We came with a tour from New Athos. It included a visit to Stalin's dacha and Gorbachev's dacha. For entry into the territory from each 250 rubles. The guides to the dachas were different. At Stalin's dacha, the guide gathered us at the door, told us to put on shoe covers because we would dirty all the carpets inside. He told me a few facts briefly, opened the door with a key and told me to go look at everything, and he sat down in an armchair at the entrance. Half of the doors were closed. The curtains are torn off. The floors are dirty with garbage. We walked around the rooms, not understanding what was where, and without much interest rolled out onto the street. They were forbidden to go out on the balcony, they said it was traumatic, they were forbidden to shoot on video.. For that, you could climb all over the rest of the territory, including the rotten pool and the collapsed food hall, as much as you wanted. And no one cared about our safety. After 15 minutes, the guide got on the car and drove away. Almost the same story was repeated at Gorbachev's dacha. 15 minutes of exploring a couple of rooms and a pool and they said goodbye to us, and so quickly that no one had time to ask where the exit was. No one got any satisfaction from the tour. What kind of service can we even talk about? Everyone just put the money in their pocket and that's it. The only satisfaction is from the beautiful nature and historical sites.

A great place to visit and plunge into the era of the USSR. You come from above along the serpentine. At the checkpoint 300₽ per person. Children are free. You immediately get to Stalin's dacha. The condition of the cottage, of course, leaves much to be desired! A lot has not been preserved, but it also feels like no one wants to support anything. A little sad at heart and heavy at heart from what I saw! Devastation is everywhere, everything is not in the best condition, but it's worth a visit! Both cottages are very different from each other! The guide is an undoubted plus, both at Stalin's dacha and at Gorbachev's! The question is answered, interesting facts are added! Going down the stairs, you get to Gorbachev's dacha! It is interesting to tell how they built and who stopped it at that time, metal-plastic windows and doors of that time, mosaics, chandeliers, a swimming pool, carpets have been preserved! 5 stars for the guides, and for the fact that they seem to have preserved the objects! For the sake of nature alone, there must be a desire to come! We liked it!

The excursions are good and interesting. The staff is competent and has a sense of humor. Patient. But the interior and exterior are not up to par.

I was not impressed, the devastation. The place itself is of course gorgeous by nature, only because of this it is worth coming here

It's a big beautiful park! You can spend half a day! The dachas of Stalin and Gorbachev are only a small part! There is a beautiful landscape and a place to walk around!

A must-visit if you are in your own car! You drive up to the gate, your uncle will come out, give him some money. It is a very beautiful place to walk. It's a pity there are almost no interiors left at the cottage itself and they are not allowed inside. But it has a very beautiful territory and a neat beach. We were here in the morning when there were almost no other tourists. We walked all over the territory, it was interesting to look into abandoned garages and a special gas station. Going up the main staircase, you will get a great view. After going down, you can lie on the beach

It was 07/17/2022. Entrance is paid 300 rubles per person, children under 10 years old are free, guides to Stalin and Gorbachev's dacha are also included, every hour. It's a very interesting place. The guides told us pleasantly. I advise you to visit who is interested in the era of the USSR

It is informative, but the splendor of the complex is slowly fading into oblivion. Considering the flow of tourists, this is strange, but it is as it is, the pool, once filled with seawater, is already in ruins, and could become a kind of attraction. Swimming in the sea after visiting the cottage, you understand why the pool, and not the sea of Jellyfish, although the beach is good, although it has already been launched.

The condition of Stalin's dacha is sad. They said at the entrance that they would give a tour of the cottage, but there was none. We walked around and looked at it. On the way back, we met an employee, who told us a little about the buildings on the territory of the cottage. It's sad that everything is in such a poor state and is being destroyed. Quite a luxurious cottage for those times, although it does not compare with the nearby Gorbachev's cottage. There's already a palace there.

It's a pretty interesting and atmospheric place, we've arrived. First of all, the territory itself is interesting, very beautiful views open up. After this place, you should definitely go to the beach, there is absolutely clear water and there are no people. Cons: it is very difficult to get there, public transport does not run, unless with an excursion, you can get there by car without problems. Entrance to the territory is paid.

The nature is amazing, as in the whole of Abkhazia! The cottage itself is an uninteresting object, Stalin's cottage in the Ritz is much more interesting, but if you are by car, then you can get there, walk along the once well-maintained paths, look at the past.

I was aiming for this place! And so, 45 years later, I visited it! My childhood memories have come to life! Of course, it is very sad that such historical objects are being destroyed, but I really hope that they will be restored and history will be honored! He was a wonderful guide! It's like I was in my childhood! Thanks!

I really liked it. We were in early January. Car access to the territory is paid. There are no people. two open crumbling buildings with a free entrance and the building of the "cottage" itself with a bedroom and an office - with a guide - at the entrance, a pleasant man tells interesting facts, answers questions and launches a walk inside the building. In general, I liked everything. If you are on foot, you can go down the steps from the gazebo to the sea and Gorbachev's dacha.

The cottage is almost in its original condition, some of the furniture has not been preserved, but in general everything is as it was under the leader. You can't go in without a guide. Almost all rooms are open for viewing.

Beautiful nature, a feeling of abandonment and untouchability. But, in fact, only the decoration of the premises remains. The furniture is not original, you can't get in without a tour. The entrance fee is 300 rubles, but for this money, you can swim on a great beach. I recommend

It is very useful to visit, at least for comparison with the nearby Gorbachev's dacha. Inside, not everything is authentic, as under Stalin, but you still feel the spirit of that era. A great guide.

May 2021. The landmark is in disrepair, on the verge of destruction. The guide said that due to the emergency condition of the building itself, excursions to the cottage have been stopped since the 20th year. The gazebo is destroyed, the stairs to the lower tiers are in poor condition, pins stick out in places where benches stood. The garden is in a neglected state, from the building above the road where Stalin's head of security lived, loud music from the category of "all kinds of different" is heard, which, personally, in my understanding, is unacceptable for this kind of attractions (at the moment, park guards and a guide are in that building, as I understand it). A great impression is made by the bay by the sea, organized for the personal submarine of the leader of the peoples!, as well as Gorbachev's cottage next door, by the way, some furniture from Stalin's cottage was moved there. At the entrance to the park, a fee of 150 rubles is charged for an adult ticket, you do not need to pay an eco fee for a car. For this money, you can walk and externally inspect Stalin's dacha, as well as visit an excursion inside Gorbachev's dacha as part of an organized group, and believe me, after visiting it you will have something to think about 100% and what to be surprised at, compare the image of the two leaders. P.S. The air is beautiful, unique, healing algae grow in the bay), a long pier juts into the sea, where you can sit and sunbathe.

We live next door in a boarding house named after him. Lakoba decided to visit this facility today. A car with Abkhazian license plates drove up at the checkpoint, the guard let it pass by taking 100 rubles per person. He told us that since we were not local, we would be charged 300 rubles each. It's not the first year we've been vacationing in this place and the entrance was always 100 rubles. No prices are indicated anywhere. As a result, we were not missed ((( the attitude towards visitors is like wallets on legs, there is no question of any hospitality, and people also do not know anything about the service and do not want to know. The answer is - don't like it, don't come. Others will come. Everything is in ruin and decline. Everything is aimed only at making a profit without any investments.

The impression is quite ambiguous... Upon arrival, once you have paid 300 rubles per person (children under 12 years old for free), you need to watch, you can drive to the cottage itself, or climb the stairs from the main road.
