In April, I was on the Horizon for the first time. Despite the fact that I didn't want to come here. But my expectations were not fulfilled. It turned out to be a very good medical center. And Aleynikov's therapist is beyond praise. He listens very attentively and asks questions. Explains what happens in the body.
A doctor must also be cultured and tactful in addition to competence. I plan to visit only this doctor as a therapist!

I don't understand the people who go to take it to the 24th polyclinic, the Soviet one, terrible, with arrogant doctors, with huge queues. It's a pleasure to do it here, everything is civilized, neat, pleasant. The main thing is without queues and with adequate doctors. Thank you very much to the medical center!

the mistake was I forgot to print out the test documents for a complete picture of the examination.
But the documents are provided in electronic form.
The doctor had a biased attitude towards me as a patient, saying that in Soviet times I would have kicked you out of the office for not providing documents. But now is a different time, what difference does it make how they are provided.
It feels like I've been to a clinic, not a medical center.

It is sad that the service in paid services is at the same level as the service in the polyclinic in the district.

The disadvantages are as follows:
1. There is no bike parking.
2. Incompetent reception staff.
Instead of 3 directions, I was given 1. When I returned with a question why, they answered rudely: "Hold it now, it's the insurance company's fault that it sent everything in separate letters." I did not receive an apology.
3. There are no necessary medical preparations.
I have been prescribed a procedure - phonophoresis with hydrocortisone ointment. There was no ointment for 4 days! We did it without him
4. The equipment is in poor condition.
The photophoresis apparatus is rewound with duct tape several times. It heats up quickly and you have to wait until it cools down.
5. There is 1 nurse in physiotherapy.
There are a lot of people and you have to wait in line or do the procedure yourself, since the nurse is busy with other patients.
6. One day they were given protective glasses for laser therapy, the next day they were not.
Only on day 3 it was explained that the laser is harmful to the eyes.
7. There is no elevator.
That is, if you have problems with your legs and you need physical therapy, you will have to walk along a long corridor, and then climb the stairs to the floor above.
8. To pass, you need to attach a QR code. The reception gave it out on a check tape and told me to keep it so that I could come in every time...

I did an ultrasound. I didn't like it. The doctor was dissatisfied with some kind of performing the procedure. Why work if you don't like the job so much!? Earlier, when the entrance was on the corner, and the repair was simpler (not so modern and beautiful), I came to the therapist several times. There were only positive emotions from the visit. That's why I chose this place now, for a paid ultrasound. With not the cheapest prices for the procedure, the impressions are very negative.

I wasted my time. I arrived, paid, but the service was not rendered due to poor-quality medical equipment, namely the Halter - turned out to be inoperable. The employee could not start it, then the batteries fall out (apparently the contacts were leaving), then he did not want to turn on. It's a pity, there is a lot of pathos, but in fact it would be better if the equipment was repaired.

I like this medical center. The recording is very convenient. Unlike other medical centers, where it is necessary to register 2-3 weeks in advance, they are accepted here quite quickly. It is not always possible to wait for an appointment for several weeks. They work until 21.00, which is also convenient. And on Saturday. There used to be queues at the reception, but a couple of months ago, when it was last, it seemed that the service accelerated. I do mostly ultrasound here, so I can't evaluate all the specialists. My ultrasound doctor is quite competent. I have been watching him for 7 years now. I've been to others before, but I don't want to go to others anymore. The location of the medical center is also convenient, 10 minutes walk from the metro station. Victory Square.

This is a familiar ghetto.
