On March 2, we bought a ryzen 7 5700g 174,990 tg processor in the Caspian Sea, and the order was canceled after 2 hours. The manager called and referred that it was not available (there is one on the store's website in Astana) he said that they would add positions within 4 hours, refresh the page. On March 3, from morning to lunch, they called the numbers in Astana , the phones are not answered, the feedback on the website does not work. At 2 o'clock we wrote to FB describing the situation, asked for the order number, having received an unsubscribe that the manager would contact us, from lunch to 6 no one called. In the evening, a product appeared on the Caspian Sea, was ordered and it was canceled again, the manager called, saying monitor with a note delivery from another city. On March 4, the product was not updated all morning, they wrote to fb, having received a call from the manager in response, at 13:10 the manager called saying that a courier with the goods and a terminal from Kaspiy Qr would arrive tomorrow. On March 5, a courier arrived in the morning, we pay for the goods, but now Kaspiy does not accept payment. The call to the Caspian turned out to be blocked by the system for 2 weeks due to the cancellation of the order by the white wind. Chat with FB again, they asked for a login from the LC store, later answering "Your request has been transferred to the Customer Care department", the manager called and asked to buy goods through Eurasian or homcredit, the homcredit application gives the error "Houston we have problems" online Eurasian application requires the contract number or their bank card. When asked in the FB chat whether we should go to the store to sign a contract with Eurasian or to a bank branch, they replied that an employee would contact us. The manager calls and offers to buy a processor for 209,990 tenge. That's how, because of the greed of the white wind in the form of benefits of 35,000 tenge, they took out our brains for 3 days, blocked our purchases in the Caspian Sea for two weeks, lost customers and reputation.
