The beauty of Karelia is simply fascinating, I wanted to photograph everything there.
Visiting Murmansk, Teriberka and Kirovsk left only pleasant impressions, because we were offered many activities, thanks to which we got to know these places better and enjoyed the opportunities provided. ☃️

I was on an amazing tour of China. I really liked everything. The excursions were almost every day, which is very cool, as it was possible to see all the beauties of the island to the maximum. Artyom was the guide. Thanks to him, we always gathered as a group for lunches and dinners, and there was a very friendly atmosphere. We also went to the beach and went all together. If someone needed to, he would take pictures and shoot videos for them. If you had any questions, he was always very helpful. He also always took a router with him, so we always had the Internet.
The hotel also had everything you needed. The view from the balcony was incredibly beautiful. There are many different shops nearby. Both grocery and clothing stores.
The food was also very tasty and inexpensive.
I really enjoyed all the excursions. It was a lot of fun for the whole group to visit new places.

We recently returned from a 7-day tour to Elbrus, and it was truly unforgettable! We visited cities such as Pyatigorsk and Yessentuki, and saw many amazing places along the way.

Of course, the beauty of St. Petersburg is indescribable, the majesty of the city cannot be conveyed by anything. The places for excursions were well-known, and we really wanted to visit them (Kronstadt, Gatchino, Petropavlovsk, Pushkino, etc.) due to the holidays, some palaces were not visited, but the company returned the money. I don't think it's critical, it's New Year's Eve, it's the weekend.
This is definitely not our last meeting with this company! During the bus journey to St. Petersburg itself, there were stops for san. events.

It was my first experience of traveling with a travel agency and I was very satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the tour. I felt very cozy and comfortable during the whole trip, and all thanks to the wonderful tour leader Artyom. He is a true professional in his field and provided us with high-quality and complete information about the places we visited. I was struck by the Sami village and how its inhabitants are faithful to their traditions. When you enter their territory, it's like you find yourself in another universe. It feels incredible. The craziest and most breathtaking trip was to the village of Teriberka to the coast of the Barents Sea, which flows into the Arctic Ocean. Unfortunately, due to the weather conditions, we were forbidden to go to sea and we could not look at the whales, but nevertheless I received a charge of incredible emotions just from the beauty of those places. We were also able to feed the wayward deer and got to know the biggest lovers of the north - Huskies. In addition to the ocean, we managed to see the northern Lights and, to be honest, it seemed to me an impossible dream before arriving in Murmansk. So GoTrips gave me one of the best gifts - they fulfilled my dream. Therefore, I can say with confidence that I will advise this agency to everyone so that everyone can feel this atmosphere and say: "Nothing is impossible, that's why I'm here."

Hello everyone, we had a rest at the end of February 2025, on Hainan Island (China)The flight was normal, the weather was super on arrival, sunny , no rain with a pleasant breeze. We went to Murmansk on a new program with Oksana, who was accompanying us, and it was amazing! I can safely recommend this tour, even in winter (and we went in late April-early May, and it was the best time for the weather), since there is not much snow in the Republic of Belarus, and there it was possible to fully remember childhood. So, who else is thinking of going or not going, then keep a description of the pros and cons.
Positive:
- Incredibly intense and interesting excursions;
- An amazing escort (in our case it was Oksana ♥) and interesting guides;
- This is a tour for those who like active holidays with unforgettable emotions.;
- Good, comfortable hotels (the travel agency tried and organized even triple accommodation, with chic comfortable beds for everyone, not a cot);
- bus with Wi-Fi and sockets;
- stops every 3-4 hours;
- delicious travel cafe on the way to Murmansk (I recommend it!!!);
- Souvenir shops or fish shops with adequate prices and worth visiting and buying the same fish in vacuum and caviar (Murmansk) or buying a bunch of different interesting goodies in Karelia (jam of their cones, cloudberries, honeysuckle, etc.; cloudberry tincture, etc. berries; incredibly delicious balm with cherries and much more). I just recommend taking EVERYTHING and trying EVERYTHING.;
- Delicious food in a cafe in Karelia (fish soup with an incredibly large number of pieces of trout and gates with cloudberries);
- Fascinating nature, both in Karelia and in Murmansk. In spring, the contrast before and after the Arctic Circle is all the more noticeable;
- I recommend that you take frozen tea at gas stations (it's like ice cream, which you pour with boiling water and get awesome delicious tea). What you need on a hard road;
- Beautiful views in Teriberka and the opportunity to taste fresh natural scallops and sea urchins there;
- Visit the park with huskies, deer and rabbits, which you can hold in your arms (huskies and rabbits) and feed everyone;
- roll down the mountain on your butt and tube ride;
- see seals!
- take the most beautiful photos (Thanks to the photographer from the travel agency)!
- delicious breakfasts in hotels.
Minuses:
- it's not that it's a minus, but it's worth considering that the road is not easy and it's difficult to cope with proper nutrition if you're used to it. Juice sandwiches were sometimes served for breakfast, which is normal, but if it's not for you, then it's better to plan your meal in advance.;
- take a pillow under your head and a blanket.;
- at one point, the wi-fi in the bus disappeared and I had to wait for arrival at the hotel.
There are few disadvantages, because it really was a wonderful trip with good organization and good weather.

We rode with a girl, everything went just fine, we received huge positive emotions from the trip, there were no questions about the organization, with any difficulties and problems, we could approach the accompanying Artem and resolve the issue.
The places are simply fascinating, the nature and cities are very beautiful, the tour is organized very coolly, that every day you seem to be more and more surprised by the local beauties, and there was also a very interesting guide, Misha, who talked very interestingly about local stories and sights, the fairy tale about the hero Elbrus was very full.

I decided to go to the city of St. Petersburg with a tour. I chose gotrips because I really like their stories on Instagram! There are always a lot of video reports, lively emotions, all young and positive! We also went to Karelia for one day. I got a lot of positive emotions there! Elbrus Tour 19.01-27.01
Hello everyone. It was the first time I went on such a long bus tour, I decided on a tour company for a long time and chose GoTrips, honestly, I was delighted. Artyom was our escort, a man who gives us a great mood and positive emotions. There was a great mood and a lot of cool locations throughout the tour. Mikhail, a very cool guide, was also with us, and we heard the history of Pyatigorsk and the history of Elbrus. We also visited Honey Waterfalls and went down on a 1km long zipline and at the height of a 30-storey building, it was cool. Hello everyone I went on the Elbrus tour on 19.01. Artem was the guide. The most wonderful man! I want to say that there were only positive emotions after the tour.
We didn't have many people, only 23. It was very comfortable riding the bus because of that. She lay with her legs stretched out straight. The bus itself is, of course, a little old, but the sockets were there, they worked, and the Wi-Fi was there too, but it worked for me personally every other time. But in principle, this did not greatly affect the opinion about the trip. Of course, it's a bit hard to take the bus for 30 hours, but I slept almost half the way, if not more, having been specially exhausted during the day. Well, there is also an option to fly by plane, you can snatch a ticket for $ 50. On the way back, if you don't want to go, why not)
The hotel rooms were also good, there was everything you needed everywhere. We were in Pyatigorsk at the Hermes Hotel and in the Elbrus region at the Snow Leopard Hotel. The food was also good, no frills, but it will do. The rooms were cleaned. The towels were being renewed. There were hair dryers everywhere. The staff was normal everywhere. The only thing is paid laundry everywhere. Also, the water in Hermes was not hot, and it was uncomfortable to wash in this summer.
The tours were all interesting, although we had two tours combined into one, but we also paid for only one. And in principle, it turned out to be more convenient, because we had one day completely free. If we took it separately, i.e. one 3000 and the other 3000, it would not be as interesting as for me. It wouldn't be worth it)
In Pyatigorsk, Nalchik and Cheget, we had an amazing guide, Mikhail. He told everything so interestingly that it takes your breath away! A very kind, well-read and positive person!
Artem liked the guide very much too. The man knows his job 100%. I tried to find positive things everywhere, to get out of any uncomfortable situation. (The guys in our group caught rotovirus, but thank God everything went away quickly) Thanks to him, we always packed up at the right time, drove, everything was organized and clear! And in principle, the group turned out to be cool, well-coordinated and friendly! The composition turned out to be gorgeous)
There's nothing to say about the species, it's worth it! Each view inspires in its own way, the mountains... I just can't find the words to describe them. This is unrealistic! We visited honey waterfalls, thermal springs, Cherek gorge, Chateau-Erken castle, Mount Cheget, Mechanotherapy in 1902 and, of course, Mount Elbrus. We tried a lot of goodies and walked a lot. We listened to interesting stories and enjoyed the beauties of our world. Yes, you will have to pay extra a lot of places, but it's all worth it!
I liked skiing too, I don't know how to ski at all, but in principle, I got on the board pretty well the second time. If you are very afraid, you can hire an instructor. Clothes, board, helmet, in general, everything you need can be rented. Prices can also be viewed on the official website of Elbrus - all the information is thrown into the conversation. It was also great to climb almost to the top, the views from the cable cars are indescribable. But if you are not going for views and excursions, but for a specific ski trip, it is not a fact that this tour will suit you, because one day is specifically allocated for it, or you will have to sacrifice excursions. Here, in your opinion, what is more important.
In short, a 9/10 tour is certainly not without its drawbacks, but there are no gaps! If you come across Artyom and Mikhail, be sure to go, you won't regret it!

I liked the Arctic, but I didn't like the organization of the trip.
The Russian north is beautiful. Karelia is beautiful, Murmansk, Teriberka - these polar cities attract with their cold but fascinating beauty.
I wanted to come to Karelia and Teriberka in the summer, but I don't want to get there by bus anymore. 🤪
Thanks for the idea of the tour.
Didn't like everything else:
- timing, when there is no time to go to the toilet (and go on business and wash up elementary; when there are 45 people, there is one stall and we stand in line for more than an hour), when there is no time for food, we have to make do with a dry ration and snacks from the gas station; when there is not a minute to go to the gift shop in a new locations (I'm talking about Murmansk); when you're galloping through Europe, you just have time to come to your senses.
- Leisure activities: for example, when we were in Karelia, immediately after a long move we went sledding, and after that we went to Ruskeala Park, where they dropped us off and told us to go for a walk. It was getting dark. The time for a walk is 2 hours. And to watch - for 30 minutes. They didn't say a word about the underground Ruskeala, where we certainly didn't get, although this is the juice of this park.
- For some reason, we went to spend the night in Petrozavodsk from Sortavala. What's the point? We spent a lot of time on the road and getting up early, although the program includes an overnight stay in Sortavala. A strange episode.
- Next, Murmansk. Sightseeing tour for half a day, with not a minute free to go to the souvenir shop at least.
- Ice floating - guys, what they say about it, that it is warm and comfortable, is not true. Not warm and not comfortable. My hands froze immediately, and I clenched my fist to keep warm. You can feel the cold of icy water on your back and butt, which makes you feel no desire to freeze for the entire allotted time (I don't remember exactly how long, whether it's an hour or two). My husband was given a leaky suit, and the icy water immediately seeped out and soaked his clothes. I didn't have a spare with me, the service was provided poorly - check the costumes before giving them to the tourist. And it doesn't matter that they say "take spare clothes with you" - you gave me a torn suit, so you didn't provide a high-quality service at the start. This is not a question for GoTrips, but for ice floating contractors. Please choose carefully. This entertainment is overrated, keep in mind.
- The Northern Lights is not an idea in itself, but an approach to organization. He needs to be caught at night, and we arrived at 22:30, stood for an hour and left. The next day, the entire group of tourists (more than 40 people) insisted that they leave later and stay longer - it was not easy, as the tour administrator had incomprehensible answers like "You know, we have to get up early, the drivers need to rest." Of course, it is necessary, like all of us. In this case, do not loudly declare in your marketing materials that we are going to the northern Lights unless you are really ready to hunt it. By the way, we saw the glow. Through phone cameras, and those with iPhones mostly. Some people couldn't see this beauty invisible to the eye even through the camera.
- Go ahead, Teriberka. Everything was fine here, except for the boat trip. For some reason, instead of the paid 2 hours of the trip, we rafted for an hour, even a little less. That is, they boarded the boat later than everyone else, and sailed before everyone else. Why? No one explained. The money was paid for the full service, but in fact they received 50%.
And there were enough different things - she described the main thing, which, to put it mildly, upset her.
To all the complaints (I was not the only one from the group), we were answered with something like "these are our first trips in this direction, we are rolling back the program, so I'm sorry, I'm sorry, please understand."
I would like to say this separately to the owners of GoTrips - I am also an entrepreneur, I have 14 years of experience behind me, and during this time I have managed to understand marketing and customer service, the provision of services, and the formation of products.
Run the program on yourself, not on your clients. Otherwise, make the prices 2 times lower for everything, stipulating in advance that the trip is a test trip and we are testing our new destination for you.
Otherwise, you risk losing trust and becoming known as a one-time company that you no longer want to use. At least in my case, that's exactly what happened.

Dagestan... is a land of mountains, legends and incredible beauty.
The trip was organized spontaneously for me and my daughter (May 1-10) I left my data on all possible platforms. And the gotrips guys turned out to be the fastest. Since I'm not from Minsk, everything was organized online quickly, clearly and clearly.

Tour to Murmansk 15-21.01.25.
In the early days, everything was still more or less, beautiful views of Karelia, sledding, pleasant Petra hotel, but then...
Upon arrival in Murmansk, some kind of nightmare began. The hotel is 25 km from Murmansk, there is absolutely nothing to do on the spot, there is nowhere to go except to eat corny food. There's not even much to say about the hotel itself, except that they saved on us. The water stinks and has caused rashes, the shower temperature cannot be adjusted, the coil has almost fallen off, the water needs to be refilled in the drain tank, the sockets are crooked. The food is pure porridge with butter. Tap water in carafes in the dining room.
They said that there would be free time if you didn't go on an excursion - in fact, you'd be thrown out somewhere along the route of the bus and take a taxi to the city. We were thrown out in some kind of industrial area, waist-deep snowdrifts, puddles, a high-speed highway, dogs and other delights. There is no physical way to walk anywhere. A taxi costs a lot of money and it takes only 40 minutes to go one way (and we only had 2.5 hours of free time). Some ventured to go to the store through the snow, as according to the assurances of the accompanying Polina, it was 8 minutes, but in the end it was 30 minutes with walking on the roadway.
We didn't get to Teriberka (because of the ice, the roads were blocked by traffic police officers) and, lo and behold, it turned out that in a city with many ports, suddenly nothing would take us to sea! And one of the alternatives is Kirovsk. KIROVSK!!! You go to see the whales, but in fact you watch others skiing. Because these rides are not provided for us. Because we were traveling from far away and there wasn't much time. It's also dark, and there's no point even riding the funicular. The only pleasant thing was the Apatite Museum (stones, minerals, ore, and their mining).
By the way, the bus is as uncomfortable as possible, such seats are not provided for such long trips. But if anything, you won't rest at the hotel either, because sleep is usually several hours.
Moreover, a scandal also broke out on the bus when it turned out that friends of Polina's escort lied that they had bought seats in the back and were quietly lying on 7 seats together for three days, when an oncological girl was on pain medication and was inconvenienced on the bus. When the salon was upset, Polina took the position of "we're not going anywhere until you calm down," "this is not my area of expertise," and so on, people had to demand a seating list to drive away their friends.
But the conflict did not end there. Upon entering the territory of Belarus, Polina called the police, and we stood for another hour and a half and figured out that the girls who stood up for the cancer patient had been beaten, cursed, and generally humiliated to an intolerable extent by friends.
When we left, we learned that we would not wait for the girls from the militia. They stay somewhere near the border and will get home on their own.
And instead of arriving in Minsk at 21.00, we arrived at 5 a.m. the next day.
When they started writing impressions in a general chat with everyone who was traveling, I shared that it was more bad - I was simply deleted...
One star only for the Sami village (where they wanted to deceive us, as if the lunch was at our expense for as much as 1400, although it was indicated in the contract as paid). It's really very cozy and nice there, amazing people who love their animals. And many thanks to the drivers who faced the incredible difficulties of the Siberian roads and coped perfectly!
I do not recommend their tours from the word at all. It's a waste of time, effort, nerves, and money.

Dagestan certainly fascinates with its picturesque landscapes and interesting locations , views wherever you look, like from Pinterest, the grandeur of the mountains is breathtaking, of course it's worth visiting, but...
The organization of this trip leaves much to be desired. Everything was fine (many thanks to our drivers Dima and Vadim for safe and fast driving), the sanitary stops, as agreed, were in 3-3.5 hours (sometimes not very clean and paid, but what can I do), the accompanying Anya tried to answer all questions and maintained a cheerful atmosphere on the bus, recommended where to eat better , which store to go to, that is, we reached the first transit hotel in Pyatigorsk without questions , without strain. We looked at Elbrus (thanks to the guide Mikhail), Mikhail told a lot of interesting things about the area, answered questions.
But the most interesting thing began: we arrived at the hotel in Izberbash, where we spent 2 nights, people in the rooms did not have any water, plumbing equipment could have been washed of course before the arrival of guests, it was dusty everywhere, the workers were not ready with breakfast either, we were told that there would be breakfast at 8, as a result, nothing was ready, as if no one was waiting for us. The next move is to the mountains (the beauty along the way is incredible).
The group was divided into 2 parts , some were settled immediately , the rest were taken higher, where we waited 1.5 hours for a minibus that was supposed to take us to the hotel itself (again, as if we arrived without warning and no one was waiting for us ) , then even more disappointment is the hotel itself - a children's sports and recreation complex "Cascade", there are no windows in the rooms, the beds are all separate ( it doesn't matter if the husband and wife arrived, or 2 girlfriends, for example), it's very cold, the water, again, is not hot at all.
On this day, 2 local guides joined us: Zainab and Kagir, Zainab stayed with the first half of the group, and we were less lucky. Not funny jokes and no truthful information is all that can be expected from Kagir. If it were not for the local minibus drivers (masters of their craft Ahmed and Saipu), then in principle they would not have learned anything about the locations where they are located , nor about the people and their traditions. I will support the comments written above about souvenirs , do not listen to the guides who say that everything will be right in the souvenir on the last day and at adequate prices , they just lead to their own , for which they certainly receive good gratitude, we were led , we did not buy anything from the locals , and on the last day there was no choice and I had to buy everything more expensive and not as I would like .

Impressions of a trip to Dagestan with the tour operator GoTrips on May 1.
Dagestan is certainly beautiful. The program is large, interesting, and diverse. I am satisfied.
Our trip could have been extremely positive and unforgettable if it hadn't been for the problems we encountered on the trip.
The first problem is the accompanying guide Polina. A nice, sweet girl, turned out to be an absolutely incompetent employee. I'm not asking us to entertain and be a clown for everyone, but for the entire trip, which is about 2 days, you can say something more than "Ambulance stop" and "We're handing over the money."
The second problem is living in Dagestan in the mountains. "Dagestan was not ready for our arrival." The bus was divided into three groups, all living in different "hotels" and different conditions. Someone lived in excellent houses, with beautiful views, a cozy atmosphere in the room, and someone (this is us) in the village of Kikuni slept in a damp bed, breathed in the smell of sewage, admired mold in the bathrooms and garbage from the window. Of course, the owners were worried that we were unhappy, they tried to entertain and calm us down somehow, thanks to them. I understand that Polina wasn't the one who organized our accommodation, but she didn't even try to help solve the problem. It turned out that our accommodation had not been paid for at all. On the second day, some of our guys were evicted from their rooms, they wanted to move in with other people. Polina did not solve this problem in any way. We defended our living conditions by force and shouting.
I was alone with my friends' family. According to the contract, we had a double room: I'm with my friends' daughter, but we were put in a quadruple room. Of course, we are close friends, but I was not happy to live in the same room with someone else's husband.
One of the groups, like the third, Polina, left in a downpour at NIGHT at 22-23.00 with suitcases on the highway, at the gas station, so that they could wait for the minibus. And she went on vacation to her wonderful Apricot houses with her retinue of girlfriends. What's that supposed to mean? For a minute, out of 50 people, there won't even be 10 guys, only young girls.
Later, Polina asked her first group, who live in good conditions, not to tell any of us or show us where they live. But GoTrips did not respond to our complaints in any way and stated that we were not on the list of vacationers at all.
The third problem is the imposition of food in certain places, without having a choice of dishes, for my money. Every day, twice a day, everyone (group 2) was fed lagman, pilaf, or cabbage rolls and tortillas. I am picky about food, and I have an intolerance to certain foods. And if I'm paying money for food, I want to choose it myself. It was impossible to order anything separately. When I refused to eat, I immediately felt a negative attitude from Polina. And even when Elena, the guide, wanted to offer me tea so that I wouldn't starve, Polina made a remark to her.
Polina, or the trip organizer, also wanted to deprive us of visiting the wonderful Saltinsky Waterfall, which was included in the tour program. As soon as our group raised the fuss, and said that we would not just leave this, apparently our guide handed it over to Polina, she quickly played it all over and took us there. A wonderful place, a delight!!!
I believe that it is unacceptable for one group of people to live in such different conditions and in conditions that can be harmful to health (dampness and mold).
I think it is unacceptable for such an unprofessional, uncommunicative person like Polina to work on such a long trip in a country like Dagestan. She wasn't going on vacation to have fun and show her character. She was at work in order to be with us and help us solve problems during OUR vacation. And she was only engaged in communicating with her "entourage" and creating content and photo-video reports about how cool it is to ride with GoTrips.
Not cool! It's terrible! All the pictures of funny faces are staged and taken on the first day, while no one has yet figured out where they are.
By the way, the drivers are also strange, they argued all the way, turned on the stove that they could burn their feet, there was an icy air conditioner on top, they did not respond to our requests to turn everything off. At the beginning of the bus we were dying from the heat, at the end of the bus the girls were freezing. But as drivers, thank them, we got there well, safe and sound, thank you.

The trip was to Dagestan on 05/01/2025
Everything could have been fine if it hadn't been for Polina's escort and her attitude to work, she behaved extremely unprofessionally, didn't see an untrained escort anymore, ignored us completely after the conflict with the group on the bus, didn't answer calls and messages, framed the people she worked with, behaved as incompetently as possible, I couldn't solve the basic conflicts.
We were very upset about the trip, the conditions and payment for the trip should have been the same for everyone, but after dividing the bus into groups, the conditions changed.
The luckiest group 1 (Polina was the guide, although that's too big a word, I've never seen an uneducated guide) was their Luxury guest house, unlike the others. Polina didn't even warn them that it would take about an hour to get to the cabins, and the 3rd subgroup was divided into two houses, which were located in a neighboring village and were separated by a river in which they almost swam a couple of times while driving. She didn't even know where this subgroup lived.
It was stated that the houses had all the conditions and the Internet, but more than half did not have Internet access, and some had a shower over the toilet, or mold in the rooms, after the claims were made, it was stated that you did not think that you would be settled in a 5-star hotel.
Further, following the results of 3 days, Polina did not say a single word to the 2nd and 3rd groups, the groups were completely ignored, she did not even greet them.
Therefore, I would like to ask the heads of the GoTrips organization, do you have all such guides and escorts?
Do they have at least basic concepts of communication and organization?
Is Polina certified as an accompanying guide?
I hope some measures will be taken towards Polina, at least send her to courses on communication and conflict resolution, so that she doesn't spoil her vacation further, otherwise, from her behavior, it looked like she was a tourist here who came to drink coffee and take cool photos (her words).
As for the photos, I was horrified by the photographer, how unpleasant the girl was (it was said that she would photograph people for coffee and a delicious bun) and there are already questions, behaved even worse than Polina, although much worse?
Of course, the impressions were very unpleasant, and then, when everyone was on the bus, she behaved as if nothing had happened for the rest of the trip. And that's not even all the adventures.
One huge plus of this trip, our guide Elena Luch, thanks a lot for her, she is very smart, educated and sociable, she made our vacation.
It was also stated that there would be Internet on the bus, which for some reason practically did not work, so if anyone needs a connection, you immediately connect roaming.
The air conditioner worked very strangely in the bus, it was stuffy, then cold.
And it was very strange for excursions, you pay the specified amount for the tour, but at the same time you also have an additional entrance ticket, that is, there are additional costs that were not previously discussed.

The main recommendation for you is to choose another travel company.
1. The guide (Polina) is nothing. Those who write in the review that she helped solve something are her "girlfriends". Avoiding answering questions, ignoring, shifting responsibility, shrugging shoulders, misinformation, inability to communicate thoughts clearly - this is for Polina. She also constantly asked the photographer to buy "cafes" so that she could do the work she was paid for.
2. Photographer Olesya (maybe Alesya). No one bought her any cafes, so there are at least a few photos of happy customers on the tour. But there are definitely photos/videos of myself and the phrase "it's good that one of the clients is unhappy that they are not being photographed, because I had nothing to put my own on..."
3. Bus drivers. Sometimes they decided when and where the sanitary stop would be, but without consequences for customers, they constantly turned on the stove at +23 outside the window, arguing that they could not turn it off. Once they decided to eat at the bus stop without notifying anyone, so the whole bus stood on the street for 30 minutes and waited for them. The reason: they were not fed at breakfast.
Now for the sweetest part:
- logistics: the discrepancy between the cities and hotels where we were supposed to stay and which ones we actually stayed in; non-compliance with the timing, changing routes and time for excursions;
- hotels: terrible rooms, black mold in the showers, showers over the toilet, disorganized accommodation, lack of adequate beds in and much more in the same hotels (I hope those who lived there would not be lazy to write their review and attach photos); in the transit hotel in Mineralnye Vody forgot about breakfast;
- comfort and finances: increased cost of excursions on the road, moving on a stool (apparently, we were incorrectly counted, so for 3 days someone had to ride on a stool in a minibus for a couple of hours in a mountainous area), transfer of 18 people with suitcases on their heads in a small Gazelle, which simply leaked during the rain from all sides the gaps, the discrepancy between the options for excursions on the website and in reality, the transformation of a free lunch into a paid one, the change of lunch locations (instead of the wonderful Glavryba restaurant, we ate I don't remember where, because "drivers will get tired of driving"). It turns out that the drivers we paid for the work may not do it, because there is a chance they will get tired of it. We also had 40 minutes allocated to one of the key places in Dagestan (Sulak Canyon), because we were late for something (I still didn't understand where);
- honesty: unfair division into groups (someone lived in really cool places in the mountains, and someone in barracks). Everyone paid the same for the tour, but those who liked Polina more (perhaps they bought her "cafes") went with her to good hotels, and the rest went to live anywhere, in the neighborhood with mold and ants.
Customers reminded us about some excursions and locations, without which no one would have conducted them, and some had to be beaten out by the indignation of the entire bus.
And so it is at every step, every day, and sometimes several times a day. 1/3 of the bus received good conditions, 2/3 of the bus was satisfied with anything. THEY ALL PAID THE SAME.
There aren't enough characters to fit everything into this review.
Oh, there was also a telegram group with all the pictures and problems, but the photographer quickly deleted it as soon as the trip was over. At least it worked well here)
The company's service is complete. I will never go again, I will choose other companies.

Dagestan itself is beautiful, indescribably beautiful and crazy with its landscapes, people and their cuisine, there are so many stunning things in this country for your eye and camera lens, but there is one big BUT:

Five buns and adjika sauce, Polina is in Dagestan for the 13th time, but she simply does not know which dish is on the table of the drivers, Polina,* guide* and *of course* there were other dishes not from the assortment that was offered to us.
3. Settling in the mountains: the first group lived in good conditions, or rather those who were *girlfriends* for the escort and photographer, and the rest, if they were lucky).Who needs mold, who needs two toilets for the whole house, you can only keep silent or dream about ventilation in a separate house for three people, who wants to have allergies in the future, especially if they already exist, you are welcome to breathe mold after the rain or a room with mold as a bonus! Part of our subgroup lived across the river, because there were no more places to settle in this guest house, but no one provided transportation to all the others, men from the neighboring village where they lived were brought and picked up, out of the kindness of their hearts, you can't walk, I repeat, they live across the river and there is no way to pass any in a certain way.By the way, our Polina didn't even know about it! Another subgroup in the mountains had only two out of three nights paid for somehow.
