When the catering failed us and 50 hungry filmmakers stayed in the woods on the set during the night shift, the guys saved us. 20 large pizzas were ready in 40 minutes. And this is subject to an almost complete landing in the hall. All 50 hungry filmmakers were fed, and they convey boundless gratitude. Delicious, fast and even somehow homey. We arrived at the restaurant at about 23.00 yesterday, the rudeness and behavior of the waiter was absolutely not clear. He asked me to wait, no problem, no questions. My companion just wanted to order water for me, as I was very thirsty, and in response he heard: "I told you, I'll clean the table and put you down. Get out of here." After that, I went up to the girl at the checkout, asked for water, paid off, and we decided that we would not have dinner at this institution. The girl clarified the situation, listened to everything from beginning to end, apologized, of course, but that's not even the point. There was absolutely no aggression on our part, because until last night it was one of my favorite places in the city. And even after the rudeness of the young man (the waiter), we silently left the Garage, absolutely not turning the conflict around, did not spoil our evening and waste our nerves. The sediment, of course, remained.... thank God that there are other places in Minsk where you can go and have a great evening.

In this cafe, I like the colorful interior (classic and very realistic High-Tech stylized as a garage, even in the toilets), comfortable sofas and tables, pleasant service, there are interesting dishes, often promotions, reasonable prices. The portions are even too big for me. Often a closed men's or women's toilet and the offer to go to the one that is open is somewhat embarrassing, but uncritical (it was even interesting to look at the unique design of both toilets). There are 2 halls - a charming basement bar and a nice hall on the ground floor. The menu is the same. Visitors to the upper hall often complain about smells from the kitchen, it did not bother me, but if it does, there are no such smells in the basement A significant drawback is that the quality of the dishes is unstable. Not that it would be tasteless, but once I tried an incredibly delicious Pina Colada cocktail there (more than 7 clear layers, high-quality ingredients, perfect proportions, ideal temperature (there was no ice at all, ice cream instead), very harmonious taste, an unusual interpretation of this cocktail perfectly combined with its usual classic taste, a chic tall glass), and a couple of days later - the same cocktail for the same price - 3 greased layers, the glass does not match the cocktail (and this affects the taste), greased layers, sour juice, strange cream, a lot of ice. Then it's the same with the burger: at first it's just a masterpiece (juicy cutlet with the smell of a campfire, lingonberry jam, cheese with blue mold, some more cheeses and sauces, fresh and baked vegetables, rosemary, basil, arugula, something else). It was a masterpiece in which the charm of the Belarusian forest and the charm of Provence were unexpectedly harmoniously intertwined. And after a couple of weeks, the same one and for the same price, but the cutlet is worse and not all sauces are added, the cheese is simpler, albeit with blue mold, except that fresh vegetables on the spot from greens - a little parsley. It is also delicious, but it is no longer an expected masterpiece. It was the same story with pizza. Coffee and tea are also not necessary once at a time, even author's teas can be either incredibly tasty and original, or so-so (with the same name and price, the number of ingredients can range from 2 to 8, and the proportions are very variable). It's the same story with mulled wine and grog as with tea. I wouldn't say that the quality of the dishes is deteriorating, no - it's kind of twitchy: like when. When a dish turns out to be tastier than expected, it's a pleasant surprise, but when you expect a masterpiece, and even call your friends to try it, painting everything in colors, and there... It's an ordinary good dish, but nothing special - it's an unpleasant feeling, and very much so. Maybe if you change the quality, then the name of the dish should be changed? And then I specifically called to clarify. And where?! A hamburger is a disappointment, a cocktail is a horror! Well, at least the waiter saved the situation: they asked what could comfort us and he offered dessert, which, indeed, made us very happy (it was pancakes with all sorts of different goodies and very inexpensive). But there was a cleaning of the toilets, for a long time (a couple of hours each).... and we all saw the interior in both the women's and men's toilets)). .So, if you like colorful interiors, pleasant waiters, a diverse audience, unexpected surprises, a lottery and food "with different tastes", like sweets in Harry Potter, you definitely should visit this cafe. If you are a conservative person and are focused on reliability, stability and classics, prefer an environment of the same people - it is better to choose another institution.
