I recently visited the DeFacto store and was very satisfied. The store itself is pleasant, clean, everything is neatly hung, it is easy to navigate through the departments. I was pleased with the assortment — there are a lot of basic things, but at the same time there is something more interesting, you can assemble a full-fledged image without feeling that it is a "boring mass market". I would like to mention the employee Evelina separately. This is a rare case when a person is really in his place. She was very attentive, polite and genuinely interested in helping. She suggested the size, suggested successful combinations, and was not intrusive. Thanks to her, shopping turned out to be easy and enjoyable, without stress and unnecessary fuss. To be honest, it is these employees who form the desire to return again. Many thanks to Evelina for her professionalism and warm attitude towards customers.
