I rarely write reviews, but in this case there is a reason. After NG, the motherboard crashed due to my crooked arm (and there was a suspicion that the processor had also cracked). In order not to aggravate the situation, I decided to contact the service for help. After the diagnosis, they found out that the motherboard was really kaput and offered a replacement. Already on 07.01, I took the system unit from the service, everything was explained, the system unit was cleaned, the motherboard was changed. Special respect to the dispatchers, because from 02.01 to 06.01 I called them regularly, worrying and constantly bothering with questions)

There are no questions about the repair. But there are complaints about the organization of the process. Initially, they said that the product would be ready on November 30 after 20.00, they promised to call and inform, but they did not. I called myself on Monday, it turned out that the repair was delayed and would be completed on 01.12 late in the evening, they promised to call again and did not call again. 02.12 I'm starting to clarify the situation myself, it turned out that there was another delay, and it will be ready again late in the evening. I insisted that the product be delivered on 02.12 to 19.00 at a convenient time for me. As a result, instead of the promised 4-5 hours, the repair was delayed for three days. To be fair, it's worth noting that they apologized and offered a discount, but I had a full prepayment. Also, on the day of acceptance, they clarified whether a film was needed on the screen, she said yes, but she did not find any film on the screen. I'm not sure if she was included in the receipt, but I didn't bother to find out. In total, the repair is OK, the process is not very good. And the problem is not the urgency, but the fact that every time they promised to call and did not call.
