Nice hotel, but the furniture is a little outdated.
They give out towels, bathrobes, slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste.
The breakfasts are delicious, there are plenty to choose from.
On the third floor, where breakfast is held, there is a very beautiful terrace with a gorgeous view (I will attach a photo).
Elevators do not have to wait long, everything works very quickly.

The classic four. The price corresponds to the quality, maybe even cheaper, taking into account the view of the attraction. Very spacious, comfortable rooms in addition to the bed and bedside tables and a standard table/countertop, there is also a separate table and a sofa. Good service, clean. A bottle of water and tea/coffee bags are updated every day for free. The kettle in the room is normal, it does not stink of plastic. Good breakfasts. There were problems with electricity: one night after 11, some outlets did not work, the next night it also turned off, and was immediately fixed. The room cards stop working after a day, maybe intentionally, you need to reactivate them at the reception. This is not significant, but otherwise there are no complaints, so I do not lower the rating. I liked everything.

We arrived in Astana for 2 days on a business trip. We chose the hotel based on its location - in the center. And he seemed normal from the photos. In fact, the horror is terrible. I have not seen a worse hotel, and even with a claim to 4 *. The rooms are terribly dilapidated, the walls are moving away, the bathroom plumbing is old, rust, there are huge patches on the carpet floor right in the middle, there is garbage behind the bedside table - a piece of paper or a wrapper, by God it's funny..... everywhere along the ceiling on the baseboards - flaws, scuffs, dirt are visible to the naked eye, which are even especially They didn't try to hide it. The TV was not working - the master was called. The lamp in the bathroom did not turn on. The water in the tub is leaking - puddles. I'm not talking about breakfast - it's not breakfast - everything is poor - porridge, pancakes, well, they can still cook scrambled eggs. There is not much choice. And again, some kind of carelessness and untidiness in the common room and on the table. In general, it is clear that the hotel has a weak management staff and they keep everyone weak and on the "fuck off". Thank God, we spent only 1 night - no more.

He lived from 05.09-08.09.2023. The location is good, that's all. The rooms are all in terrible condition, even cosmetic repairs are not carried out. Breakfast was included, but I couldn't eat properly more than once. The first day I stood waiting for a place at the table and a queue for coffee, as a result, I left after 10 minutes. On the second day, I tuned in to a bad breakfast, but it turned out to be even worse. The table waited 5-7 minutes again. I waited for coffee for 15 minutes. I waited for scrambled eggs for 30 minutes and it was terrible. The staff doesn't care about anything. I do not recommend considering this hotel for a stopover.

I do not recommend it. The room I got was without heating, the sockets and the fan did not work. It's draughty from the window. Breakfast is cold and looks like it has been cooked since the evening. The management should take action, it's time to start repairing the hotel, at first glance everything is old and shabby. But I would give the staff five stars, the girls are all polite and attentive.

In justification, the price may please you, but after checking in, you want to change the hotel. The location is excellent - everything is within walking distance! The breakfasts are disgusting, but they are there. Cheap and angry. Before checking in, I read the last review in 2GIS- I had a lot of fun ... it even became interesting, but there was no such action in my presence😅

Maybe 10 years ago it was a top hotel. But this is not the case at all. Old shabby furniture, plumbing in poor condition, the toilet is wobbly, as if on hinges. The carpets are all dusty, there are monstrous deposits of dirt behind the beds, which it looks like they haven't been vacuumed for years. There is a very active intersection outside the windows. Breakfast is simply deplorable - treasured products in a very small assortment, all this takes place in an incomprehensible room. The staff is very good, well done, very good and responsive service, but this does not negate the fact that repairs need to be done periodically. of course, the price is not too high, but for this price you can find a more decent hotel.

The hotel is nice and cozy. The location is good. There is everything you need nearby. But there is no breakfast, boiled eggs, yogurt, some kind of sausage, ordinary and processed cheese, there is no coffee machine (coffee is poured into a thermos).
I went to a restaurant for a snack, there was no meat or fish, mostly simple salads and pizza. You can't pay with a card, you had to go to the reception to pay.

The beds are sunken, it's hell for my back, the furniture is crumbling - the chair really almost fell through under me. The wallpaper is moving away in places. The Internet disappeared in the evening and never appeared. It smells of tobacco and sewage. There is no clothes rack at the entrance. The outlet did not work, the friend did. In general, I am shocked that such hotels exist and charge a lot of money for accommodation. I highly recommend it to no one. This is not a hotel, this is some kind of hostel - a flophouse for people who disrespect themselves.
