When asked why the Internet is worse in one of the rooms, he said that we should try to change the cable (but not the fact that it will help) and move the modem closer to this room, but we have a small apartment, and the possibility of a modem allows us to have good quality. As a result, we talked about nothing, the job was to replace the terminal, 17 rubles for his work and send us to the office. Good. We arrive at the office, we have brought the consoles for replacement. There are a lot of people, only 4 operators work. At first, they drove from one employee to another, finally replaced the consoles, but they did not offer a choice (as promised by the master). I asked to offer a cheaper tariff (I pay about 50 rubles) - they answered very impolitely, I don't even want to repeat it.
As a result, a negative opinion about the company. The staff is incompetent, impolite; time is wasted; the rates are high and do not match the quality. It is a pity that Beltelecom does not have a normal competitor so that they can learn how to work for each client in market conditions.

And I don't want wires running through my apartment to the TVs.
Tariffs are rising regularly, the quality remains much to be desired.
