Once you can go to see (Gorbachev, as it turned out, had never been there himself, his wife was engaged in construction, she was just there, it is more correct to call the cottage by her name). The tour is very short, about 20 minutes, the rest of the time you walk and watch on your own. It starts at a certain time, everyone gathers near the cottage (both those who came themselves and those who may be from agencies). They let me into the territory by car, parking is right next to the cottage, I gave 300 rubles to the checkpoint. Beautiful nature, impressed by the Italian marble pool, the era of the last century is felt. There are also the results of Tsereteli's activities. By the way, the beach there is not bad, you can sunbathe, the waves are not strong, but of course there is no infrastructure (except cabins), drink and eat everything with you.

Good day! I would like to share my impressions about this amazing place. I had a rest at the state cottage in April of this year, I chose a place for maximum relaxation, I wanted privacy and silence. This is not the first time in Abkhazia, but it was the first time I got to such a place and I did not regret it! Stunning nature, greenery all around, everything is blooming, the territory is well-groomed, the sea is clear, and the singing of birds is something special, the feeling that you are entering another world! It's a long way to the road, you can't hear the noise of cars. There are several interesting places within walking distance for those who like long walks: an abandoned observation deck with stunning views of the sea of unusual color, a narrow coastline and the oldest relict pines; the ancient temple of the Barn (it is worth writing about this place separately, since the place is truly holy and bright, but not about it now); ruins Villa Rosa; directly on the territory of the state duma is one of Stalin's dachas, surrounded by a stunning garden, I was lucky enough to see how it all blooms! During the season, a cafe is open nearby, a small shop is nearby, everything you need for a holiday is there. As for accommodation and meals, the rooms are equipped with everything necessary, I did not feel any discomfort, the entourage impresses with its luxury, even after many years things have retained their quality. The cost of accommodation included breakfast, I must say that the food was very satisfying. You can also arrange lunches and dinners on site for a fee, I took only dinners and it was enough for me. Separately, I would like to say about the director of the state duma Omar Zurabovich, a very attentive and responsive person, finds an approach to every guest, responded to every request, it is clear that a person puts his soul into this place! I chose the state cottage, among other things, to meet my birthday there and did not regret it for a second! Omar Zurabovich and his assistants organized a beautiful table in front of a melted fireplace, responded to a request to help buy a bouquet of flowers, everything went at the highest level! During the rest period, they also organized an individual excursion to Lake Ritsa, transfer from / to the airport. There were no problems with anything. All staff is responsive, ready to help in any situation! We definitely recommend a holiday cottage!

It's a great place. Autistic Holiday) I stayed for a day. Due to the fact that, for reasons beyond the control of the owners, it was impossible to move me into the room I chose - a swarm of plant bugs rushed along the coast and I had to sanitize some rooms, I was upgraded to a room category and spent the night in an apartment that was intended for Mikhail Sergeevich. The workers of the cottage are just great people. Of course, there are no soft feather beds here and the pool was no longer working in mid-October, but the place is very curious and pleasant. It's worth a visit.

I was on an excursion 3 days ago. The cottage is in terrible condition. It is unclear how people live there for such a price (the cost of a room is from 7,000 to 22,000). On the stairs where the luxurious chandelier hangs, there are practically no plafonds left, dirt and dust, the red carpet on the stairs is leaky and dilapidated. There is ruin and dirt in the pool. The flower beds in front of the cottage are empty without flowers and plants, nothing remains of the former greatness. The beach is just something-plastic, bottles float, there is no sand left, our beach (the Musser boarding house) is better and cleaner, and residents from Gorbachev's cottage went to our beach and ate in our restaurant. So you can find better hotels for that kind of money.
