It's disgusting, like a paid medical center, but there is one toilet (at the end of the corridor on the 3rd floor), and even then, there is no light in the booths, no hand soap or paper towels and the dryer does not work. And they also delay the reception for 15-20 minutes. I went for an X-ray, they told me there was a cape, put it on and no one came up and helped until I asked several times.

Hello, I decided to write a review to protect other people from getting into the same situation. For a long time she visited the Horizon Medical Center for dentistry.I went to the head of the paid department, Tikhomirova Yu.V. At first, everything was fine with me-the prices were moderate, good materials, I recommended this place to friends. But over the past few years, I have become disappointed-either they have low-quality materials, or the doctor began to work carelessly. New fillings quickly deformed, clung to dental floss, flew out, had to be corrected more than once. Many teeth began to react to cold and hot, the nerves in the teeth began to twitch, the gums in the interdental spaces began to become inflamed.I didn't delay at the slightest problem - I went to the Horizon right away.But Tikhomirova Yu. C has repeatedly claimed that she does not see any special problems, everything is healed, recommended only ultrasonic cleaning. In 2021, I visited her in the spring, and in July, I put fillings, not successfully. On July 16, she allegedly put two fillings, although she did not even drill one of the teeth, they did not take a picture, she just anointed it with something, but included the cost of a small seal in the bill. As a result, the tooth began to tingle again after a month. The second filling catches the dental floss, it also hurts. In August, six suddenly got sick, Tukhomirova Y.S. was on vacation, I went to another clinic. And I was stunned during the examination-caries on caries, pulpitis. And it was visible even without the pictures. I was shocked, and went to the third clinic, where I was confirmed the deplorable condition of my teeth during examination, and then on a 3D image. In confirmation, a couple of days later, the filling in the other tooth fell off, under which it also pulps. How could a doctor of the highest category not see this if two other doctors saw it right away? As a result, long–term and expensive treatment and the prospect of crowns for most teeth. Naturally, in another clinic. You have to pay dearly for your trust in this dentist.

You just have to pay, queues at the cash desk (reception), a narrow long corridor if you're sitting, you're in the way... I recommend coming 15-20 minutes in advance, you can get in line for half an hour!

So far, there have been no negative impressions for the not very long experience of interacting with this MC. Even in the wardrobe, the employee is pleasant! I chose doctors based on reviews and was not disappointed, I especially liked the otorhinolaryngologist Sokol - both a pleasant person and a competent specialist. I have not seen large queues (maybe I am lucky), the reception takes place at the appointed time (+/-5 minutes). I liked that the tests can be taken on Saturday, the results come quickly enough and by mail - very convenient. You can make an appointment with a doctor online (I prefer using the Aibolit app). Also, the advantages include the location in the center and the presence of shoe covers :)

I visited Natalia Prokofievna Kuchur's doctor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! At all. If the "specialist" says that you have erosion and you need to cauterize it, then run right away. I listened to dear Natalia Prokofievna because of my inexperience and now I have dysplasia of the 2nd degree.

I didn't like the therapists very much, maybe that's how I got there. There used to be a Frolova, it's really good, now it doesn't work. there is a physiotherapy room, to warm up or do ultrasound procedures - no problem. in general, a decent clinic, it's a pity that every clinic is not so comfortable and calm at your side :(
