They were fraudulently persuaded to replenish the balance, promised to add bonuses (I attach an SMS screenshot), but they did not add it. There is no way to call a live operator in the chat, only a dumb bot responds. As a thank you for your loyalty, they doubled the amount of payments for 4 years of use. The most expensive operator, also zero service, also deceiving people. Thank you, goodbye, I'll go with the number to the more accommodating ones.
