They made a new beautiful hall and rebranded, but the business processes were not finalized: she went to the center at 10.50, left at 12.30 without a certificate, there was no time to wait for her signature. That is, you will have to go again. Why is it taking so long? A combination of many circumstances. They could have been avoided if the processes had been clearly worked out, if patients had not climbed to the reception at the wrong time, delaying examinations by commission. If there were more flexible staff at the reception: while they were dealing with the terminal and the client with the card, they could have taken cash payment from me, etc. There are no complaints about doctors. Well, in any case, this is an alternative to the 24th, but also as lucky in time. It is a pity, because it is to such a center that you go for the opportunity to manage your time.

It's scary to look at yourself. The initial one was done by a very old woman, I'm not even sure that she is a doctor in the office, because another specialist was already doing it again.
Everything is on a first-come, first-served basis, you can't sign up.
For the same amount, you can be examined at another center at a convenient time for you, without incident!

The disadvantages are as follows:
1. There is no bike parking.
2. Incompetent reception staff.
Instead of 3 directions, I was given 1. When I returned with a question why, they answered rudely: "Hold it now, it's the insurance company's fault that it sent everything in separate letters." I did not receive an apology.
3. There are no necessary medical preparations.
I have been prescribed a procedure - phonophoresis with hydrocortisone ointment. There was no ointment for 4 days! We did it without him
4. The equipment is in poor condition.
The photophoresis apparatus is rewound with duct tape several times. It heats up quickly and you have to wait until it cools down.
5. There is 1 nurse in physiotherapy.
There are a lot of people and you have to wait in line or do the procedure yourself, since the nurse is busy with other patients.
6. One day they were given protective glasses for laser therapy, the next day they were not.
Only on day 3 it was explained that the laser is harmful to the eyes.
7. There is no elevator.
That is, if you have problems with your legs and you need physical therapy, you will have to walk along a long corridor, and then climb the stairs to the floor above.
8. To pass, you need to attach a QR code. The reception gave it out on a check tape and told me to keep it so that I could come in every time...
