Useless place to stay. Rooms not upto standard, in toilet, soap was not available, in conference hall A/C does not work, poor multi media facilities. I wrote official complaint but no body from hotel tried to contact me. Horrible hotel.

Today we checked into this wonderful hotel, I note the excellent service, the staff is incredibly polite and very attentive. The interior is incredible, you can feel the approach of the New Year, the space in the lobby and the restaurant in the open space format, which gives a comfortable feeling to the guests. The restaurant has a very diverse menu, the dishes are served quickly, everything was brought to us in 10 minutes, Tashkent tea is on top, incredibly delicious homemade chicken broth, pepperoni pizza with cheese is incredibly delicious(!)
We came from Russia, we haven't been to Kazakhstan for a long time, it's so nice that you have a sense of comfort and hospitality, such It feels like home.
The Christmas trees near the hotel are lovely, as if you were in a fairy tale!
Thank you for everything, we will unconditionally choose you on your next visit.

The hotel looks like new. Level service. The breakfasts are good, located within walking distance from the shopping center and the park. Everything is standard in the rooms, just like in any other Ibis. Everything works. They clean well. Of the disadvantages, there was only one channel on the TV. In general, Aktobe still has the best price/quality ratio.

Overall, it's good. The room is small, but cozy enough. Good noise insulation, great bed. The staff at the reception and at the umnichki bar. A good breakfast.
Of the cons: there are no bedside tables in the room, it is unclear where to put your things. The cleaning was done normally every other time, apparently it depends on the shift. The glasses were not washed periodically, and in general, it felt like only the bed was being made.
She lived for 10 days.

A very worthy place! Being a sophisticated traveler, I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and service of this place. I was in room 230 in early February . If you happen to visit Aktobe, then you don't even need to look for a better place. Hearty breakfasts, excellent rooms, pleasant beds and linens to relax on after a trip.

There is a view towards the park. But the numbers that look at the railway, not really, because you can hear the train passing. So ask for rooms looking at the park right away. Overall a good hotel.

Hello. The IBIS is a good hotel. It is within walking distance to the Shopping Center. Friendly girls at the reception. And a delicious, not expensive kitchen on the ground floor, with a summer cafe. This is enough when you need to come to Aktobe for 1-2 days. Of course, the interior of the hotel is avant-garde and it is difficult to stay in it for a long time. There is not enough warmth and comfort, so 4 stars.

Overall, a great hotel. The location, modern renovation, cleanliness, the food in the restaurant is excellent. I lowered the rating for the following reasons: we stayed in the room for 5 days and were asked to bring towels every day, because every day they brought us only one set for two; at one of the dinners we waited a very long time for drinks to be brought, bread was brought after all the dishes were eaten, one of the ordered salads was not at all they brought it, and included it in the bill, they also included 2 teas instead of one. I would like to mention the waitress Aigul from the staff - she is always very friendly, friendly, and the service was always on top during her shift.

The hotel is good for its category, the staff is polite, the breakfasts are delicious, even if it's something very simple, like a vegetable stew, but it tastes really delicious. The only drawback is that the water is not very tasty. I chose the perfect hotel for my first visit to Aktobe. Very stylish interiors, good location, friendly and sincere staff. The breakfasts are varied, delicious and hearty. Very clean, the renovation is fresh. There is a cooler on the floors, but there is no kettle in the room. There is a shopping center, a park and a water park nearby. I recommend it right here.

A great, cozy hotel. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are exceptionally tidy and clean. Excellent attitude to the environment, because the hotel has eliminated the use of disposable plastic. There is a Green Key certificate, which is placed at the front door. I was very pleased with the restaurant, the kitchen is 5 stars. It is very tasty, and most importantly not expensive, even compared to fast food in Keruen City. I only stay here. Transfer from the airport and back without problems.

The receptionist is just a soul! He did everything so that we could comfortably settle in after two days on the road by car, helped with currency exchange, settled in a nice room. The hotel is clean, modern, meets all its standards, as well as a wonderful breakfast buffet and a good coffee machine

Of the advantages, it is worth noting the staff: responsive and polite. Breakfast can be celebrated, but the choice is not so great, mainly flour products! The location is also not bad. Cleanliness can also be counted in the room!
But there could have been in the room for that price, but there wasn't:
1. Stained glass windows with a beautiful view.
2. Bathroom supplies (shampoo, gel, toothpaste/brush, cap, etc.). There are 2 in 1 shampoo/gel.
3. Soft thick towels.
4. There was no information (TV or brochures/booklets) about places of interest, entertainment, etc.
5. Complimentary: a bottle of water. There is 1 water dispenser all along the corridor, just like in a dormitory.
6. There is no minibar in the room, or rather, there is a refrigerator, but it is empty and disconnected.
In general, the price-quality does not match.

I stop often. Clean , neat! The staff is generally friendly! If you arrived in the morning and did not have time to change rubles to tenge, you will not be settled without payment . This moment is very inconvenient, because it is impossible to pay with a Russian card, you have to leave things in the storage room and rush to look for an exchanger. In other hotels in Kazakhstan, including Aktobe, they go to a meeting - you can pay during the day or accept a deposit in rubles. There's no way here... the snacks are delicious. The location is also convenient for me.

A comfortable hotel with stylish rooms. Thoughtful ergonomics: I really like the system for storing things like an improvised dressing room, a workplace, a bedside table, a bed, a shower cabin without a side. But there are also inconveniences: on the fifth floor there is almost no water pressure in the shower, and the room was terribly hot (only an open window saved, but only at night and with the risk of freezing). The lobby with sofas is very conveniently organized on the ground floor, there is also a cafe where you can have breakfast, and in the afternoon go for a very inexpensive business lunch.

The hotel impresses with its dissonance. It seems to be a network brand, but here you go:
1. Prices are different on different days.
To the same number. Moreover, if you stop on a day of the week with a lower cost, then on the next (more expensive day) you will still get a mark-up. It would seem, why not make one price per room, regardless of the day of the week? ...
2. Accessories in the room.
There is no soap in the bathroom next to the sink, only in the shower stall. Instead of glass cups, paper ones for coffee.. Do not put the brush, everything falls, the cup gets wet... Sad...
3. Breakfast
We should have put it first. I have never seen such a frankly dreary breakfast in Ibis hotels... there is no porridge, pathetic, chopped vegetables, some French fries, some strange sausages, fried eggs...and a lot of junk food like sweet yogurts, sweet juices, etc... In fact, if you try to stick to PP, you can not have breakfast at all because there is nothing to choose from.
4. Staff
The hotel is apparently new, the staff is untrained. On departure, we lost the account with the check. We searched for fifteen minutes, went to different offices and just sadly looked from side to side.. They say they searched everywhere, but did not find it... Then they did find it... But, I was late for a taxi, I had to call again.
In general, the hotel left the impression that the main money was spent on the interior, and then Lenin came, took the rest and sent it to hungry Moscow. There wasn't even enough for breakfast....
