I haven't been very happy with the menu lately. We loved this place, we often came with friends. Sushi has been very bad lately, we found out from the waitress that the cooking technology has changed. The last visit was extremely frustrating, it felt like they were serving sushi that had been sitting for a day. Unfortunately, I had to cancel dinner. I was surprised that the waitress did not try to show loyalty and offer an alternative.
It's very sad to lose your favorite place.

A very cozy place with panoramic Windows, soft sofas, there is a 2nd floor. You can just come, but it's best to book a place, as sometimes it happens that there are no empty seats. The staff is polite and friendly, not intrusive, which is very pleasing (we were with a bouquet of flowers, they immediately brought us a vase). I was at a birthday party with my mom, by the way, all birthday people get a 15% discount 3 days before and after their birthday. A nice bonus is a large piece of grape cake with a candle and birthday greetings at the expense of the establishment. Amazing cuisine for every taste. The menu is very well designed. Each page is divided into a dish with beef, seafood, chicken, pork, vegetarian dishes, vegan, sushi, etc... A large selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. I highly recommend it to everyone. And I express my gratitude to the employees of this amazing institution.

Once again, we are disappointed in the quality of the food. I'm a fan of Asian cuisine, and every time I came here, I hoped it would suddenly get better, but, alas, the price-quality is not about Gan Bay.
We ordered perch, rolls and chicken. After a while, when we were already at home, we felt slightly unwell and nauseous. We didn't eat or drink anything after the restaurant.
In general, I don't recommend it to anyone, and I won't come again.

They called 40 minutes before arrival, they said you can't book, referring to some kind of regulations, but they said they could accommodate 3 people.
One of the girls immediately started interrupting and behaving incorrectly, the second tried to mitigate the situation, there are no questions for her.
It's a shame for the time spent and for the false promise.
We used to book without any problems, now we don't want to go there at all.

What about the service?
08.21 on Saturday at about 14:00 we came to eat at our favorite place. The landing was almost 0. There were a lot of untidy tables on the veranda and we went into the second hall with blue sofas. No one came up to us, but I asked a passing waitress to bring us a menu. From that moment on, no one else approached us.
We sat for 40 minutes and like hungry cats asked the waiters and the ADMINISTRATOR to take our order, for which everyone just smiled (in other things, the administrator personally led some young man to the table at that time). It would have been fine, but they started serving everyone who came after us.
The couple next to us were also ignored, and when the waitress (red-haired, name unknown) once again went to serve the people who came for us, she personally approached her and asked "what's going on???".
After an HOUR of waiting ... we were hungry and already extremely angry left the institution. A couple more people followed us.
An hour to wait for an order and an hour to wait for it to be accepted from you are two different things.
We cannot understand what it was, there have never been such situations… it was terribly humiliating and unpleasant.
