The manager of the motorhome called me at the same time and invited them, but honestly there was no desire to overtake the car. I also had to remove the car from the register, which I really did not want, and the commission was also higher.
As a result, I still put it on transit, brought it to the Motorhome on Saturday. The manager communicated very politely, consulted and offered to increase the cost of the car.

I decided to sell the car because I already had a positive experience of cooperation with this organization. The car was sold for more than 4 months and in the end it was decided to terminate the contract. As a result: the mileage of the car is about 500 km. There is so much gasoline in the car that the on-board computer showed a power reserve of 0 (zero) kilometers, the battery was depleted, the entire washer was used up. In the first photo, you can see in what form the car was returned to me, how you can assess the condition of the body in this form (and in what form it was in front of potential buyers) - judge for yourself. Further, during the ride, I noticed that when driving straight, the steering wheel is slightly skewed, and when braking, there is a beating. The reason was found out immediately at the sink and is visible to the attentive viewer in another photo.
Instead of concluding: personally, I regret that it is impossible to put less than one star, and to choose this organization for cooperation or not, let everyone decide for himself.

At first, for some inexplicable reason, the brake tube flowed, which was done for almost 10 days. Then they said there was a problem with the battery, even though it was only a year old. As a result, 2 months have passed, but there is no sense, it was decided to pick up the car. And then the most interesting thing began, they started it up a little when they left the parking lot and quickly gave the documents to sign that there were no complaints. I took the documents for the car and approaching it, it stalled and did not start again. As a result, we left in a tow truck. As a result, they burned down the generator, laid the battery. And in the cabin, various pieces of paper from sweets were lying in the glove compartment, fuel was drained, and the left wing was scratched, what they did with the car can only be guessed. Complete disappointment, resentment, etc.
P.S. To the director of the car dealership, I would like to recommend that you choose employees more efficiently, because your reputation depends on them.
I will definitely not apply to this salon anymore!

Добрый день. Хочу предупредить всех кто обратился или хочет обратится в эту арганизацию не связывайтесь с автодомом, менеджеры зазывалы работают хорошо, но продать машину там не реально. Да и купить тоже цены очень завышены. Говорят что у них 6%, а по факту 8%, каждый раз при отчёте предлогал снизить цену, но но цена снижалать только у продовца их сумма не уменшалась. Очень не доволен работой менеджеров по продаже, да и росположение Разинская 5 очень не удобное. Никому не советую обращаться в эту организацию просто днище. Вы теряете время и деньги пока они типо продают вашу машину.
Забрал машину со стоянки, выстовил в продажу за ту сумму что хотел, без их сумасшедшей накрутки и продал за 2 дня.

As a result, the sales consultant ran, called someone and looked for the key to it, which even after 20 minutes of waiting was not found. We got ready and went to another car dealership. But the bottom line is that the attitude leaves much to be desired. I called again at the number that was originally on a piece of paper on the panel of the car, they told me that all the operators are busy and they say they will call you back and so they did not call back. And in fact, the photos of the car on their website do not correspond to what I saw in reality.

Приехали в субботу, 2 апреля в Минск в автосалон "Автодом" из Могилева, с желанием купить минивэн универсал. Встретили добро желательно, вежливо, предложили посидеть попить кофейку, Молодой человек, очень вежливый показал нам все машины, которые нас интересовали. Профессионально и со знанием своего дела помог выбрать то что нам было доступно по финансам и предпочтениям. Все документы оформили, помогли найти ближайший банк для оплаты покупки. В общем мы остались очень довольны персоналом! Молодцы ребята.

Очень хорошо работает отдел зазывающий поставить машины на площадку. А дальше..... Есть стандарты вроде. Но к примеру фото сделаны так, что цвет машин на фото и в живую отличаются очень сильно. Объявление по моей машине на других сайтах были выложены с некорректной информациеей,: например вместо дизеля бензин, и т.д. и за месяц несмотря на замечания никто ничего не поправил. Или поправили, но не на долго. Создаётся ощущение что 2 месяца потеряю просто и заберу машину. Может попал в неудобное время и это только мне так везёт))))

Машина стояла почти 2 месяца!!! За это время одно сообщение о перемещении машины на другую стоянку!!!
Худшее, что может произойти-это попытка продать машину через Автодом.
Хорошо работает только отдел приглашающий владельцев машин. Очень долго заонили и уговариди. Решила попробовать. Был неудачный опыт в 2018 году. Но, 5 лет прошло- могло же измениться. Но -нет. У них стабильно отвратильная работа.
Сначала я прождала 3 часа оформление, хотя сотрудница сказала приехать к определенному времени и пойду в это время. Затем машина простояла почти 2 месяца за это аремя одно сообщение, о том, что машину переместили на другую стоянку.
При расторжении договора никаких обьяснений. По расходу топлива машина проехала не менее 100 км.

Информация как для покупателей, а так и для тех кто решил оставить машину на реализацию!
Оставил машину на продажу, когда ее забирал назад с паркинга на АренаСити, (освещение очень плохое) обошел машину, вроде все нормально, уехал.
Мой путь составил около 20минут к дому. Дома еще раз прошел вокруг машины и при нормальном освещении нашел царапину! Позвонил сразу же в Автодом, там сказали руководителей нет, факт зафиксировали, завтра наберут. На следующий день ждал до обеда, позвонил сам, перевели на руководителя, он сказал нужно было внимательно смотреть, мало ли что я мог с машиной сделать за 20 минут. Камеры смотреть отказались и культурно попрощались!
Теперь информация для покупателей: описание машины не соответствует действительности, пишут сказки, даже не общаясь с хозяинам. ( формат такой, ТО было 2000 назад, один хозяин, состояние новое, все подтверждено документами и т.д.) Не верьте, что пишут и говорят, проверяйте дополнительно у других.

НЕ советую обращаться в АвтоДом, если не хотите потерять кучу времени !!!
Это история началась с того, что я разместил на различных площадках объявление о продаже своего авто. В течении месяца, каждую неделю мне звонили из Калл-Центра АвтоДома различные сотрудники. И красиво заливали в уши, что они самый большой авто хаус в Беларуси, что продают много машин, продадут мой автомобиль очень быстро и за ту цену, которую я выставил в объявлении.
Ну так вот, это всё пустые слова....
Через месяц звонков из Калл-Центра АвтоДома, я решил по сотрудничать сними и посмотреть как быстро произойдёт продажа моего авто, т.к. нужно было срочно продать его.
Был заключён договор на 60 дней. 7 дней у них ушло на подготовку авто к продаже, т.е уже была потеряна неделя.
На автомобиль АвтоДом прибавляет свою конскую комиссию, из-за которой цена на автомобиль становится больше и выше рынка.
Менеджер, который будет заниматься якобы продажей вашего авто, будет вам звонить каждую неделю с отчётом))) Мне говорили следующее: мы стоим в топ 10, просмотров с сайта мало, звонков нет по авто, просмотров со стоянки тоже нет)))) Через месяц цена была снижена, но ситуация не изменилась.
Также на протяжении месяца, когда авто уже стоял на площадке АвтоДома, продолжал звонить Калл-Центр и предлагал поставить к ним авто на площадку). Я сказал, что авто уже месяц как у вас и не как продать вы его не можете, на что ответили мне - будем разбираться, какая-то ошибка!!!!))))
У них даже между подразделениями нет взаимосвязи))))
Авто не был продан и было потеряно 60 дней. Деньги нужны были срочно!!!
