They paid 99 kopecks for the cheese, but did not receive any of the selected ones. They also ordered dessert brownies with ice cream, took the order with them to take away. Очень жалко что нельзя поставить 0 звёзд, ожидали заказ 40 минут, после уточнения когда будет заказ, сказали минут 20. Отказались .Ещё 10 минут ждали администратора на отмену заказа . Пока стоял в ожидании заказа, увидел что они могут ещё не доложить еды, одной женщине попалось сгоревшее мясо в половине бургеров с их заказа. Да они выдают новое, но ждать час+ с шансом получить что то горелое или не полный заказа... Девочка на отдаче просто не вывозила это, админ ***** не помогал и просто ходила где то. "Огонь начинается с тебя" и заканчивается на сгоревших котлетах.

Еда очень вкусная, всегда покупаем здесь ребёнку бургеры. Все быстро, ждать долго не приходится. Всегда чисто. Персонал вежливый. Вот только бы молоко в Капучино добавлять другое.

Место бойкое, но когда там был (будний день в районе половины первого) народу было не много. Многие брали еду на вынос. Ждал приготовления заказа что-то около 15 минут.
Хотелось бы наличие ещё одного информационного экрана о ходе выполнения заказов в районе зала со столиками. Думаю было бы удобнее - меньше ожидающего заказа народа в зоне приема-выдачи заказов, тем более что эта зона в районе выхода.

Как и все Вк-шумно, много детей и школоты,рестик для быстрого перекуса. Чистота не особо, особенно в туалетах. Заказ ждать в среднем 10-15 минут, кассир приветливые и приятные. Оооочень напрягают школьники, бегающие каждые две минуты с бутылками/стаканами за халявной колой из соседних рестов, серьёзно, можно же как-то это ограничить((
