The worst bc establishment I've ever been to. I'll explain why:
1. Sooooo dirty, dirty floors, tables, when asked to wipe the table, because the order was large, they said that there was a cleaner in the hall, but no one came up to us and I did not notice anyone in the hall.
2. Unlimited drinks with QR code. This is terrible, I wanted to drink sprite, as a result I tried mineral water from the first and second slots of the machine, decided to drink pepsi, BUT there is also mineral water, as a result I thought I would be healthier.
And also because of the too short timer after activating the qr code, I also splashed everything and smeared my hands myself.
Xs what kind of bots write good reviews about this place, and I also heard that they have an office in this building, I thought it should be an example for all other establishments, but it turned out to be the worst of all I've been to.....

But, this time, something went wrong on December 21, the terminal, which is closer to the "unlimited", did not make a contactless payment, I had to wait for a refund. After ordering, we waited for the order for about 20-30 minutes, and then we became curious, and from what time our unlimited limit would work, just in case, I decided to take a video when the order was taken. Approaching the counter, a "smiling, contented and radiant" girl met me. Which took any question with hostility, and answered rudely.I understand that the work is hard, but this is not a reason to be rude!
Moving away from the cash register to the table, I hear the "employee of the year" discussing me with his colleagues, while insulting and humiliating me. If your employees behave this way with customers who are in the hall, then I'm afraid to imagine what they say when you leave this institution.
I was very upset by this event, of course, I should have left a review in the book of "comments and suggestions", but we all have bad days, and with my actions, I would have added even more fire to this day.
I'm afraid I'll have to find a new favorite meeting place.

The food here is consistently delicious, without unpleasant surprises. The service is changeable and depends on a particular employee, last time two napkins were placed on a large order, before that there was no soap in the toilet. Unfortunately, the menu is becoming more and more meager, there is not much to order except for a Whopper, there is no choice of burgers with chicken at all, and it is difficult for a child to choose something edible at all.
Almost always, the overall good impression of this restaurant is spoiled, as already mentioned above, by crowds of ill-mannered youth who, using free Wi-Fi, sockets and unlimited drinks (pepsi is successfully poured here without any qr code), sit here for hours, taking up seats, obscenely speaking, periodically going out to smoke and making noise throughout the restaurant. It seems that there is no administration here, no one is following the order, and last time there was a great desire to call the police and attract these teenagers (whose parents obviously do not worry about what their children are doing) for petty hooliganism. In general, if nothing changes here, I won't set foot here anymore.

Yesterday we ordered two potatoes and 4 junior whoppers with a girl. When I came home, I saw that there were 3 burgers, although I had paid for 4.
I decided to call BC right away, but it was already 23 hours with pennies, and no one answered the phone. I wrote a review in the app, but I'm not sure if anyone reads them there at all. But as it turned out later, maybe it's for the best that we got one less burger.
I ate one burger, everything was fine. But the girl didn't like her burger right away - it seemed that something was wrong with the taste, as if some ingredients were spoiled, and she decided not to finish it.
As a result, she had a severe stomach upset at night, she was sick, and sat in the toilet with diarrhea all night (sorry for the details, but as it is), and got up for work at 9 a.m. Thanks bk for saying that. Apparently they just put spoiled ingredients at the end of the shift.
When the courier gave the order, he said that the delivery was taken from this restaurant. But I don't want to contact any other BC, well, with such jokes. There is not enough sanitation for you.

Having settled down at the table for the second time and started eating, I found that there was only one cutlet in the whopper. It turns out that they made me a regular cheese whopper, and I paid for a double one. The second time I got up with all my things (and I was alone) and did not go to the checkout. I hope that such mistakes are isolated among chefs, and not systemic.
The location of the establishment is very convenient, inside it is light and cozy. There is a children's corner, there are tables for a different number of visitors. Free drinks for those already ordered one. The burgers are delicious.

Делая заказ в данном ресторане БК, будьте готовы ожидать его очень долго, даже если перед вами немного заказов! Т.к. этот ресторан, кроме обслуживания посетителей, делает заказы еще и на доставку + заказы на драйв, т.е. время ожидания даже одного маленького гамбургера может растянуться до 10-15 минут, если не более...
Учитывайте это, если решите забежать сюда по-быстрому перекусить!
Еще стоит отметить, что в этом БК имеется десткая зона, что хорошо для родителей с детьми, но не очень классно для других посетителей, т.к. шум будет стоять нереальный, правда не каждый день и не всё время — это свойственно выходным дням. Думаю, этот момент тоже стоит учитывать, при посещении данного ресторана, если вдруг решите заглянуть сюда с подружкой или другом.
