We really really liked it. It's always nice to be served quickly, attentively and unobtrusively. I love the establishments of this franchise primarily because of the service. We were here for the first time in Grodno and the staff did not disappoint. The kitchen is also without complaints. The food was hot and very tasty! Khinkali with mutton is excellent. And I advise everyone to try pennovani with spinach🔥
(One of the drawbacks for me is not grated and slightly stained wine jugs, we need to keep an eye on this)

A very nice cozy place. We got to the action with khinkali 2 at the price of 1, it was very nice :) The cook cooks quite tasty - tastier than in the same chain in Minsk. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly and the waiting time is normal.

We got to this place late in the evening, as there was no food in the city around 22 o'clock due to the hype of the Gastro Fest.
They were chosen based on the location and the number of stars in the reviews
As a result, in order to at least alleviate the accumulated hunger, they ordered a standard set for this type of institution: khinkali and khachapuri.
Khinkali. There is very little filling, whether it is meat or cheese-a maximum of a teaspoon.
The meat was undercooked, they asked to digest it and brought the same.
Khachapuri by Adjarian. Very thick dough, lack of cheese in the edges and turns of the "boat", half-baked dough.
Both dishes are simply a failure in terms of price/quality ratio. It can be assumed that this is due to the excitement around the Gastro Fest and the number of visitors, but as they say: "I took up the goose, do not say that I am not a dozen."
The price for this set came out to 36 rubles, which is obviously very expensive.
Kitchen staff should not be heard by visitors, but this is a problem of table arrangement.
The only advantage of this place is the waiter who served us. There was not the slightest complaint against her.

Minuses:
Khinkali is tasteless. The minced meat seemed strange in consistency, the lack of taste of minced meat was masked by a significant amount of pepper.
The chicken soup was also not impressed.

My husband and I signed up for a gastrofest in advance, for the first time in this institution. The work of the administrator is very bad! No one met us and there were a lot of people in the lobby. The first waiter was stopped and told that they had booked for 13.00, we were told to get in line. It was a wild surprise for us! They let people through on a first-come, first-served basis, when we were outraged, we were told why we were silent, i.e. we were also made guilty, although it is their duty to meet a person and serve. They took us to a table and gave us a menu, and then the second horror opens. It turns out that the first course will be served in 35 minutes, and the main course will be served up to an hour and a half. Although it was said at the time of booking that the dishes were sold by our arrival, plus or minus 10 minutes. Maybe the kitchen is good, but unfortunately we didn't try it.The day was ruined. The conclusion is that the organization is at zero, because this is not the first time we have been to gastrofests, but this has never happened anywhere.

We went with my wife 2 times and both times they didn't come to me! From the word at all! They are not filled enough and the dough is thick. Who ate real Georgian khinkali will laugh at these :) I understand business and all that, but it didn't work out for us personally. Price is quality, you say, I won't argue with that. We booked a table in the Khinkalnaya for 14 people on 04.07. and discussed the menu. On the day of the event, I approached the administrator in advance and discussed how the appetizers would be served, then khachapuri, then hot. The second time we were not told that there are only khinkali from the menu, neither soups, nor anything else, as it turned out, is available. The third time was the waiting time agreed by the waiter at half an hour, we waited 1.5 hours in the end and were ready to leave, but they managed to bring us the order. Fried khinkali were fried (if you can say so, because they did not even have a golden crust) in oil after frying the fish, and the size of the khinkali was slightly larger than simple dumplings. Judge for yourself, but I would not recommend an institution.
