I have been using beeline services for a very long time, during this period I noticed that the company's work began to deteriorate from many sides. If he speaks specifically, first of all it is a connection. The connection became so terrible that it became difficult to talk, communication was lost all the time, poor audibility (in the beginning I thought my mobile device was the reason for the bad connection, but when I called the Telegram application, I realized that the phone had nothing to do with it). Also, regarding the Internet, it is not high-speed and in many places the connection to the Internet disappears altogether, at least where I lived and where I was. I would also like to note that at the time when I had a corporate number, I had a lot of debt for some months. To clarify, I called the operator, they provided details on which it is indicated that I have overspending on the Internet, to be more precise, there was an MB consumption every second. So I had to spend a normal amount of money, which is a decent amount for cellular communications. And a little bit different from the operators, they don't solve all the issues (probably they have regulations), they talk like robots, it's more pleasant to talk to ALICE on the phone (at least she says she doesn't know). I was not surprised when the case in court with beeline was resolved in the creep of the consumer protection agency. This is my personal point of view and nothing more.
