The waiters and receptionists always try to make our visit special! + A new chef has recently updated the menu! It's definitely a 10/10. You can find a dish for every taste! I recommend salmon fillet with vegetables and sea bass fillet!!! They make their own desserts The entire menu can be found on instagram. 100% recommendation

I was with my wife on 05/03/26, the impressions are controversial For the price, the dishes on the menu are acceptable, without frills, but the portions are voluminous, the serving is relatively fast and the taste is good. The interior is pleasant, there is a lot of space, the occupancy was about zero in the afternoon. The service is zero. The girl waiter was in a hurry with the order, talked disdainfully and expressed obvious dissatisfaction with her whole appearance. I would be glad if the management would have an educational conversation with her and teach her how to respond "please" to the repeated "thanks" of clients.

I was unhappy with breakfast, ordered buckwheat with egg and mushrooms, there were no mushrooms, asked to add vegetables, they refused and did not come up with acceptable options, as a result, they brought fresh porridge and one poached egg. What's the problem with adding avocado or greens is a mystery to me. Both the waiter and the cook have little imagination, it was disappointing, I hope this is not a pattern here (

Wonderful restaurant and team My husband and I are very happy that we chose Evolution for our wedding. The taste of the dishes, aesthetics, variety, quantity – everything was fine. The menu was created taking into account all our wishes. The guests were very impressed, and almost every item on the menu was highlighted by someone. The waiters were attentive, friendly and tactful. The dishes were served on time, even though we deviated significantly from the agreed timing at the beginning of the evening. We would like to thank our managers Nikita and Kristina, who are professionals in their field. All the recommendations were relevant and very helpful. They were attentive, caring, and willing to spend the evening in the best possible way for us. At all stages, they perfectly coordinated the processes, responded to our requests, and promptly answered any questions. And they took an active part in creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere of the evening, even where we did not expect at all, for example, by “stirring up” one small sad guest) We will be happy to visit the restaurant again

We had dinner, 50% of the dishes passed by ... just not tasty and for a very long time..... when the place was empty, salads were waiting for an hour and an hour and a half hotter....
