One day I stopped by their place on K. Liebknecht, and saw sets on the menu that were not on cream (in delivery services). I took a try of the "4 filas" set and it's just bombastic.

Good evening.We ordered sushi for delivery for a decent price on the recommendation of friends, we expected to experience the wow effect.As a result, it was a complete disappointment and just threw the money in the trash.Sushi falls apart without having time to take them, I don't say anything about baked ones at all....The fish is frozen over, the shrimp is just terrible, the tasteless avocado is huge chunks that interrupt the whole taste. I'm just shocked by such disgusting sushi cooking, at a price above average.If it were possible to put 0, not 1 star per order, it would be great.

We made an order through Yandex. The rolls are unsuccessful, of various types, but in all the holes it was not possible to chew or bite off. We called Eugene Krabs, we were ready to return this yummy thing back. The refund was refused, the redo was refused, everything was pushed to Yandex. For the company, this is a trifle, customer orientation is zero, efforts in cooking are zero, responsibility for food is zero.

I used this sushi delivery for many years until yesterday. I made an order on my birthday. And since no one let me down yesterday! They didn't bring anything, they didn't even register it. Two missed in the morning, and not during the working hours of the delivery itself. After that, I called back more than once to the same number from which they called me, to the short number on the site, and to the mobile number on the site. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! AND HE DIDN'T CALL BACK! I had to write on Instagram. After that, they called me and said that I hadn't answered the phone in the morning, so no one would bring me anything at the appointed time! They let me and my guests down! Thank you for spoiling the holiday!

Terrible service. I ordered sushi on my birthday, and in order for everything to work out on time, I decided to arrange pickup at 18.00, making an order in the morning. So, they called back at 17.30 and said that they would work only from 19.00 and my order was postponed to 21.00. How's that? Why are you taking an order? A very unreliable organization. For me, this is definitely the worst sushi in the city. There is no desire to contact them anymore.

Eugene krabs has always been something special from sushi deliveries. I ordered for important events or meetings, because I was sure that it would not be easier in Minsk. That's what I thought until today.
1. It all started with the most unpleasant conversation on the phone, where an unpleasant-sounding woman communicates with you, as if she is not happy that she was called and asked for something. The sediment remained after the call. I think OK, maybe I got it that way (but I read the reviews below and understand that it's not me alone).
2. The delivery lasted 3 hours(!) and it's MONDAY. You can't write off the high load and other overlays here. For the money paid (and this, for a second, is much higher than the main sushi market in Minsk), I want the delivery to be a maximum of an hour and a half.
3. The order arrived, I open it, look at it and understand that it is POORLY assembled for this amount. The rolls are falling apart, the avocado tastes strange, 1 set of rolls was not eaten at all, something completely incomprehensible tasted.
Usually I ordered, everything was always on top, after these sets, the mood rose. But this time it's just not tasty and it's a pity for the money spent. Well, we will try the market, since this business does not see problems (judging by the reviews, problems appeared not so long ago).
The photo shows the entire order immediately after delivery, I didn't touch anything myself.

It's a great place. We came to have a quick snack before the train. Despite the fact that there were many orders for delivery, the food was delivered to us very quickly. We took two soups and a poke, the food was ready in 20 minutes. I really liked the interior and the fact that even though the place works more on delivery, there is still a place to sit down to eat. Very nice staff, friendly atmosphere. The food was simply divinely delicious. We did not order the rolls, but they look very appetizing and very large. Now we will try to look at this place every time we are in Minsk.

The baked rolls are cold, the operator replied that they should be cold, so why then put them in foil packaging. Plus, I worked in the delivery of rolls myself and baked rolls should be warm. The cap is solid in the end. The shrimp rolls were placed next to the smoked salmon roll, as a result, the shrimp tasted like smoked salmon and the girl could not eat them, I understand if the set was ordered and everything was lying together, as well as separate positions of the rolls, the operator replied that people themselves should take care of it. I understand if the delivery was from the cheap segment, and so, one of the best and most expensive. Also, when the operator called and confirmed the order, she did not offer side dishes, some people do not know that they do not go into the order. As a result, we were disappointed with the delivery with such good reviews and ratings.

When will penalties be imposed for not observing the time frame ???
Why specify the time then if in any case there is no order…

We made an order by phone, arrived at Liebnecht 66 to pick up, announced the order, they gave it to us. We arrived home - and our order was not in the package, we called, said that they would order delivery, but as soon as they found out that we live outside the city, they said, "well, we will not order delivery, there is too much workload, so we will not take your order to you." I indicated that there is a Yandex delivery, to which they replied that they do not have such a service and if WE NEED it, then you order it yourself. I ask the management to contact me and explain the approach to the client in which I should order delivery when your employee gives me someone else's order without a share of apologies.
In the end, the operator just hung up.

I ordered the rolls at 20.00, the operator said they would be delivered at 23.15, but they would try earlier. The result was delivered at 00:00.
I wrote to them on Instagram about the late order. They replied that they would clarify where my order was and that the courier would contact me (although he never did, because they incorrectly indicated my number in the receipt). Since it was almost 12 o'clock in the morning, I asked them to cancel the order. I was safely ignored, and when the courier eventually arrived, he didn't even apologize. As a result, instead of a good evening, I had to settle for rolls at 12 o'clock at night, when we were already going to sleep.
I put 2 stars for the quality of the rolls (although they were already cold) and for feedback. But there is no desire to contact this institution anymore.

For me personally, Eugene Krabs is one of the best sushi in Minsk. The guys spin big delicious rolls, there is no vinegar in the rice and most importantly, there is always a lot of fresh fish / seafood in the rolls, as well as the chefs generously add other ingredients, be it avocado, pear, caviar, tuna flakes.
Of course, there were mistakes on spare days (usually holidays) or when placing an order through Slivki, but the admins / couriers reacted in a timely manner and solved the situation with claims. Somewhere there is a discount, somewhere a roll as a gift. Polite and pleasant couriers, if they are delayed, will definitely call and orient you by time.
Success, prosperity, do not give up positions and have good customers. ❤
