A new spacious room, which combines a hardware store and a customer service center. Electronic queue. There are not many people on a weekday. Soft, fresh sofas. Fast service. At least it's better than it was a couple of years ago.

Billing is unjustified. The tariff is 41.50, and sometimes 60 rubles is not enough. I haven't called anywhere, and I haven't ordered any additional services. It's a one-way game, system versus human. I am enclosing the evidence.

There were a lot of jobs, and all of them had customer service specialists. I waited in line for 5-7 minutes no more.
