Complete disrespect for their guests. We booked a table two days before arrival. A memorable date. We arrived at the appointed time. A young man with glasses led us to our table. I don't know if he's the receptionist or the waiter, but he took our order, said the word "good" and disappeared. After us, more people came in, their orders were brought to them, and they brought what we ordered, although we came earlier. After 40 minutes, a girl comes up to us and asks what we will order. We were shocked.
Not only did they ignore us, but then they also accused us of not making any order. And they told me to wait another 40 minutes.
Despite the fact that we have already been sitting for 40 minutes.
If there was a lot of workload, I would still understand. But half the tables were empty.
We got up and left. The evening is ruined.

We came across this place by chance...We had lunch, which we did not regret...when choosing restaurants, cafes for dinner, you did not choose anything..we decided to have dinner there too.. and again we didn 't regret it..the portions are sufficient..Everything is delicious! Stewed beef with vegetables is super!!! The waiters are friendly! They know their business!!! We tried all the Khinkali. We were especially surprised by the combination of flavors of spinach khinkali with bacon. They are not on the main menu, but they are in the summer offer. Shish kebab and pork neck steak are also good, especially with a glass of Georgian wine.

We waited at first to be allowed in, but in the end it turned out that you can only order khinkali from the menu and wait 30 minutes. As a result, we waited 1.5 hours for three portions of khinkali. As a result, it is not tasty! I do not advise you to go to this institution!

Khinkali with meat and herbs - they clarified in advance the presence of pork in the composition, they said that there is very LITTLE pork in the minced meat, in fact the whole minced meat smells like pork, the color is also like minced pork (it is lighter than beef), the greens are not felt, the meat smells. Fried khinkali with pork just stink of pig.

This is important!), where you can spend a pleasant evening, eat delicious food and chat with friends. It is suitable for family lunch/dinner, and for large companies. The menu is varied, tasty, and satisfying. Various promotions are often held, which are very beneficial for the guests.
For me, the only disadvantage is that outerwear has to be hung next to the table on a hanger, it is probably better to identify some one place somewhere in a corner on the first floor and on the second so that all the clothes of all visitors can fit there and separate it from the tables.

We go there mainly for gastrofests. And I see the difference. In 2022, both the set and maintenance and even repairs were a level higher. In 2023, it was kind of meager, the food was carried for a long time, the waiters were kind of screwed up, and the atmosphere was worn out. But, it's still delicious. After 10 minutes we passed by and decided "what if", we go in, and the second floor is all free. For food. We had a barbecue in an hour, after 10 minutes we were told that in an hour and a half. Okay, let's wait. But after an hour and a half, the barbecue was barely warm. The question is, did the barbecue rest, did it cool down? Then khinkali: I ordered three types: with meat, mutton and mushrooms. With meat and mutton, khinkali did not differ in anything except the price. The taste is one in one. And the minced meat seems to be the cheapest frozen for no one knows why. The best ones were with mushrooms, but they were brought cold, which made the dough rubber. In general, this is the worst khinkalnya of those where I have been.
