Although they actively advertise a price reduction to 20.99 rubles, when trying to order pizza, a notification appears about non-compliance with all the conditions of the promotion. This forces us to look for additional conditions, and it turns out that we need to add another 5 rubles to take advantage of the offer. Such tricks cause rejection and create a negative experience, which is why there is no desire to return.

Не в восторге я этой пиццы, но если выбирать с сырнвм или колбасным бортиком, то сойдёт. А так мне не особо понравилось заведение, во первых мало место где сесть, приходилось забирать заказ собой. Далее я заметила некоторые новинки, это куриные нагетсы, крылышки, и картошка фри, вы извините меня но картошки фри мне попалась не солёная, дохлая, местами мягкая и не вкусная. Персонал и повара вроде готовят быстро. Мой заказ был сделан за 10 минут

Покупали пиццу пепперони среднего размера с бортиком из сосисок, 15.07.23 около 22:00.
Сама пицца оказалось очень невкусной, так как она была очень приторно кислой, из-за томатной основы. После этой кислоты, хотелось выпить литр воды. Из вкусного оказался только сам бортик.
Помимо этого, в пицце нашли маленькую мошку, но тут уже ладно, возможно случайно попала, не уследили.
Но вот насчет вкуса, никогда еще не ел такую ужасную пепперони с таким кислым вкусом 🤢🤮. Даже спустя два часа, этот кислый привкус до сих пор еще ощущается во рту. А ближе к ночи еще и живот схватил 🤒🤕.
Так помимо этого, под конец смены, в 23:00 сотрудники чуть ли матом уже не кричали: «как они уже достали, эти посетители», что типо они уже закрываются, и им покоя не дают.
Ужасное отношение к клиентам!

Быстро, аккуратно, чисто. Отзывчивый персонал. На автомобиле подъехать не удобно. Пешком - нормально. Сама пицца (баварскаямне) островата. Детям будет интересно - выделено место, откуда маленький энтузиаст может наблюдать нза процессом производства.

К самой работе пиццерии и качеству пиццы претензий нет. А вот к залу да. Мест мало, плюс большинство находится прямо около входа, где жуткий сквозняк. Люди заходят туда-сюда, потому что много заказов на ожидание онлайн, оставляя деврь настежь распахнутой. Не хватает ширмы, чтобы отделить столы от входа. Иначе сидеть, особенно с ребенком, очень некомфортно. Сильно дует. В последний раз ноги очень сильно замёрзли и без куртки сидеть не получилось вообще.
Ещё есть вопросы к туалету. Там очень грязно, плохо пахнет и нет туалетной бумаги и нормального жидкого мыла.
А ещё те, кто приходит просто ждать заказ на выдачу, садятся за пустые столы и просто сидят, занимая места.

Покупаем тут так как близко . Чаще стараемся заказывать в других местах.

Из плюсов.
Хорошее, уютное место. Вкусная пицца и кофе. Пиццу готовят быстро. Персонал ведёт себя корректно и вежливо.
Минус пожалуй только один. Нет менеджера который мог бы решать проблемы с клиентами. Несколько раз приходилось слушать, как клиенты кричат и ругаются с кассирами, при этом сотрудники пытаются отвечать корректно. Но выслушивать эти скандалы во время еды откровенно неприятно.

По моему мнению лучшая пиццерия в округе(в плане, что вкусные и насыщенные пиццы). Правда без промокодов или бонусных баллов дороговато. Накануне праздников не реально заказать пиццу. Последние разы с доставкой у них проблемы. Последние три раза заказывал на Асаналиева(3км примерно всегда без пробок), так везли 1 час. А потом промокод на самую простую и маленькую пиццу дают за 1 руб. Может это такой маркетинг, чтобы ещё заказать.
