of booking) it's very weak. I do not recommend this hotel. There are two solid stars here.

The rooms are clean, minimally pleasant. The furniture is battered (small chips, a slightly dangling toilet door handle in my case, rooms on the 6th floor), only for this minus, but it looks modern, well-groomed. Good sound insulation from the neighbors. They are cleaned every day. There was a water cooler on the floor. The Internet is consistently good, video communication from the phone did not lag even in the evening, in the evening 15 Mbps and ping 11. Coffee, slippers or something else are brought quickly from the restaurant or at the reception. The staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast is included, porridge, eggs, toast, a plate with sliced fruit, cakes and casseroles, good coffee from the coffee machine. It's a pleasure to spend time in the restaurant. The location is 10 minutes from the metro station, near the railway station. We booked through booking, checked in quickly and without problems sometime in the evening. I definitely recommend it

Specify the price. The prices on the website and in the hotel are different. You can eat at the hotel restaurant, everything is quite tasty and high-quality. Breakfast seemed ordinary to me. I had to change the room, because in the previous one it was impossible to enter the shower at all. Towels and duvet cover are torn. Killed a cockroach.
As a result, they did not wake up for the plane, did not compensate for the difference, were rude, kicked out of the hotel at the hour of eviction, did not let the plane wait, threatened by the police.
