I would like to express my special gratitude to the center, all the caring staff and, especially, the gynecologist Boreyko Ulyana Gennadievna for her professionalism and responsiveness. I was at the reception, everything was delicate and friendly. Emergency medical help was called for me, Ulyana Gennadyevna accompanied me, although the ambulance did not arrive for a long time, she stayed with me at work longer than usual, and later, when she was already admitted to the Regional maternity Hospital, she was interested in the results and well-being. Once again, I would like to thank you for your professionalism and sensitivity to your patients. I will continue to cooperate with you!

Unfortunately, I didn't even get to the clinic. After reading the good reviews of the doctor, Ulyana Boreyko planned to visit the clinic. She recorded through a messenger, where she specifically indicated the necessary comprehensive service called "Women's Health". The administrator did not inform that there is no such service. There are other programs. Recorded without specifying the information. I also asked for a date and, if possible, to see Boreyko's doctor, but the answer did not tell me whether to make an appointment with this doctor or another one. During the cost clarification, they said a different cost of the service. When I called the next day, it turned out that the cost was different, because the comprehensive women's health check-up does not exist at all now, and this information was recorded about five years ago on another complex that does not include the same services. They advised me to clear the cache on my phone... I checked the information from three different devices, the information is listed everywhere about this complex (not in the text, but specifically the picture). Maybe the doctor would be great, but everything else is not. I think it's not for me to clear the cache, but for you to check the information, especially after I sent screenshots of this complex from the site on the day of recording.

I have no questions about the doctor's appointment, but the clinic itself has negated the good perception. One of the reasons people turn to private medical centers is for comfort, time savings, and service, but you won't get that in this place. On my way out, I received a prescription for an outdated drug that they refused to take in pharmacies. One of the suggested clinic options is to return the next day on your own and take the correct prescription for the medicine after 3 p.m. It was an oversight of the clinic, but I have to solve it on my own, spending time and money on the road while being stressed without the opportunity to start treatment in a timely manner. I would prefer to continue my treatment elsewhere, but I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone.

I love this clinic. Everything is very comfortable. Not all doctors came to me personally (here I am sure that the choice of a specialist is an individual matter and I am just looking for "my own" 100% doctor), but the atmosphere itself is very pleasant. I'm definitely going back to Dr. Shirokaya, I did laser stimulation of hair growth - the specialist is amazing.

I didn't like the medical center. When they signed up for the procedure, the cost was one, and when they left, it was 50 rubles more. They imposed what they shouldn't have, but after the fight they don't wave their fists. We managed to arrive half an hour earlier, and even though there was no one at the doctor's office, we were admitted exactly at our time. This is the first time I've met with such a person from numerous medical centers. Usually, if the doctor is free, they take him ahead of time.

There is one THING - when recording, the administrators named one price, but in fact they had to pay 4 times more for one reception, an unpleasant residue remained. I waited for the doctor's appointment longer than I was at his appointment (the appointment lasted 5 minutes, the wait was 15)The doctor repeated my words from the anamnesis and said the same two recommendations that I know myself (the same "detailed" technique is written on Google on the first page) did not do an ultrasound and did not even explain why, probably it is not necessary or I myself should ask. During these 5 minutes of repeating a couple of recommendations from the Internet, they took 55 rubles.Filling out unnecessary documentation with all passport data (it is unclear why) took more attention from people there than the reception.

Svetlana Viktorovna Dobriyan is the best of all oncologists specializing in skin whom I visited. Very attentive, competent, explained a lot, answered all the questions of concern, just super. The location is terrible, it's in the center, but it's impossible to find the clinic itself, because there are no identification marks anywhere. I arrived, spent 5 minutes searching, tried to call the administrator (by the way, it's not easy to get through either), I explain that I can't find the entrance, in response to me, "girl, I think you don't have to keep looking, the doctor won't see you." I understand that I was late, I asked the doctor if I could come. The girl came back and said that the doctor would see her, but she would have to wait. I spent another 20 minutes searching for an entrance, no one called me or offered to meet me, they talked rudely, in general, there was no desire to go. The impressions are negative, you probably need to arrive 30 minutes before the appointment to find the clinic, since there are no identification plates.

I do not recommend this medical center due to the fact that in order to get the necessary documents after ultrasound and consultations, which should be issued immediately after the visit in the proper form without errors, I had to come to the medical center twice more (spoiler: and I was offered to come to them for the fourth time). Visit 1: mistakes were made in the surname, which I dictated to the administrator by syllables at the first visit, and also filled out a form with my own hand, where the necessary information was written in a clear handwriting, and also when paying in printed capital letters, I spelled out the surname on the conclusions, the doctor immediately left immediately after my consultation, so I had to come another day. Visit 2: the surname was corrected on the doctor's report, but the date of birth was indicated completely different. The ultrasound report has not been corrected. There were no doctors - come another day. Visit 3: a doctor's report with the correct data. They forgot about the conclusion of the ultrasound, although at the second visit the administrator made a note about the need to correct the surname in the ultrasound. Before arriving, I called and asked if the documents were corrected and if I could pick them up, to which the administrator assured me that yes. There was no ultrasound doctor - come back tomorrow. Visit 4: There won't be. I have never met such inattention and disorganization in any medical institution. Why do your patients have to travel several times to get documents that they are required to issue immediately at the initial visit without errors? What kind of confidentiality can we talk about when my conclusions were reviewed by all your administrators and they were just lying in a transparent file at the reception from time to time? I understand that it is possible to make a mistake, but several times in a row in only two data: last name and date of birth - this is already the edge of inattention and disrespect for the time of patients. There are no questions about the professionalism of the doctors themselves, there were only positive impressions of the reception, evaluation and review of the exclusively administrative part of the medical center.

It's hard to find when you go for the first time. Put up a sign near the hotel entrance, otherwise the hotel janitor has already been tormented by your visitors with questions. The location is interesting) Upd: Hello. On the second visit, the impression is spoiled. I arrived at the appointed time to the oncologist, waited for half an hour. During this time, I approached the reception, the girl could not answer anything clearly. Like, "wait" I do not know. The administrator came up to the half-hour mark and apologized, but did not say the time. The reason is a complicated deletion. Why didn't you tell me sooner? By the way, I was not the only one. Do not appreciate the time of visitors, as a result, a spoiled impression and a confused schedule of the day. I left a review in the comments book at the reception. Please consider and answer me. I'm lowering my rating. Improper planning and untrained reception staff are not visitors' problems.
