We were met by a not very pleasant Hostess and the relationship was as if we should not be in this institution. The menu is unreadable, it would be worth working on accents, because the eyes run away, it is unclear what price belongs to which dish. Further, the waitress's phrase "Speak louder, I can't hear you", I think is unacceptable for such an institution. According to the time of delivery of dishes, it's also a problem, the waiters do not prescribe courses for dishes, what to take out in the first place, what in the second, as a result, someone has already eaten everything and someone has not even brought it. There was one unfortunate shrimp swimming in that pit, the prices are unreasonably high. At the request of a passing waiter to calculate our table, the waitress said without turning around that she would call another waiter. The staff level is worse than in some fast food restaurant. 2 stars only for the dish with red fish, which somehow fixed the situation.

We rested at your place on the afternoon of 05/27. We were on the summer terrace, a girl with red hair served us. She was very attentive to all our requests, lifted our spirits and helped us with the selection of Indian dishes. We wanted to try something and were absolutely delighted!! The choice of dishes offered is quite large and varied (Asian cuisine is mainly, but you will also meet "Caesar"), the staff knows the menu well, the visitor is invited to a meeting in a request for minor changes in the dish (another sauce or less pepper). The portions are large, even taking a reduced portion, sometimes it is not always possible to master everything, although it is very tasty)) The atmosphere is calm, the area of the hall allows you to place tables far enough from each other - you do not have to listen to the communication of other guests and this allows the music to play quietly (without trying to drown out conversations), which is undoubtedly only a plus. I was in Greencity for Prytytsky.
We were greeted politely and escorted to a table on the terrace, it was very pleasant. However, no one came to take the order. After 10 minutes, a couple sat down at the next table, their order was accepted instantly. I waited about 5-7 more minutes.
She left, told the waiter at the door that she had been sitting at a table, but no one came up to me, and received an answer: "I saw you and was going to go to you now, I took an order from a couple nearby." I replied that I had come earlier. I didn't hear any apologies.
I repeated the whole story of the hostess at the entrance, she offered to take a table in the hall and invite another waiter; she offered to call the receptionist.
Unfortunately, it was already unpleasant for me to stay, well, I didn't want to tell the story to the administrator for the third time either. I chose an institution nearby.
P.S. I've been there before: on weekends, on weekdays, sometimes by myself, sometimes in company. Several times the experience was unpleasant and it seemed as if we were distracting the staff with our presence from something more important. Not another foot.

10/10 the place was served by a nice waitress, Jennet - it was very pleasant, we sat there with a friend for 3 hours, the food was served very quickly (despite the fact that each ordered three hot dishes, drinks and dessert). The food is top (even spicy, although I'm not usually a fan), very cozy and spacious, the distance between the tables is perfect, the toilet (female, male could not estimate :D) - generally super, sterile and these automatic protective films or what's on the toilet - well, just a thing! I don't know about the others, but our waitress was just a sweetheart, just super pleasant service, the place itself is a little far from me, but I'll be happy to go again!

I was amazed by the speed of serving the set, 20 minutes maximum, some of the most delicious sushi that I've tried.I couldn't decide on a cocktail, and even though everyone's tastes are different, but a very nice waiter advised a cool cocktail, just according to my wishes. So there must be pork in the sauce!!! After the price increase in September 2023, I really thought hard about what, sorry, they sell in a cafe.
The output of 200 and 300 grams will barely contain 50 grams of meat, if not 30, whether pork, beef or chicken. It's hard to guess the meat fibers among the thick layer of dough, and you can't taste it. We've tried a lot.
It's a shame that the establishment, which has beautiful and quite tasty first courses, deceives so much. A check on you and more than one!

Our family place. Here everyone can find the menu by themselves. Of all the restaurants of this chain to taste, we choose this one. But it is better to book on weekends and holidays. We missed a couple of times because all the tables were busy. Pancakes with cream cheese are not always a pity, but crispy honey chicken is always wonderful.
