We were driving together with my son from Mogilev. Given that there was a problem with seats on Sunday, we had to book seats with different carriers. In the afternoon, when the dispatcher called, she confirmed both reservations. I was boarding a little earlier than my son. Half an hour before my boarding, another seat was vacated in my minibus. Naturally, I rebooked. I tried to cancel my reservation on the express, but received a message that no reservation was found. How is it? Well, I guess it's not nice not to warn. I call the number on the website, but no one answers. It was boarding time, the driver called, I explained everything to him-the driver had no complaints, wished him a good trip, and that was the end of it. After a while, the dispatcher lady calls me and starts to read me out, says all the numbers were free, you didn't call anywhere... what is this anyway?! When the lady said, "we may refuse you a favor next time," I said goodbye and wished her a good evening.) I would like to address the management of the company! You are not the only company providing this service, and the world has not converged on you. And if you add to all this the boorish behavior of your dispatchers, then the consumer's choice will clearly not be in your favor. Maybe it's time to change something?! Personally, I will no longer use your services, although I have always preferred the express train before.

Everything seems to be fine, but when the driver is distracted by the phone on the road, and this happens on trips with Express and not only, I always make comments, drivers do not like it, the last trip is no exception 17.09 Mogilev-Minsk (the driver corresponded on the phone during the trip - did not talk, but wrote and was driving- a true specialist, therefore, a request to the head, do not transport firewood, but people.There are no other questions - comfortable cars, clean and tidy, affordable fare - this attracts, I recommend

I've been traveling with this company for 6 years, but over the past year I've noticed that drivers are starting to forget that they are engaged in passenger transportation, not cargo. 11.11.25, flight 14:25 Minsk-Mogilev. The skirting board was lying on the floor all the way in the car. upon arrival in Mogilev, we began to deliver this "product" along the way. we arrived in Mogilev ~ at 17, the most traffic jams. we stopped at the bus station to give the baseboards, as a result, we stood in traffic jams for about 20 minutes, we gave the baseboards to the bru twice. as a result, I arrived at my stop at 17:50. my trip has never taken more than three hours. I understand when a stop is made to give away a small parcel, but when it's whole skirting boards and 5 stops for the distribution of goods, it's already too much, next time I'll go on the atlas
