I had a Windows version installed with an error, which caused the laptop to overheat badly, there were constant glitches on the screen, and programs simply crashed. In addition, the operating system was not updated — updates did not arrive, although the employee who installed the OS claimed that they would come automatically and I did not need to do anything. A Windows activation notification has also recently appeared. I gave away 400 thousand, but in the end I received a disgusting service. It is better to contact a specialist (which the employee obviously is not) — you will save money. There are specialists who will do everything efficiently and without such problems for less money.
