Well, it is hard to find the words....but I will try. Great inventive cooking. Well matched flavours and textures. Incredible value for money. Fine dining at the highest level. Many people speak about michelin stars in regards to The Birch. If I am honest, it would rate 1 or 2 stars. Probably closer to 2. Staff are a delight. Professional and friendly. Attentive without being overbearing. The wine list is extensive and carefully curated. Highly recommended.

Это моя любовь! Как минимум раз в год обязательно к посещению так как шеф делает новые сеты каждый сезон. Кухня выше всяких похвал. Хорошее вино. Очень вкусные б/а коктейли. А какое там обслуживание!!! Какие же вовлеченные сотрудники в этом ресторане. В прошлом году поздравили ребенка с днём рождения тортиком со свечкой и воздушным шариком. В этом году будем только в июле, поэтому фото прошлогодние))
