After 6 minutes, I clarified whether there would be cleaning at the bar, because I had an ardent desire to sit at the counter, I received the answer "it's about to start cleaning." Well, cleaning is more important than the guest, cleaning brings money, reviews, and the guest will just sit somewhere else. When ordering the only tequila on the menu (and the bar said there was just everything, with pride, they say the bar does not fail), the waiter thought for a long time what a bizarre word I said "espalon", but after a while I remembered. Do you think they brought me that tequila from the menu? Of course not, that's the cheapest alternative with the blue circle "olmechka". I asked the official, "is this the bottle with the blue espalon circle?" The answer was of course, to which I had to explain to the employee of the institution that he was lying.(I learned it by taste, it's easy to find out).That is, I was cheated into brazenly pouring not what I asked for, and tried to quench it. Did the bartender clean up? Well, if you put the slicing on the counter to look like it's cleaning, then fine. They don't want a tip, it's better for me. On food: the shingles famously taste like fish (the same taste is not a clean board in the dining room on which they cut everything), and they crunch too much, well, they are burnt, but it seems delicious. Of course, the onion could be peeled from the upper layers, which are not chewed. I was very hungry, I could only manage two. I order cheeks (and before that the waiter said that there is), and the answer is "I'll clarify." They communicate with each other at work, or so they come to walk around. I will note that the waiter clarified how I liked the dish, and boldly listened to the dissatisfaction. I give the first point for the fish, milota, the second for the excellent toilet. But in order to get to the toilet, I had to stand at the counter for 5 minutes, because there was no staff in the hall, but the cuts and juices just continued to stand on the bar for show, of course no one cleaned, but only with their tongue back and forth. By the way, beer was brought in a glass where bright traces from the lips of lovely ladies, I can see what they drank from this grail before me. I would be honored. (While I was writing, it was nice to hear the staff discussing the "restaurateur", a type of me, but yes, they found out, nice, thank you). They brought cheeks - bravo, here they are made perfectly! The DIY focacha is not bad, and the French fries are just excellent. This gives us the third star. Summary: the staff doesn't care, except for the waitress with dark hair and a crab in them, well, she doesn't really care, she tries, well done, and the only one who said goodbye. And the guy and the big madam - well, what are you ... PS: I'm not talking about allergens that the staff should take, for white tablecloths, but where is friendliness, where is the appearance that the guest is dear. I went with one thought "I give myself to you to the fullest, feed me delicious, whatever, fast and tasty" and it turned out to be such a review.

In the photo you can see that there are VERY few ingredients. Especially noticeable against the background of the paste are cheese inclusions, small grated champignons, transparent pieces of ham, several slices of tomatoes. By the way, the Chef's pizza costs 34.90 BYN. In addition to such positive reviews, I do not advise anyone to buy pizza in the Garage!

All the dishes are prepared in advance and are just waiting for their customer. For example, you ordered a pizza, so they do not knead the dough for it, but already put the pre-made one in the oven. The only dish that is made in advance is hake (fish), it will always be freshly cooked.
