A cozy and beautiful studio, I chose it because it is located across the street from work. Experienced coaches pay attention to everyone and correct them if you are doing something wrong. A huge plus is the availability of an application where you can independently manage the recording and see how many subscription classes are left. Of the cons, I initially wanted to go to the classes "stretching + pumping", "healthy back", "aero light", but they are only on weekday mornings and nothing has changed in two months.

My place of strength has been for 2-3 years, a wonderful studio with everything for a girl's comfort, elastic bands, napkins, hygiene products, closed lockers for clothes. A large, clean room with modern equipment. There are many different areas of stretching, Pilates, a healthy back, and my main love is AERO. The coach is the main big plus of the studio, classes are held with full support. There are always different and interesting workouts, the coach pays attention to everyone, even if it seems to you that you won't succeed, the coach will prove the opposite to you))) In general, the studio is in my hearts for a long time!!!!!

My favorite studio ❤️ Responsive administrators, the studio is clean and tidy, there is everything you need from inventory and household items (napkins, rubber bands, etc.). The coaching staff is a separate love. Each girl works in her own style, but they are all united by a caring attitude, love of work and endless positivity. The atmosphere at the training sessions is friendly and friendly. Any of the female coaches will always support, encourage, help and explain (even for the hundredth time). With such coaches, it's not scary to try new things, set new goals and reach the top. There are various subscription options, as well as the ability to use sports subscriptions (allsports).
