I'm reading a review, which is the first one, and I'm surprised at your audacity, woman, to bring dirty, dusty tulle and say that you had to take it and change it. People work there, be kind and respect other people's work and health, if you want to get respect and human attitude in return. And then write about customer orientation. In general, wonderful women work there, they love their work very much and respect their clients, they will always help and prompt. We will not return to this salon!!!! I understand that you are the only salon in the city, but how can you be so non-client-oriented.... people don't want to make money?? I came to pay you for the work. They brought a large tulle ... it was just necessary to cut 3 m and that's it! They pointed out to us that it is not washed (and I have already tried it in my small washing machine, but it is Big and I need to reduce it to do it!!). They took it and unwrapped it with a dissatisfied face and reminded 500 more times that it was not washed and "We will breathe dust"!!!! When we ran out of patience, my husband replied: Will you take it or not, tell me right away and don't do this all!!! listen. Defiantly rolled up our tulle, it's good that she didn't throw it out of anger. We must be kinder, dear women.
