We had a rest in November 2024. Normal. Russian is spoken at the reception. The staff is good. There are 2 bars in the lobby. One 24 there is a coffee machine, they make good coffee, Americano and cappuccino. There are also tea bags. The other one from 10 is already there with cocktails and other drinks. The alcohol is good, you can find something that will come in. The pinocalade ends quickly . There is a bar on the 2nd floor but it has not worked yet. The rooms are normal, gel shampoo soap on arrival. Towels were changed for 2 days. They cleaned every day. I caught good wifi both on the beach and in the room we lived on the 2nd floor. The beach is gorgeous, the sun beds are good, the place is full. The food is certainly peculiar, but you will not starve to death. Coffee is brought from the lobby in the morning. And in the morning, the juices are delicious, and so only water is available from drinks. From fresh fruits we had guava, bananas, papaya. The rest are canned. Of fresh vegetables, only cucumbers and sometimes avocado, carrot, pumpkin are pickled. There was no greenery at all. Ice cream. Well, and something else. Chicken, rice, potatoes, pumpkin, fried bananas (delicious), pancakes. In short, it 's not chic , but you can eat . The animation was normal. The territory is good. If the price suits you, go ahead. And maybe it's better to eat this way.

This year, the hotels rested 4 times. I really love it for its gorgeous beach, convenient location, well-thought-out territory. Of the disadvantages, I will note the old rooms, where anything from a refrigerator to an air conditioner may not work. The last time we had an outlet falling out of the wall. The staff tries hard, all breakdowns are eliminated quickly enough. The rooms are well cleaned, the floor is washed every day, which I have not observed in other hotels. Another disadvantage is poorly washed dishes in the dining room. I will also take the delivery of waiters' appliances there. By the time you call, by the time you explain that you need a spoon or fork, everything will cool down. In 2024, there were supply disruptions, some drinks were periodically absent from bars, and in general the assortment became much more modest than in previous years. The food is good, but again now without frills. Every day they give chicken, pork, beef, fish. From what changes daily, I will note the liver, tongue, cutlets, sausages. There are always 2 types of cereals for breakfast, 2 types of soups for lunch. There are practically no sweets, there are problems with milk and eggs in Cuba right now. Although you will always get scrambled eggs for breakfast. But coffee will have to be drunk black, although they always offered a choice before.
The beach and the ocean are great. The entrance to the water is gentle. There is a rocky ledge nearby where you can go fishing.
Overall, the hotel is good. Do not forget that this is Cuba, there is not much service everywhere. But the crisis caught up with them. In previous years, I would have put 5 points, but now only 4 and then with a stretch. Will I go there again? Yes. Despite all the disadvantages, I love Both Cuba and Brisas dearly.

Lovely hotel,large grounds, very well maintained. Lots of greenery, beautiful flowers, exotic plants.There are many recreation areas, very cozy.The rooms are large, the cleaning is good. The furniture is much worn in places, but in good condition, there are no complaints.The plumbing works, there is always hot and cold water.The food in the restaurant is simple.There are 3-4 meat dishes to choose from, the side dish is most often rice (traditional Cuban food), but fried bananas, yucca, pineapples are also offered.You have to try everything. Pros - the food is probably the best compared to many others, the coffee is delicious when there is. Cane juice sometimes. The hotel is inexpensive. You can smoke cigars and rum in the lobby.
Cons - the rum was the Havana club, now the body. There is almost no Coke, coffee on the 3rd day after arrival it worked, dirty, rooms are mostly with a bunch of problems, old patched up. They don't really give you water - go pour it in the canteen or from incomprehensible decanters. Rotavirus, as a result, and 3! A day of rest was given to a white friend. Take a wagon full of pills and share them with your neighbors. Sometimes it is very necessary. Thanks to the people from the nearby hotel. This situation is, of course, more of an exception to the rule, but we were not the only ones there, that's for sure.
Cocktails used to be better. There was an excellent pina colada on the beach. There is none of this right now! Let's hope that the hotel will be revived.

We liked the hotel as well as the rest in general!
The rooms are cleaned every day, for $ 1 and the table will be put in order and swans will be made and more water will be reported, the room itself was located in the main building - spacious with a huge bed, modern TV with Russian channels, refrigerator, hair dryer, everything worked. There was always hot water, the air conditioner worked perfectly with and without adjustment, yes, the furniture was old, but we didn't care about it. The territory is huge, all in greenery, the bar on the pool and on the beach worked properly, rum and beer in unlimited quantities, cocktails are so-so since there is no sprite, fanta tonic, etc. in the country. There was also often wine at the reception with better cocktails. The beach and the ocean are fire in every sense, there are always sun beds in cabins and under umbrellas, the beach is guarded. we rested in July- the hotel is almost empty since they consider summer to be "out of season". It happened that we swam in the ocean alone)))Catamarans and kayaks are available for free.WIFI throughout and on the beach.I can't say anything about the pool, because with such an ocean there was simply no need for it =), I can only notice that it is cleaned every day. There is no animation during the day, only in the evening, concerts and discos... But you can always play small and large tennis, billiards for free, there is also a gym on site. ABOUT THE FOOD- the reviews are true, the food is scarce, but you will never stay hungry, our food was absolutely not the main criterion, since we do not limit ourselves from the word at home, there are 3 ala maps that you can go to 3 times a week, I really liked seafood and beef there, just very tasty, there sparkling and regular wine and ice cream are also offered. I'll sum up about food and drinks, of course it's not UAI in Turkey or Egypt, but during the whole vacation I never had a stomach ache!

If you are flying to Cuba for the bright sun, sandy beach, fruits and the Atlantic Ocean, then this is the hotel for you! If you need super service, high-quality drinks at the bar, a 24/7 snack bar, then you are not here. Decide in advance what you need and don't spoil your vacation.
The hotel met our expectations and requirements. We lived from 30.03.24 to 07.04.24. The room in the bungalow is excellent: spacious double beds, large room, bathroom and loggia overlooking palm trees and the pool. The air conditioner was working, there was always hot and cold water. Towels were changed daily. We left tips and small gifts for the maids, and sometimes they made beautiful figures out of towels for us.
Upon check-in, they were given 2 pieces of bread and 2 bottles of shampoo / shower gel. We took all the soap and soap accessories with us, which we advise you to do if you do not want to buy shampoo from the mass market at the hotel for $ 8/euro.
About the animals in the room: we sometimes had stray mosquitoes. It all depends on how carefully you close the doors and windows, after all, these are subtropics.
For two days they left a 1.5l bottle of water in the room, then they stopped. As the reception said, there is no bottled water in the hotel. But this is not a problem: you can carry a bottle to the bar and ask for water to be poured there, or you can buy such water in the hotel store for $ 8/euro. Decide for yourself).
The territory of the hotel is large, green and well maintained. There are a lot of birds that chirp happily, and lizards. There is a pond with turtles and fish. There are also pools that are cleaned every day. But we only swam in the ocean.
Meal. The buffet system. Everything is edible. We have never been poisoned. I think this is the most important thing, given the hot climate. I'm a vegetarian. There was always something to choose from. Lots of fresh vegetables: greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, chopped cabbage, beets, carrots. Side dishes include rice, potatoes, local root vegetables, fried bananas. There are always delicious fruits! It's just paradise! They gave pineapple, papaya, guava, watermelon. The husband is omnivorous. There was a lot of meat to choose from, fish was also given. But he says they can't cook meat. In any case, you will not stay hungry. For breakfast, a delicious cocktail / smoothie made from fresh fruits is prepared right in front of you; an omelet is fried with various additives and glazes. Sometimes they cooked sweet meringue. Delicious ice cream was served for dinner. About drinks: (I won't say anything for alcohol, because I don't drink) they give yuppie or water; tea for breakfast can be made. In addition, the upstairs bar serves delicious coffee, I really liked cappuccino; they will also make you tea. You can drink all this while enjoying the view from the terrace to the palm trees and the ocean.
The staff tries very hard to make your stay better, but not everyone appreciates it. When you go on excursions, look through the windows of the bus at the huts where the locals live, and then your level of requests will decrease.
The beach is magical! The first line. Light, clean and soft sand and blue, blue and turquoise ocean! This is what you need to come here for. The first days of our vacation, the ocean was calm, the water was clear, there were almost no waves. A few days later it rained, it was windy, waves appeared, but not strong (there was a yellow flag on the beach), you can go in and out. Swimming is very comfortable, the water temperature allows you to swim until you get tired.
While you are swimming, seagulls and pelicans are flying over you. The nature is very beautiful.
From the benefits of civilization on the beach there are sun beds, umbrellas made of palm branches and a bar. You can also buy a drinking coconut on the beach, which will then be chopped up so that you can eat the pulp.
I advise you to take beach towels from home, because there are not enough of them in the hotel.
And in general, take everything you need with you, do not expect that you will be able to buy something in Cuba.
Also bring gifts with you. We took candies, chocolates, bars, hairpins, pens, and children's stationery (paints, markers, crayons). People like to receive presents). When we left, we left medicines in the room.
Treat everything positively, do not notice minor flaws, be happy, because the vacation ends quickly.

At first, the horror is, there are still ants in there. Another problem was, in 8 days I have never been able to get towels for the beach. Always closed or not clean. And the food, at first it was generally bad, then, apparently, the people began to rebel, and at least the eggs appeared) at the end of the vacation it became much better. And the problem is with the dishes, there is not enough for this number of people. The ocean, of course, is beautiful, the beach is good, there are not very many sunbeds and there are not as many people as in some of the top five that I was. This is a plus.

But the biggest disadvantage is that they sell alcohol "from under the floor." Because of this, vacationers can only drink rum at the hotel. The rest of the drinks are only available if you buy them from under the counter. Everyone sells alcohol, even the security on the beach) there are huge queues in the dining room for dishes, there is not enough of it. Yes, there were days when the hotel ran out of rum or whiskey, but sorry, our tourists go with liter thermos cups 10 times a day, there is no barrel enough! Therefore, there is nothing to drive at the staff!
The location of the hotel is excellent, Varadero (center) is 15 minutes away by tourist bus ($5 round trip), there is a rocky ledge near the hotel, you can see pelicans there, there were always enough sun beds, daily room cleaning, water is brought, the Internet works even on the beach! We were satisfied, we went for a vacation, we got it.

We were in February 2023, the stunning splendor of the ocean covers all the minor flaws of the hotel. It is not too conveniently located, on the outskirts, you need to take a bus to Varadero itself. The kitchen is a little less than none, they do not know how to cook and do not like, but no one remains hungry, in principle, there is everything for a balanced diet, even fruits and ice cream. There is a lot of high-quality rum, no restrictions on any drinks. There are enough sun beds on the beach for everyone, especially since Canadians, of whom more than half, do not like the ocean, preferring bars and rooms. Rooms are cleaned regularly, Wi-Fi is available, free, everywhere and of very decent quality. The territory is very large, green to the point of indecency. We definitely recommend you to visit.

They left a dollar and gifts in the room (face masks, a chocolate bar, medicines..) the towels were clean, the water was poured from the tap once, apparently it ended, uncritically, the next day they brought 5 liters of a new bottle. Queues for scrambled eggs... We didn't eat much of it and are generally very satisfied. The grill bar has very tasty vegetables, and the a la carte restaurant has delicious fish. Beach towels were not used, they brought their own, people really complain, it is often closed. I took disposable thermos cups, they came in handy a couple of times for coffee and tea. I also took my own tea bags, it's just that mine are tastier) Everything worked in the normal room, the hot water was constantly clean, the lamp was not working, it was fixed within a few hours, I told the maid once, in general everything else is comfortable, but at the end of March it's cold at night, so the rooms are cool, but I understood that only in the main building, in the bungalow, south parts are drier, but insects are found there (according to people's stories), there were mosquitoes, but they took funds with them and everything is fine)) about the country itself, excursions are a delight! Отель приятно порадовал. Отдыхали с 1 по 22 июля 2023. Интернет и сейф бесплатный, номерной фонд немного уставший, полотенца в номере старенькие, но чистые. Есть шампунь, гель, мыло, нет ножного полотенца. Вид из номера на бассейн и немного океана, шума ночью не было. Еда натуральная, вкусная ветчина и сыр, очень приближена к российским, вкусный питьевой йогурт. Всегда много мяса, креветок, есть рыба. На пляже в обед - барбекю: паэлья с креветками, курица, рыба, все вкусно. Бар в лобб-круглосуточно. Очень вкусно в ресторане аль карт, всегда в меню лобстеры. Отель старается организовать отдых : на пляже бесплатно катание на катамаране с парусом, катамараны и качки, всегда живая музыка, днем у бассейна, в лобби вечером, иногда в ресторане. Вечерами танцевальные шоу, шоу в бассейне, пляжные вечеринки. Океан бесподобен, огромный пляж, много лежаков и кресел, пляжные полотенца без депозита. Все понравилось.

The sea is beautiful, the food is bad, there are a lot of stones in the rice- minus the teeth, the food is stale. I gave it 1 star because it was really not safe for my health to be there. If you do not drink soda and alcohol, then it is best to take water from the bartenders (ask for boiling water and cool it). The rave reviews are not clear to me.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days in early October. The hotel is divided into the northern part (more expensive rooms) and the southern part (cheaper). We lived in the south.

Big, beautiful, but it feels like the hotel management is taking care of her badly. Somewhere the tile has fallen off, somewhere the garbage is lying around (especially near the bungals) it is clear that this is the residents' garbage (napkins, ear sticks, coconut remains), which the maid simply brushed off with a broom from the room on the gas. A fountain that works crookedly.
Meal.
Disgusting. Yes, I understand that the country is in a deep crisis, but it's not normal when they give pasta for lunch, and the next day the same pasta lies like ala salad (see photo). There are a lot of cockroaches, they run not only on the floor, but also on food, once a mustachioed man even climbed on his leg. There is practically no choice. Garnish: pasta, rice, fried bananas and an incomprehensible white substance.
Number. I didn't get it very much. The air conditioner was not regulated, it either worked at full capacity, or we turned it off in the brush.
There were two floor lamps in the room next to the bed, and either they were burning together, or none were burning. Ants were also present.

Очень удачно расположенный отель. Отличный пляж с широкой полосой белого песка и пологим входом в воду в трех минутах ходьбы от отеля. Океан просо фантастический - бирюзовая вода всегда прозрачна даже если есть волна. На берегу желающим выдают катамараны, каяки для водных прогулок. Сервис вполне комфортный, питание нормальное, но если хочется большего - есть несколько ресторанов на территории. По вечерам представления с местным колоритом и не только, желающие могут потанцевать. Организуются экскурсии по Кубе. До Варадеро примерно девять километров - ходят автобусы и такси. Там есть кафе, рестораны ночные клубы, пешеходные зоны.

Everything is provided in the hotel, but many things do not work, or are over ("over" is the key word of the whole Cuba). The hotel itself looks like a Soviet abandoned building, which is true to some extent. It's not a long walk to the beach, it takes 5 minutes to walk through the territory. I stayed at this hotel for the second time. Compared to last year, there are changes for the better and for the worse. I would like to note the good service and quality of the coffee served in the lobby of the hotel, the excellent quality of cocktails on the outdoor veranda! The musicians were pleased with their performances - live music was played every evening not only in the lobby, but also in the restaurant, on the outdoor veranda. In my opinion, this moment is very interestingly thought out! I did not attend the evening session. There are no complaints about cleaning the rooms and the territory! Everything was constantly cleaned, all requests were fulfilled flawlessly. It looks more modest compared to last year a la carte. But it is necessary to understand the situation in the country and evaluate the efforts of the workers who create coiflrt for our rest. The time spent at the hotel deserves a very good rating with minor flaws. I will be happy to return to this place if possible and will recommend the hotel to my friends! In fact, the food is simple without frills, monotonous. In the main dining room, there are not enough napkins, forks and spoons, or glass glasses. Fruits guava, papaya, pineapples, watermelon. Sometimes they make fresh fruits, I recommend fresh papaya. There is also a delicious ice cream, if you add papaya and pineapple slices marked in syrup, it will be just a fairy tale.
The situation is the same in bars, then there is no coffee, then there is no ice, then there is no beer, or even no rum! Rum and whiskey, which are poured at the bar, is some kind of local unknown swill. There is no Havana Club rum in the bars!!!
With regard to the room stock, it is tired, cosmetic repairs will not hurt. It is better to buy the northern building instead of the southern bungalows. The rooms are better, plus they are cleaned every day. If you leave a dollar, they will make swans out of towels, just like in Turkey.
But if you do not pay attention to these little things, then the ocean, the sun and the Cuban smile will win everyone!

We rested in December 2023 for two weeks, we did not like the hotel, we will not return there anymore. It is better to overpay, but to live in a normal hotel, at least clean and tidy for your money.
1. The rooms are completely destroyed, almost falling apart, they need to be completely restored.
It is impossible to wash in the bathtub, because it is all shabby, the water in the shower is slightly warm, the towels are white, but like a rag and they have not been changed all the rest even once. Toilet paper is given 1 time and for the whole vacation, so it's better to take it with you too if there are more than two people in the room.
All the rest we fixed something in the room: first, the socket was shorted (the electrics are all ancient and do not work) and there was no light in the room, then the safe broke and did not open, in order to fix the breakage, you need to catch an electrician at the reception and run all day, instead of actually relaxing. Bottled water is given once or not at all, there is no more opportunity to take water in the entire hotel.
There is no mosquito net, despite the large number of insects flying into the room.
The cleaner behaves like at home: drinks the whiskey that you brought with you (you specially made a notch on the bottle), enters the room despite the do not disturb sign.
They do not give you a change of room even if nothing works there: they say "tomorrow", "tomorrow" every day, so either fix everything or live as it is, the administration and guides do not care about the problems of tourists.
There are two types of rooms in the hotel: rooms in the main building, which are smaller, and rooms in the additional building, which is larger.
2. Food. In fact, this is a dining room, there are never forks, you have to run after the waiters to eat. 3. Drinks. The cocktails are terrible, in fact they are not cocktails, but a mixture of rum and some kind of body stuff like yuppie used to be. There is no coke, no sprite, and certainly no coconut juice. There are no glasses for drinks either, keep this in mind. 5. Ocean and weather. The weather in December is very different. We got the first week, rain, clouds and strong wind every other day, big waves in the ocean (you don't buy it) and generally cold, in the second week the wind completely died down and the water became like a smooth surface, that was the kind of weather that was high, but also, the sun could not be every day.
The guide says that the December-March season is all like this, with periodic winds and bad weather, so it's better to take warm clothes too.
6. Hotel guide. He deceives about the currency: they tell tourists that they do not accept currency in dollars in order to charge their commission when selling an excursion of 15% per person, issuing this commission for a "cross-rate", while the tour operator himself does not organize these excursions, they are limited by the Kubakaban Voyage hotel, which is in the hotel every day on the second floor, everything is accepted there in dollars and without a 15% commission from the tourist's sucker.

На Кубе отличный,душевный отдых! Отель в ТоП 10 по всему Варадеро,очень хорошее расположение. Территория очень большая,чистая,красивая. Пляж супер. Номера хоть и старенькие но совсем еще даже ничего,все функционирует. В барах вкусное пиво,и конечно ром...Питание разнообразное,каждый найдет свою еду. Обслуживание хорошее,все улыбаются.Из минусов это стандарт Кубинский) грязная,побитая посуда и стаканы нужно привезти с собой) но это совсем не напрягает, колоритный настрой про это даже и не вспомнит)

В ресторане был не большой выбор особенно на завтрак, в обед и ужин, Болие мение разносолов особенно не было, но голодными небыли.
Вина вечно не было, на баре коктейли не вкусные, на пляже коктейли заправляют водой из под крана, иногда не было рома, или нет посуды.
Берите термокружки или термоса.
Номера разные, есть поновее на солнечной стороне сухие и жаркие, на теневой стороне сыро в комнатах, немного Комаров, брали фумитокс.
Анимация каждый день.
Брали экскурсию на остров Кайо Бланко с дельфинарием, брали индивидуальную, Мененжер Пегаса рассказала , что входит плавание с дельфинами, стоимость яхты на 4 чел. По 140 евро.
Приехав в дельфинарий оказалось нужно еще 50 евро что бы с дельфинами поплавать.(((
А так понравилось стояли в воде дельфинов гладили. Представление минут на 15-20 максимум. На яхте нам поймали лобстеров накормили, за доп плату 25 долларов с человека. Пиво, ром включены.
Экскурсии только за евро.
На баре продают ром и кофе и за доллары .
Что бы продлить номер надо купить банковскую карту за 50 евро( баланс будет 45)
Заплатить за номер всего 20, а остальные потом не понятно как снять, говорят можно в аэропорту, но мы не видели . Так как карту не смогли купить их просто не было в наличии.
По пятницам кормят в обед на лужайке, типа барбекю, очень не понравилось, не вкусно и жарко. Еды мало.
Но океан скрасит все недостатки!!!!
Лежаков на пляже полно, вход пологий, вода чистая и теплая!

Чудесное место, оптимальное соотношение цена/качество. От города далековато, только на автобусе, но это компенсируется множеством других факторов. Очень неплохая кухня, хотя кубинцы готовить не умеют в принципе, но всё натуральное, свежее и много. Пляж вместительный, лежаков и зонтиков с избытком, занимать по утрам полотенчиком не надо, хватает всем. Отель большой, народу много, но и территория большая, пляж длинный, всем хватает места, рассасываются как-то, не напрягает. В столовке очереди бывают, но только на то, что жарится индивидуально. Фруктов 5 видов, но хватает всем, бери сколько хочешь. Кофе в столовке так себе, но кофейные бары присутствуют, проблем нет, готовят хорошо. Номера не сказать чтобы люкс, подуставшие, но разрухи никакой, всё подкрашено и чистенько. Ну про океан и рассказывать не нужно, 100500+ оттенков - это только на Варадеро. Рекомендуем отельчик, не пожалеете.
