I was driving from Minsk to Mogilev. My flight was cancelled at the time of booking. The dispatcher contacted us in advance, about 2 hours in advance. They offered options: half an hour earlier or half an hour later. I liked it. The driver is also polite. The car (it was a blue wv) as good as new. The driver was not distracted by the phone. Unlike the other carrier we were traveling with in the opposite direction. For me, this is the best option, because it is the cheapest, and the options and quality are similar to other carriers.
