A very beautiful park, a beautiful beach with dolphins. A picturesque bay. The fundamental structure is a hotel, a museum. We advise everyone to visit this place.

I really liked Abkhazia! Delight and a lot of positive emotions, nature is fascinating, Gorbachev's cottage is a complete delight! I stayed in my memory for a long time, I advise everyone to look, the chandelier of the Church is generally a separate story!

As befits a man of that time, it is expensive and rich. You can visit it for your own development. The tour is interesting. The place is beautiful. Just above Stalin's cottage.

A beautiful and secluded place. It only strains business in Abkhaz. They charge 800 rubles at the entrance. At the same time, no receipt or ticket is attached.

We lived in a two-room family room. New furniture, huge rooms and bathroom, large terrace overlooking the sea. The food was very tasty, but the cook changed. Next to Stalin's cottage, the sea, sun beds, there is a place to walk, Be sure to go on a tour of the cottage! Playing billiards on Stalin's table)

It is mandatory to visit. Interesting exclusions. Stalin's dacha is nearby. The guides are great. They do not remove the disadvantages, like everything in Abkhazia. Everything breaks down into molecules, soon with such care only nature will remain.

The top three floors are a hotel. The tour is conducted along the two lower ones. The tour is no more than 15 minutes. The park is well maintained, near a beautiful beach.

Beautiful nature, clear sea, unique vegetation. Stalin's dacha is nearby. The building itself arouses interest and pride in the country's past. Accommodation is possible there, which pleases)) I definitely recommend it

A gorgeous place, no wonder Raisa Maksimovna fussed personally, in places the shores resemble more Southeast Asia than the Black Sea, the color of the water is special, not even in sunny weather, by the way, the cottage works like a hotel, even the room is rented directly to the Secretary General, for a reboot, for three days, it's better not to come up with a place if you need civilization, definitely not This way.

A very beautiful place, in my opinion, is better than Stalin's cottage. A white beach made of sand brought from Bulgaria, a panoramic view in the place where the pool is located, near the park. It seems that everything is thought out to the smallest detail

Thanks for the tour of the cottage. It's a beautiful place. Entry is 300rubles per person, free for children. Here you can not only get acquainted with the residence, but also swim and sunbathe on the beach. You can also rent a room to stay in.

Gorbachev's cottage is located in one of the most beautiful places in Abkhazia. Now it works as a hotel, and you can just go on a guided tour, which are held every hour. Just above and further from the sea is Stalin's poorly preserved cottage. We rented a large family room at Gorbachev's dacha, in general we liked everything, it was clean. A place with its own history and quite cozy. A good cook, Julia, always gives delicious and homemade food.

A woman met me at the entrance and immediately got rude. She showed with all her appearance how tired she was of tourists. I still remember her displeased look. She was conducting the tour. She showed the pool and another 1st floor. 10 minutes for everything about everything. Stalin's cottage was just opened with a key - go see for yourself, but don't touch anything.

The guide told me very uninterestingly, she quickly rammed through, took me through three floors instead of five. They made a hotel out of this place, apparently it's more interesting for them.

It has been preserved better than Stalin's dacha, which is located above. According to the well-groomed area of the three, mainly due to the local mild climate. The scale and technologies that were used there at that time are amazing!!! And judging by the numerous air ducts sticking out of the ground, the bunker there is also decent. The vines were especially impressed!

There is no reason to go on a tour, they show two elevator halls and a staircase with a billiard room and an empty pool, that's all, if you please) If you want something interesting, then fight off the group (no one will look for you anyway) and from the 1st floor, go down the corridor to the office premises (there you need to climb through the blocked passage and have a flashlight). There you will see all the premises built by the staff (you will see a small building next to the cottage). Everything there is stolen, broken, abandoned

A beautiful place, hidden from human eyes. A luxurious Italian-style mansion on the seashore. Private beach with sand brought from Bulgaria with a pier and a bay for boats. A beautiful well-maintained park with landscaping. There are many rare and interesting plants. I recommend it to everyone who loves and appreciates real beauty.

2nd star only for the view and the chandelier in Raisa's bedroom. If you have extra money and really want to plunge into history or memories of your youth give rise to a desire to return, to visit... Well ok. And so: expensive, the food is overcooked horror. Dirty tablecloths, dusty, superficially cleaned rooms.

The place shows how much the scoop was a rotten dictatorship. The minimum estimate of the cost of construction on the tour was called 800 million rubles of those years. At the same time, 6 dachas were built for Gorbachev at the same time! Expensive imported materials (because there was poverty, poverty, scarcity and disgusting quality in the scoop), foreign designers... And all this is for nothing! There is a shortage on the shelves, and here there is a helipad, and a tunnel in the rock to the sea, and a swimming pool with sea water, and a cinema room, and a bronze chandelier. In general, the feeling is disgusting. Sightseeing ships regularly sail to the pier and put an oil film on the water. It is better to swim early in the morning, when these ships are not there yet.

A beautiful place, impressive scope and scale of construction, the amount of human resources and funds spent, which were partially lost. The first visit is better with an excursion, because there is not free access everywhere on your own. Subsequent visits are better by car on their own, so that they can wander and watch in peace. Everything is close to the tour.

"Gorbachev's dacha" is called such not because Gorbachev himself and his family or someone else used it, but because it was built with the participation of his wife Raisa Maksimovna and was planned for the rest and work of Gorbachev himself, some members of the Politburo and their families. It was built in the late 80s, Gorbachev himself had never been to this place, but Raisa Maksimovna took an active part in choosing the place and finishing materials for this complex, having been there several times. So, it was she who ordered to change the granite facing slabs of gray color to light yellow travertine from Italy and it was she who instructed to fill the beach with sand brought by barges from the coast of the Golden Sands of Bulgaria. But the storms did their job and there is no trace of the sands to this day. The course of events unfolded in such a way that the Gorbachevs never took advantage of this mansion.... The interior is made according to the latest technology of that time, plastic - aluminum windows, parquet of valuable species, a swimming pool, a cinema room, expensive furniture made of natural wood... In the photo, a bronze chandelier penetrates the staircase, it is fixed on a suspension and does not touch the floor, the windows are made of crystal in the form of stained glass. But that's not the main thing. The place itself is unique in that the forest approaches almost to the water's edge. Everything grows there, pines, palm trees, and in the purest sea there is a large colony of algae. All this gives a unique iodine - bromine, from algae and coniferous, from the forest, a healing aroma. Medical luminaries from the Kremlin Hospital recommended as many walks as possible under the shade of trees and along the edge of the beach. The leaders of the state have known this place since the first half of the 20th century, just above and deep into the forest there is already a dacha of I.V. Stalin, a guard house and several outbuildings. They say the Leader himself rested and worked at this cottage. Now there is a government facility of the Republic of Abkhazia at Gorbachev's dacha. Almost at the beach there is a small functioning cafe with floor-to-ceiling windows built in the 50s, I think. it will be interesting for fans of that era, they will see many unusual technical solutions for that time and they also brew excellent coffee in it. The Musser Nature Reserve is definitely worth a visit, a very interesting place.
