The service is at a low level, there is no ethics and the air conditioning is still not working on the 3rd floor. In general, I'm tired of the Astra Hotel, I don't recommend it.

Everything is fine, but the restaurant lacks polish. You simply can't find teaspoons for breakfast, you have to catch a waiter, there are not enough appliances at breakfast to put food on yourself, milk is poured from a coffee machine - well, that's all. There is a layer of dust on the tables in the rooms -they are not very clean. In the restaurant, some tables have mats for food, and some do not. Waiters put the dishes directly on the bare table-it is not hygienic. The restaurant's rating is 3 out of five. And so the staff is friendly!

I would like to know how often rooms are cleaned there? There were hairs on the floor in the shower.... Brrrr! Horror. Disposable slippers have already been used before us. There is no shampoo and towels are not fresh. There is no charging for the phone even then. Extraneous and very unpleasant odors constantly penetrated into the room. The shower is not completely serviceable, it runs from all the cracks and the water does not go away immediately. I do not recommend it! Also for such money (((

I stop there every 2 weeks for work. I don't stay there for a long time, I only visit for a couple of hours, but there is some kind of incomprehensible and unpleasant smell in the room, I will come back in a week and check if the smell does not disappear, I will put 1 star.

Clean, cozy, not a bad breakfast. I left at 8.30 am, I needed accounting documents. I waited half an hour until 9:00 (as I was told: the accountant has been working since nine). And if I leave at 7.00? Wait until nine???!!!
